本发明涉及一种刺绣线,具体涉及一种耐磨型刺绣线及其加工工艺。属于刺绣技术领域。
背景技术
刺绣是通过针线在织物上绣制各种装饰图案,是一种通过针和线把人的设计和制作体现在任何存在的织物上的一种民间传统工艺。刺绣线、刺绣针(刺绣用绣花针)和织物是刺绣工艺不可分割的三大部分,其中任意一部分都与最终刺绣绣品的品质息息相关。就刺绣线而言,耐磨性能是其中一个重要考察指标,无论是刺绣过程中的不断拉扯,还是后期刺绣绣品保存过程中的外力磨损,都对刺绣线的耐磨性能提出了很高的要求。倘若刺绣线的耐磨性能欠佳,不但有可能引起刺绣线强度变差、颜色脱落甚至断裂,还会导致刺绣绣品的表面粗糙和起毛起球,严重影响美观度。
现有的刺绣线通常用优质天然纤维或化学纤维经纺纱加工而成,品种繁多,按照原料来源可分为丝、毛、棉绣花线,这些绣花线的耐磨性能均不尽人意,目前急需开发一种耐磨型刺绣线。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种耐磨型刺绣线及其加工工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种耐磨型刺绣线的加工工艺,具体步骤如下:
(1)将棉纤维、丙纶短纤、蚕丝短纤、聚酰胺纤维和聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维按照质量比1:0.2~0.3:0.1~0.2:0.05~0.08:0.03~0.05加入水中,加热至40~45℃,继续加入分散剂、粘结剂和柔软剂,搅拌5~8小时,晾晒成型;
(2)清花、梳棉、练条、整理后喂入导纱口,合股加拈成纱线;
(3)将步骤(2)所得纱线染色后晾干,然后浸泡于处理浆料中,超声波振荡2~3小时;所述处理浆料是通过以下方法制备得到的:将壳聚糖溶于质量浓度2~4%的乙酸水溶液中,加入聚乙二醇400和黄原胶,搅拌混匀,然后依次加入聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、苯并三氮唑、聚三氟氯乙烯和2-羟基-4-甲硫基丁酸,搅拌混匀即得;其中,壳聚糖、聚乙二醇400、黄原胶、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、苯并三氮唑、聚三氟氯乙烯、2-羟基-4-甲硫基丁酸和乙酸水溶液的质量体积比为1g:2~3g:2~3g:3~4g:0.3~0.4g:0.5~0.8g:1~2g:60~70mL;
(4)步骤(3)浸泡处理后的纱线取出并晾干,在85~100℃水蒸汽条件下恒温蒸膨处理2~10分钟,然后通过拉毛机起毛理顺即可。
作为优选的技术方案之一,步骤(1)中,水的加入量为棉纤维、丙纶纤维、蚕丝短线、聚酰胺纤维和聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维总重量的5~8倍。
作为优选的技术方案之一,步骤(1)中,分散剂、粘结剂、柔软剂和水的质量比为2~3:3~4:1~2:100。
作为进一步优选的技术方案之一,所述分散剂为聚乙烯蜡和聚丙烯酰胺的混合物,两者质量比为1:1;所述粘结剂为糊精;所述柔软剂为亲水性有机硅柔软剂和低密度氧化聚乙烯蜡的混合物,两者质量比为1:2。分散剂、粘结剂和柔软剂的选择可以改善促进各种纤维之间的交缠融合,改善混合纤维的均匀性和机械性能。

本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明通过将特定比例的棉纤维、丙纶短纤、蚕丝短纤、聚酰胺纤维和聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维加工成纱线,并将所得纱线浸泡于处理浆料超声波处理,使得处理浆料中的壳聚糖、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、苯并三氮唑、聚三氟氯乙烯和2-羟基-4-甲硫基丁酸等成分充分浸渍到纱线中,最终所得纱线具有较好的机械强度和耐磨性,是一种品质优良的刺绣线。
2、本发明的纤维原料以棉纤维为主,保证刺绣线的基本强度,以丙纶短纤和蚕丝短纤为辅,进一步提高刺绣线的机械强度并使其具有一定的耐磨性,最后加入少量聚酰胺纤维和聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维,它们与棉纤维、丙纶短纤以及蚕丝短纤相互交缠,协同提高刺绣线的机械强度和耐磨性。
3、处理浆料中含有壳聚糖,不但使得刺绣线具有一定的抑菌性,还与聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、苯并三氮唑、聚三氟氯乙烯和2-羟基-4-甲硫基丁酸协同作用,进一步提高刺绣线的耐磨性能。聚乙二醇400的加入引导各组分充分渗入纱线内部,黄原胶的加入则提高了处理浆料各成分与纱线之间的包裹粘结。

本发明涉及的亲水性有机硅柔软剂,购自东莞市嘉宏有机硅科技有限公司(亲水硅油Goon1260);低密度氧化聚乙烯蜡,购自上海市奉贤区楚华北路858号。
实施例1:
一种耐磨型刺绣线的加工工艺,具体步骤如下:
(1)将棉纤维、丙纶短纤、蚕丝短纤、聚酰胺纤维和聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维按照质量比1:0.2:0.1:0.05:0.03加入水中,加热至40℃,继续加入分散剂、粘结剂和柔软剂,搅拌5~8小时,晾晒成型;

(4)步骤(3)浸泡处理后的纱线取出并晾干,置于-10℃冷冻40分钟,然后在100℃水蒸汽条件下恒温蒸膨处理10分钟,然后通过拉毛机起毛理顺即可。
步骤(1)中,水的加入量为棉纤维、丙纶纤维、蚕丝短线、聚酰胺纤维和聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维总重量的8倍。分散剂、粘结剂、柔软剂和水的质量比为3:4:2:100。分散剂为聚乙烯蜡和聚丙烯酰胺的混合物,两者质量比为1:1;粘结剂为糊精;柔软剂为亲水性有机硅柔软剂和低密度氧化聚乙烯蜡的混合物,两者质量比为1:2。

试验例
考察实施例1~5以及对比例1~3所得刺绣线的机械性能,并将刺绣线制成的绣品折叠(两个折叠面的刺绣线接触)放置12个月后观察绣品的保存情况,结果见表1。

对比例1的混合纤维中略去丙纶短纤和蚕丝短纤,对比例2的处理浆料中略去聚三氟氯乙烯和2-羟基-4-甲硫基丁酸,对比例3中步骤(4)略去冷冻处理步骤,所得刺绣线的机械强度和耐磨性均明显变差,而实施例1~5的刺绣线具有明显较好的机械强度和耐磨性。
上述虽然对本发明的具体实施方式进行了描述,但并非对本发明保护范围的限制,在本发明的技术方案的基础上,本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。

Claims (8)

1.一种耐磨型刺绣线的加工工艺,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)将棉纤维、丙纶短纤、蚕丝短纤、聚酰胺纤维和聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维按照质量比1:0.2~0.3:0.1~0.2:0.05~0.08:0.03~0.05 加入水中,加热至40~45℃,继续加入分散剂、粘结剂和柔软剂,搅拌5~8小时,晾晒成型;
(2)清花、梳棉、练条、整理后喂入导纱口,合股加拈成纱线;
(3)将步骤(2)所得纱线染色后晾干,然后浸泡于处理浆料中,超声波振荡2~3小时;所述处理浆料是通过以下方法制备得到的:将壳聚糖溶于质量浓度2~4%的乙酸水溶液中,加入聚乙二醇400和黄原胶,搅拌混匀,然后依次加入聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、苯并三氮唑、聚三氟氯乙烯和2-羟基-4-甲硫基丁酸,搅拌混匀即得;其中,壳聚糖、聚乙二醇400、黄原胶、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、苯并三氮唑、聚三氟氯乙烯、2-羟基-4-甲硫基丁酸和乙酸水溶液的质量体积比为1g:2~3g:2~3g:3~4g:0.3~0.4g:0.5~0.8g:1~2g:60~70mL;
(4)步骤(3)浸泡处理后的纱线取出并晾干,在85~100℃水蒸汽条件下恒温蒸膨处理2~10分钟,然后通过拉毛机起毛理顺即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,水的加入量为棉纤维、丙纶纤维、蚕丝短线、聚酰胺纤维和聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维总重量的5~8倍。
3.根据权利要求1所述的加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,分散剂、粘结剂、柔软剂和水的质量比为2~3:3~4:1~2:100。
4.根据权利要求3所述的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述分散剂为聚乙烯蜡和聚丙烯酰胺的混合物,两者质量比为1:1;所述粘结剂为糊精;所述柔软剂为亲水性有机硅柔软剂和低密度氧化聚乙烯蜡的混合物,两者质量比为1:2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中染色的具体方法是:将步骤(2)所得纱线卷绕在布满孔眼的筒管上,然后将其套在染色机载纱器的染柱上,放入筒子染色机内,借助泵的作用,使得染液在筒子纱线或纤维之间穿透循环,实现染色。
6.根据权利要求1所述的加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)处理浆液的制备方法中,第一次搅拌时间为30~40分钟,第二次搅拌时间为2~3小时。
7.根据权利要求1所述的加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤(4)中的纱线晾干以后先置于-5~-10℃冷冻30~40分钟,然后进行蒸膨处理。
8.一种耐磨型刺绣线,是通过权利要求1~7中任一项所述的加工工艺得到的。
