Abstract
一种改进的隧道式电动机属于直流电动机,主要为轻便交通工具提供动力。该实用新型圆盘形外壳的内圆周面上,紧靠排列固定着侧面带有开口的管形轭铁和管形磁钢,电枢盘的外圆周上固结着圆环形的铁芯上,绕制着线圈,通电后电枢线圈在磁场中受力产生转矩,使电机旋转。该电机结构简单,体积小、转矩大,用于电动自行车,电动童车,电动轮椅车,电动小汽车等轻便交通工具的驱动装置。

本实用新型属于一种直流电动机,特别是一种改进了的隧道式电动机。
CN88205073.7隧道式电动机全面更新了传统电动机定子和转子的结构模式,定子采用侧面开口的管形磁元件,分若干段均匀间置于机壳内圈周上,构成环形磁路系统,在圆盘状的转子外圆周上固定的分段式的铁芯上,绕着圆柱形的线圈,通电后,在转子线圈产生的磁极与定子的永久磁极相互作用产生转矩。不足之处是制造工艺仍不够简便,输出转矩较低,转子的强度不够高。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的隧道式电动机,不但能提高输出转矩,而且改进了结构,增加了强度。
本实用新塑是这样实现的:改进的隧道式电动机圆盘形外壳的内圆周面上,紧靠排列固定着侧面带有开口的管形轭铁和管形磁钢,并且以磁极相斥关系配置,形成首尾相接,内侧具有圆环形开口的轴向封闭的圆环形隧道,圆盘形的电枢盘的外圆周上固结着连续的圆环形的铁芯,电枢线圈分若干段绕制在圆环形的铁芯上。
通电后,电枢盘线盘线圈产生的磁极与圆盘形外壳内的永久磁极相互作用产生转矩,使隧道式电动机旋转。
原隧道式电动机磁路系统的磁元件之间留有间距,以相吸关系均匀相间排列,本实用新型改为磁元件之间不留间距,以相斥关系,紧靠排列的轴向封闭的圆环式隧道结构,电枢盘铁芯由原来的分段式铁芯,分段式线圈,改为连续的圆环形铁芯,电枢绕组分若干段连续平绕在一个完整的圆环形的铁芯上,构成连续式环形电枢。改进的隧道式电动机增强了气隙磁通密度,增加了绕组匝数,从而大幅度提高了输出转矩,并且简化了加工工艺,提高了结构强度。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。

改进的隧道式电动机圆盘形外壳1的内圆周面上,紧靠排列固定着侧面带有开口的管形轭铁2和管形磁钢3,并且以磁极相斥关系配置,形成首尾相接,内侧开口面向圆心的轴向封闭的圆环形隧道,侧面带有开口的管形轭铁2的内表面的中部带有沿径向贯通的条形凸台,侧面带有开口的管形轭铁2和管形磁钢3可以是方管形,也可以是圆管形,圆盘形外壳1的中心部位带有轴承座。圆盘形电枢盘6的外圆周上固结着连续的圆环形的铁芯5,电枢线圈4分段绕制在圆环形的铁芯5上,电枢盘6的中心固结着轴8,电枢盘6的轴8通过轴承与外壳1的轴承座相联结,铁芯5的轴线与封闭的圆环形隧道轴线重合,彼此之间留有一定的间隙,以便保证相对运动,电枢线圈4的引出线与电枢盘6侧面安装的换向器7相连,若外壳1旋转,则电源线从电枢盘6的轴8的空心部位穿入与换向器7接通,若电枢盘6的轴8旋转,列电源线通过固定在外壳上的炭刷与换向器7接通。圆盘形外壳1与电枢盘6都是用铸铝件车削而成,侧面带有开口的管形磁钢3用永磁材料制成。
Claims (2)
1.一种改进的隧道式电动机,其外壳1的内圆周上,排列着侧面带有开口的管形磁元件,电枢盘6外圆周上固结的铁芯5上,绕制着线圈,其特征是圆盘形外壳1的内圆周面上紧靠排列固定着侧面带有开口的管形轭铁2和管形磁钢3,并且以磁极相斥关系配置,形成首尾相接,内侧具有圆环形开口的轴向封闭的圆环形隧道,圆盘形的电枢盘6的外圆周上固结着连续的圆环形的铁芯5,电枢线圈4分段绕制在圆环形的铁芯5上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进的隧道式电动机,其特征是侧面带有开口的管形轭铁2的内表面的中部带有沿径向贯通的条形凸台。
