Abstract

本发明涉及一种高强防腐绳,包括绳本体和在绳本体上的涂层,所述的绳本体包括超分子聚乙烯纤维、尼龙纤维、黄麻纤维和聚丙烯纤维,所述的绳本体是由经线和纬线编织而成,所述经线包括超分子聚乙烯纤维、尼龙纤维,所述纬线包括黄麻纤维、聚丙烯纤维;所述的涂层为将聚丙烯酸、防腐剂、抗静电剂与水混合制成浓度为65~75%的乳液。采用本发明制备的高强防腐绳具有强度高、耐磨性好且防霉防腐性好等性能特点。

一种高强防腐绳及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种绳索及其制备方法,特别是涉及一种高强防腐绳及其制造方法。
背景技术
传统的麻纤维绳线制品属于包装捆绑类的产业用品,主要用于工业、农业、商业、医药、建筑、金融、粮食等行业,广泛应用于国民经济各领域和人民生活之中。目前国内麻纤维绳线制品工艺比较成熟并形成规模生产的主要是黄麻绳和苎麻绳。这两类绳线是我国天然纤维绳线最主要的品种,在我国绳类的生产中占有较大的比重,并形成了比较完善的营销与应用领域。黄麻绳由于原料价格低廉,大部分用于捆绑类绳索,编织麻袋等,也有一些经过漂白以后制成工艺品作为装饰品使用。苎麻绳由于强力高,耐海水腐蚀,较多的应用于海上渔业以及船用缆绳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高强防腐绳及其制造方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高强防腐绳,其特征在于:包括绳本体和在绳本体上的涂层,所述的绳本体包括超分子聚乙烯纤维、尼龙纤维、黄麻纤维和聚丙烯纤维,所述的绳本体是由经线和纬线编织而成,所述经线包括如下成分:超分子聚乙烯纤维:35份-50份,尼龙纤维:45份-60份,所述纬线包括如下成分:黄麻纤维:40份-55份,聚丙烯纤维:60份-75份,所述的涂层为将聚丙烯酸、防腐剂、抗静电剂与水混合制成浓度为65~75%的乳液,其各各组成原料的重量份数比为:聚丙烯酸:防腐剂:抗静电剂:水=4~5::3~6:1~3:70~90。
进一步地,所述经线包括如下成分:超分子聚乙烯纤维:35份,尼龙纤维:45份,所述纬线包括如下成分:黄麻纤维:40份,聚丙烯纤维:60份。
进一步地,所述的涂层为将聚丙烯酸、防腐剂、抗静电剂与水混合制成浓度为75%的乳液,其各组成原料的最佳重量份数比为:聚丙烯酸:防腐剂:抗静电剂:水=5::6:3:90。
一种制作权利要求1所述的一种高强防腐绳的工艺,具体包括以下步骤:(1)由纱架引入各纤维原料,经过各导丝辊引入织机;
(2)将超高分子聚乙烯纤维、尼龙纤维分别进行络筒,然后将其按一定的长度和宽度平行卷绕在经轴上;将黄麻纤维和聚丙烯纤维通过卷绕机构卷绕在纬管上,直接整经上轴,进行穿综;(3)将经线、纬线在织机上相互交织成绳本体;(4)利用加热辊对绳本体进行拉伸定型处理;(5)将聚丙烯酸聚合乳液、防腐剂、抗静电剂与水混合配制,搅拌均匀,形成均匀的混合液,然后放置在浸渍槽内;(6)将步骤(4)中得到的绳本体浸没在浸渍槽中,充分浸润涂层;(7)在牵引装置的作用下,充分浸润的绳本体被牵拉出浸渍槽,同时由一对挤压辊挤压掉多余的涂层乳液,在收卷装置作用下卷绕,制备而成高强防腐绳。
本发明优越性在于:工艺稳定,高强防腐绳的强度、耐碾压性、耐磨性和防腐防霉性优异,可广泛用于各种特殊场合。
