Abstract
本发明是一个电动车轮总成的结构,制造工艺大大胡简化,结构更简单,可以做的功率很大,本发明是专门为电动汽车设计的轮毂电机和车轮的总成.可以直接使用到电动汽车上,也可以用于燃油汽车的改造直接替换掉燃油汽车的从动轮,将车轴12连接在原来的车轴位置,将避震和避震连杆连接在定子轴头上,连接刹车线,装上电源控制器和电池就完成了混动车的改造.电枢部分是裸露在外面的,为了防水和防护最好用环氧树脂封装,或者加装非金属护罩压片等。

本发明属于电动机,电动汽车领域,车轮部分的轮毂电机。
技术背景
电动车轮的轮毂电机设计比较多,都是结构复杂无法做大功率,阻碍电动汽车发展。
发明内容
本发明中转子和定子都单侧支撑,转子磁枢2是由永磁体拼接构成环形磁枢或者由金属鼠笼和矽钢片构成软磁枢固定在转子轮毂8内表面,转子轮毂8固定在转子轴头10上面,转子轴头10经过轴承11固定在轴12上面形成转动部件,轮胎3固定在转子轮毂8的外表面。定子磁枢1是由矽钢片叠成铁芯和通电金属绕组构成,当金属绕组通入交流电时产生旋转磁场,拉动转子磁枢跟随磁场转动,定子磁枢1固定在定子轮毂4外表面,定子轮毂4固定在固定轴头7上面,定子轴头7紧固在轴12上面不能转动,刹车卡钳5和住车卡钳6固定在定子轮毂内表面。刹车盘9固定在转子轴头10上面,跟随转子轴头10旋转,配合刹车卡钳5住车卡钳6进行制动。
本发明转子部分单侧支撑形成一个罩式结构,定子部分也是单侧支撑形成一个罩式结构,将转子罩式结构包在定子罩式结构的外面使动定转子间产生一个较大磁耦合面,可以做大电机的功率,也加大了电机输出力距,在转子合定子成空腔中布置了两套刹车卡钳和刹车盘。

附图是一个电动车轮(包含轮毂电机)过轴心线水平切开的刨面示意图。图中1是定子电枢,2是转子磁枢,3是橡胶轮胎,4是定子轮毂,5是杀车卡钳,6是住车卡钳,7是定子轴头,8是转子轮毂,9是刹车盘,10是转子轴头,11是轴承,12是轴。
具体实施方式
本发明是专门为电动汽车设计的轮毂电机和车轮的总成.可以直接使用到电动汽车上,也可以用于燃油汽车的改造.直接替换掉燃油汽车的从动轮,将车轴12连接在原来的车轴位置,将避震和避震连杆连接在定子轴头上,连接刹车线,装上电源控制器和电池就完成了混动车的改造.电枢部分是裸露在外面的,为了防水和防护最好用环氧树脂封装,或者加装非金属护罩压片等。
Claims (3)
1.本发明的主要特征是,转子部分单侧支撑形成一个罩式结构,定子部分也是单侧支撑形成一罩式结构,将转子罩式结构包在定子罩式结构的外面使动定转子间产生一个较大磁耦合面。
2.权利要求1的特征是,在两个罩式结构中间形成空腔中布置了刹车卡钳住车卡钳和刹车盘。
3.权利要求1的特征是,转子部分的磁枢是由永磁体拼接构成环形磁枢或者由鼠笼和矽钢片构成软磁枢固定在转子轮毂内表面。
