本发明公开了一种防止硅莫砖掉砖的微膨胀火泥的配制,其特征在于:所述的防止硅莫砖掉砖的微膨胀火泥的配制按照重量份计如下:高铝熟料细粉10‑15份、碳化硅细粉14‑18份、软质粘土粉16‑20份、蓝晶石粉40‑55份、添加剂20‑25份制得微膨胀火泥,所述的添加剂为磷酸或磷酸二氢铝固体。本发明的有益效果:由于采用在现场施工表明:火泥流动性良好,施工方便,砌筑顺利。通过砌筑实践及回转窑使用考验,微膨胀火泥以其流动性好,施工性能优良,粘结强度高。避免了抽签、掉砖红窑施工的发生。每避免一次掉砖红窑,避免经济损失近100万元。过渡带硅莫砖周期达2年以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水泥回转窑领域,尤其是涉及一种防止硅莫砖掉砖的微膨胀火泥的配制。
背景技术
目前,硅莫砖具有耐磨性好、热震稳定性高、导热性低、强度大等特点,在回转窑过度带上普遍使用,使用效果良好。但由于其膨胀系数小、砖自重大、所含成分SiC在高温烧制过程中容易氧化形成砖表面泡样玻璃体物质至砖平整度不好,按常规与之配套使用的粘结材料——高铝质火泥或科光火泥,在高温下都会发生较大的收缩,烧后线变化率一般在-1.5~-3.0,往往在点火升温后因砖环整体膨胀率远低于回转窑壳体膨胀率而造成垮砖红窑事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防止硅莫砖掉砖的微膨胀火泥的配制,解决解决因硅莫砖膨胀系数小导致垮砖事故的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种防止硅莫砖掉砖的微膨胀火泥的配制,其特征在于:所述的防止硅莫砖掉砖的微膨胀火泥的配制按照重量份计如下:高铝熟料细粉10-15份、碳化硅细粉14-18份、软质粘土粉16-20份、蓝晶石粉40-55份、添加剂20-25份制得微膨胀火泥,所述的添加剂为磷酸或磷酸二氢铝固体。

具体实施方式
实施例1,如图1所示,为了使回转窑内硅莫砖在高温下不收缩,砖与砖间密实,砖环形成一个牢固整体,设计改为在砖大面之间涂满具备微膨胀性质的火泥,来弥补硅莫砖因膨胀系数低,本设计采用高铝熟料细粉为主要原料,硅线石族矿物兰晶石为膨胀剂。

普通火泥烧后都发生较大收缩,要解决这一难题,必须加入膨胀剂。与高铝矾土性质、成分接近的硅线石族矿物兰晶石较好因而膨胀剂选定为兰晶石。但火泥膨胀率不能过大,过大则会导致砖缝间膨胀应力大,造成砖拱起。,设计技术目标在1500℃×3烧后线变化率在+0.3----+0.4之间 因而必须确定合适的兰晶石加入量。而合适的兰晶石加入量应为25%左右,制成微膨胀高铝火泥配套用于硅莫砖砌筑上,这种火泥是连接砖与砖间的粘结材料,能经受1500℃左右的高温,并且在高温下不收缩,略有膨胀,使砖缝饱满密实,整个砖环连结成一个整体。此外,微膨胀火泥在常温下有一定粘结强度,施工性能好,确保砌体砖缝≤1mm。
高铝熟料细粉+碳化硅细粉+软质粘土粉+蓝晶石粉25%+添加剂制得微膨胀火泥,现场加水搅拌,制成泥浆,均匀地涂抹于硅莫砖大面。砖与砖靠紧。

高铝熟料细粉10-15份、碳化硅细粉14-18份、软质粘土粉16-20份、蓝晶石粉40-55份、添加剂20-25份制得微膨胀火泥,所述的添加剂为磷酸或磷酸二氢铝固体。
