Abstract

本发明提供的电动汽车,包括车身、底盘、轮胎及电动机,所述电动机为变频调速驱动电机,所述电动机定子轴通过减震装置固定在底盘上,在电动机转子外壳上安装有橡胶轮胎,所述转子外壳为轮胎轮毂,所述电动机的定子引线与控制电路电性连接,在所述底盘上设置有多个电池组,所述电池组相互连接、且与电动机和控制电路电性连接。本发明结构简单,通过调节电源电压和频率来控制驱动电机即车轮的转速,进而改变电流方向完成前进后退的操控,不用变速箱及传动轴,大大提高汽车效能和使用空间,降低能耗、减少汽车自重,增加续航里程,四个轮胎独立驱动控制,使得四个车轮能执行不同的驱动力与转向指令,避免打滑,适宜推广应用。

本发明涉及一种电动汽车,属于电动汽车领域。
背景技术
目前汽车主要分为电动汽车与燃油汽车,燃油汽车所消耗的为不可再生资源,同时排放出的尾气严重地污染了空气,这种以牺牲环境为代价的发展方式,是存在了很多隐患的,而电动汽车采用清洁的电能作为动力源,不会对环境造成负担,因此电动汽车是汽车发展的最佳选择。
众所周知,汽车轮是被动接受动力来驱动车身运行的主要部件,只有当车轮与其它传动系统配合时,才会有效发挥作用,而汽车的传动与控制系统是非常复杂的,例如要有一套变速齿轮箱和相应的机械操作部件,它的制造成本通常很高昂,同时使用过程中的维护也很费事,而且还会增加汽车自重,使得汽车本身消耗能量增大,同时传动过程本身也会存在机械能的损耗。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中的不足之处,本发明提供一种能耗低,平稳性、安全性、操控性俱佳的电动汽车。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种电动汽车,包括车身、底盘、轮胎及电动机,所述电动机为变频调速驱动电机,所述电动机定子轴通过减震装置固定在底盘上,在电动机转子外壳上安装有橡胶轮胎,所述转子外壳为轮胎轮毂,所述电动机的定子引线与控制电路电性连接,在所述底盘上设置有多个电池组,所述电池组相互连接、且与电动机和控制电路电性连接。
作为优选,所述电池组相互间可串联和/或并联。
通过以上技术方案可以看出,本发明结构简单,通过调节电源电压和频率来控制驱动电机即车轮的转速,进而改变电流方向完成前进后退的操控,不用变速箱及传动轴,大大提高汽车效能和使用空间,降低能耗、减少汽车自重,增加续航里程,四个轮胎独立驱动控制,使得四个车轮能执行不同的驱动力与转向指令,避免打滑,适宜推广应用。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例及附图来进一步详细说明本发明。
一种如图1及图2所示的电动汽车,包括车身、底盘2、轮胎103及电动机1,所述电动机定子轴101通过减震装置固定在底盘2上,在电动机转子外壳102上安装有橡胶轮胎103,所述转子外壳102为轮胎轮毂,所述电动机1的定子引线与控制电路电性连接,在所述底盘2上设置有多个电池组201,所述电池组201相互连接、且与电动机1和控制电路电性连接。
根据本发明可实现高精度转速、位置控制、快速动态特性响应等,无任何驱动传递的能量耗损,根据每个车轮的需要精准投放驱动力,没有分配、平衡扭矩带来的能量耗损,轮毂电动机的尺寸有足够的空间,可放置大功率电机,电动机与车轮同轴,转速一致,无变速箱的转换耗损,通过调节电压及电频率来实现对转速的控制,调变好的电池电源通过一个逆变器,把直流电逆变为交流电输送给变频调速驱动电机,通过油门踏板来改变电源频率完成对电机转速的控制,同时通过控制电路对电池组的串联或并联进行指令,达到需求的电压。倒车到与行车档通过改变电流方向,实现电机的正向与反向旋转,完成汽车前进与后退,在减速时,电机自然就处于发电状态,把能量回馈给电池。正常的减速、制动都可以按照设定好的减速曲线来减速而不用刹车,因可对四轮独立投放所需的任意驱动力,自带最好差速器的功能,且可实现四轮转向,转弯和直行都将得到精准控制,抓地力被最大化,转弯不会有不必要的能量耗损,平稳、无侧滑,操控性、稳定性、安全性、舒适性都很好,可使驱动系统的效率达96%以上,由于除4个车轮将主要重力均衡的分布在汽车外沿外,无其它大型设备,结构简单,合理,将有更大的空间留给车身且不受结构、配重上的限制,适宜推广应用。

1.一种电动汽车,包括车身、底盘、轮胎及电动机,其特征在于:所述电动机为变频调速驱动电机,所述电动机定子轴通过减震装置固定在底盘上,在电动机转子外壳上安装有橡胶轮胎,所述转子外壳为轮胎轮毂,所述电动机的定子引线与控制电路电性连接,在所述底盘上设置有多个电池组,所述电池组相互连接、且与电动机和控制电路电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动汽车,其特征在于:所述电池组相互间可串联和/或并联。
