Abstract
本实用新型属于一种特殊结构的直流永磁电机。本结构是经过二次改进的隧道式电动机。它采用三面包围的“隧道形”空腹磁路,其间悬置由无槽铁芯及表面绕组构成的环形电枢。通电后电枢绕组三面受力,可形成强大转矩。隧道式电动机采用了环形无槽铁芯,运行平稳;表面绕组散热方便,过载能力强;盘式造型,低速,大转矩,外壳旋转,可方便构成一体化电动轮毂——该部件用于各种电动车辆作驱动轮,可直接拖动,无级调速,提高传动效率。
Description
本实用新型属于一种特殊结构的直流永磁电机,特别是一种经过二次改进的隧道式电动机。
在ZL95202169.2专利文献中所描述的遂道式电动机,其磁路系统中采用了轭铁,侧向充磁的L型磁钢依靠轭铁诱导将磁通引入工作面,故而磁路较长,磁阻较大,致使有效磁通利用率遭到衰减。同时,轭铁的存在增加了重量,加大了成本,工艺也有些繁琐。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种二次改进的隧道式电动机,可进一步简化结构,提高效率,降低成本。
本实用新型的主要改进是将原来侧向充磁的L形磁钢改进为正面充磁的瓦片形磁钢,并将其直接移置于工作面上,从而省去了轭铁,提高了有效磁通利用率,使磁路系统的结构得以简化。与此相适应,在去掉轭铁的同时,为使磁路正常工作,将原来的铝质外壳改为铁质,使外壳成为磁路的一部分。
经过以上改进,新型的隧道式电动机的结构特征可表述如下:
一种特殊结构的直流永磁电机-隧道式电动机采用了三面包围的“隧道形”空腹磁路,其间悬置由环形无槽铁芯及分段式表面绕组构成的环形电枢,电枢与磁路的横剖面几何形状相似,二者之间留有间隙。永久磁钢产生的磁通直接越过气隙垂直穿入(穿出)环形铁芯,在气隙中形成强大的磁场。处于该气隙中的表面绕组通电后受到磁场力产生转矩,推动电机旋转(外壳旋转或轴旋转均可)。
电枢与磁路系统的横剖面既可以做成矩形(∏形)亦可以做成三角形或半月形。
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
图1为二次改进的隧道式电动机A-A剖视图,图2为B-B剖视图。
二次改进的隧道式电动机铁质的盘式外壳[1]的内园周上分若干组等间距排列着瓦片形永久磁钢[2],每组磁钢由两侧(各1块)及上部(1块)排列成三面包围一面开口的∏形(隧道形)结构。该隧道形磁路的几何中心部位悬置着环形铁芯[3],铁芯外表面与隧道内壁之间保持适当间隙,铁芯材料为硅钢片或高μ铁氧体。环形铁芯表面有电枢绕组[4],绕组分若干段紧密平绕于环形铁芯上形成环形电枢。电枢外表面与隧道内壁间留有气隙以保证二者相对运动。铝质的电枢盘[5]伸出三个间隔120°的支架与环形铁芯固结,电枢盘的轴孔与空心主轴[6]紧固为一体。若外壳旋转,电源线从空心主轴穿入;若轴旋转,电源线则直通碳刷架[7],并通过炭刷[8]与端面换向器[9]接通。
Claims (2)
1.一种隧道式电动机,其特征在于:在铁质的盘式外壳[1]的内圆周上分若干组等间距排列着瓦片形永磁元件[2],每组3片,构成形,若干组型单元在圆周内即形成三面包围一面开口的隧道形空腹磁路,隧道正中悬置着环形电枢。
2.按照权利要求1所描述的隧道式电动机,其特征在于环形电枢是由环形铁芯[3]及表面绕组[4]构成。隧道与环形电枢的横剖面既可以是矩形也可以是三角形或半月形。
