经检索,如中国专利文献公开了一种混纺面料的制作方法【申请号:201610387568.2;公开号:105908304A】。这种混纺面料的制作方法,其特征在于:这种工艺的具体步骤如下:1)选用羊毛纤维、竹炭涤纶纤维和聚乳酸纤维,所述羊毛纤维由兔毛纤维、美丽诺超细羊毛纤维、安哥拉山羊毛纤维以及丝光羊毛纤维四种纤维混纺编织而成,所述的混纺兔羊毛纤维面料中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述兔毛纤维占18%-22%,所述美丽诺超细羊毛纤维占15%-19%,所述安哥拉山羊毛纤维占26%-30%,所述丝光羊毛纤维占29%-41%,对羊毛纤维、竹炭涤纶纤维和聚乳酸纤维进行抗起球处理、酶处理和柔软处理,抗起球处理选用磷酸酯三氧化二锑混合物作为抗起球剂,磷酸酯三氧化二锑混合物用量为羊毛纤维重量1.5-4%,酶处理系使用蛋白酶进行处理,蛋白酶用量为羊毛纤维重量的0.1-0.2%,柔软处理选用的柔软剂为水溶性有机硅柔软剂,水溶性有机硅柔软剂用量为羊毛纤维重量的6-8%;2)面料再通过坯检→修布→复验→缝边→预洗→缩呢→精洗呢→脱水→蒸呢→针辊起毛→剪毛→刺果起毛→湿刷→烘干定型→烫光;3)经水洗、皂洗,得到同色的混纺面料;4)对毛织物的干燥性能进行测试:步骤一:在40cm通幅的毛织物样品上取10cm×20cm的样品两块作为测试试样;步骤二:将试样放在洗涤仪容器中,加入300ml四氯乙烯作为干洗剂,密封后放到干洗仪中,干洗30min后取出,然后重复洗涤两次。步骤三:折去干洗后试样布边松散的毛纱,将试样平置于温度20±2℃,湿度65±3%的环境下,平衡12小时后放于天平上称重,称得试样浸前重量;步骤四:在烧杯中加入试剂500ml(试剂配制方法:499.5ml蒸馏水中加入0.5ml渗透剂FFA),把干洗后的试样置于烧杯中充分吸湿1分钟;步骤五:将吸湿后的试样沿长度方向一折为二挂于凉衣架,将挂有试样的凉衣架置于温度20±2℃,湿度65±3%的环境条件下,并记录时间,每隔30分钟后测量试样重量,直到试样恢复浸前重量为止;步骤六:记录试样恢复浸前重量的时间,即为面料自然干燥时间。
该专利中公开的制作方法虽然降低了染色成本,但是,该制作方法的步骤过于复杂,需要花费大量的时间,制作速度慢,因此,设计出一种改进型混纺面料的加工方法是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种改进型混纺面料的加工方法,该加工方法具有加工速度快的特点。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:改进型混纺面料的加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a、取海岛纤维与锦纶纤维混纺面料,其中,海岛纤维占面料总重量的30-40%,锦纶纤维占面料总重量的60-70%;
b、称取聚氯乙烯20-30份、环氧树脂15-20份、钛白粉1-4份、纳米氧化铜3-5份、防霉剂0.8-1.6份、交联剂1-3份、消泡剂0.1-0.4份和溶剂16-40份;
c、通过配制装置将聚氯乙烯、环氧树脂、钛白粉、纳米氧化铜、防霉剂、交联剂、消泡剂和溶剂进行搅拌,搅拌时间为30-50min,制得涂层液;
d、将涂层液均匀刮涂在混纺面料的表面,涂层厚度为0.3-0.5mm;
e、将涂层好的混纺面料放入烘箱中进行烘干,烘干温度40-60℃,得到成品。
采用以上方法,通过配制、涂层和烘干等步骤,就可实现混纺面料的加工,无需人工过多操作,加工速度快。
所述步骤a中的防霉剂为二甲基乙酰胺。
所述步骤a中的交联剂为偶氮交联剂。
所述步骤a中的消泡剂为聚醚改性硅油。
所述步骤a中的溶剂为甲苯。
所述步骤c中的配制装置包括机架、配制桶、内搅拌筒、外搅拌筒和转轴,配制桶固定在机架上,配制桶上部具有进料口,配制桶下部和输送管一端相连通,输送管另一端能与外界相连通,输送管上依次设置有输送泵和电磁阀一,转轴竖直设置在配制桶内,转轴上端伸出配制桶与一能带动其转动的动力机构相连,转轴下端通过连接架和内搅拌筒内侧壁相连,内搅拌筒侧部开设有若干通孔一,内搅拌筒内侧壁上由下至上设置有呈螺旋形的内搅拌片,外搅拌筒套设在内搅拌筒外,外搅拌筒与一能带动其上下升降的升降机构,外搅拌筒上端通过弹性的连接环一和内搅拌筒上端相连,外搅拌筒下端通过弹性的连接环二和内搅拌筒下端相连,且外搅拌筒与内搅拌筒两者之间形成辅助的搅拌腔,外搅拌筒侧部开设有若干通孔二,外搅拌筒外侧壁上由上至下还设置有呈螺旋形的外搅拌片,外搅拌筒外侧壁上还固定有若干定位块,定位块上固定有转动电机,转动电机的输出轴水平设置,转动电机的输出轴端部和集料盒相连,集料盒上开设有集料口,集料盒底部具有排水孔,排水孔处设置有过滤网,过滤网上固定有振动电机,排水孔处还连接有排水管,排水管上设置有排水泵和单向阀一,集料盒侧部还具有回收孔,回收孔通过回收管和搅拌腔相连通,回收管上还设置有回收泵和单向阀二。
配制装置的工作原理如下:将各类原料从进料口加入到配制桶内,通过动力机构带动转轴转动,转轴带动内搅拌筒和外搅拌筒转动,内搅拌筒带动内搅拌片转动,外搅拌筒带动外搅拌片转动;也可以通过升降机构带动外搅拌筒上下移动,外搅拌筒和内搅拌筒两者之间产生相对上下移动,使搅拌腔的体积增大或减小,配制桶内的原料可进入到搅拌腔内或从搅拌腔内进入到配制桶内,同时,集料盒将配制桶内大颗粒的原料进行收集,通过回收管输送回搅拌腔内,从而可加快配制的速度,配制快速。
所述动力机构包括减速电机、主动轮、从动轮和皮带,减速电机固定在配制桶上,减速电机的输出轴竖直向上,主动轮固定在减速电机的输出轴端部,从动轮固定在转轴上端,皮带套设在主动轮与从动轮之间。
当需要使转轴转动时,控制减速电机的输出轴转动,减速电机的输出轴带动主动轮转动,主动轮通过皮带带动从动轮转动,从动轮带动转轴转动,从而可使转轴转动。
所述升降机构包括安装条、推杆电机、导轨、滑块和连接板,安装条固定在内搅拌筒上,导轨竖直固定在安装条上,滑块设置在导轨上,推杆电机固定在安装条上,推杆电机的推杆竖直向上,推杆电机的推杆端部和滑块相连,连接板一端和滑块相连,连接板另一端和外搅拌筒相连。
当需要使外搅拌筒上下移动时,控制推杆电机的推杆上下移动,推杆电机的推杆带动滑块沿着导轨上下移动,滑块带动连接板上下移动,连接板带动外搅拌筒上下移动,从而可使外搅拌筒上下移动。
所述搅拌腔内还设置有辅助结构,辅助结构包括定位杆、悬浮杆、若干辅助片和气囊一,定位杆固定在内搅拌筒内侧壁上,定位杆和辅助片一端相铰接,辅助片另一端和悬浮杆相铰接,且悬浮杆能上下浮动,气囊一固定在悬浮杆上,气囊一通过输气管和气泵一相连通,输气管上还设置有电磁阀二。
采用以上结构,在外搅拌筒上下移动的过程中,辅助片可随着液流上下摆动,同时,开启气泵一,通过输气管一可对气囊一进行充气或放气,改变悬浮杆上下浮动的速度,从而可改变辅助片上下摆动的速度,辅助效果好。
所述配制桶上部设置有察看机构,察看机构包括气缸、透明的观察板、定位架、支撑软管和导向筒,配制桶上部还开设有察看口,观察板设置在配制桶内,观察板通过弹性的连接环三和察看口相连,定位架固定在配制桶上部,定位架和伸缩杆一端相铰接,伸缩杆另一端和观察板相铰接,气缸和定位架相铰接,气缸的活塞杆端部和观察板的中部相铰接,支撑软管一端和定位架相连,支撑软管另一端和导向筒相连,且导向筒套设在气缸的活塞杆外,观察板上还固定有照明灯。
采用以上结构,通过支撑软管可改变导向筒的位置,导向筒对气缸的活塞杆进行导向,控制气缸的活塞杆来回移动,气缸的活塞杆带动观察板来回移动,同时,通过照明灯进行照明,从而可对配制桶内所需的位置进行观察,观察方便。
所述机架上还设置有导流机构,导流机构包括呈筒状的气囊二和控制器,气囊二的外侧和配制桶的内壁相连,气囊二内设置有若干分隔片,分隔片将气囊二的内部分隔成若干导流腔,导流腔的进气口通过进气管和进气泵相连通,进气管上还设置有电磁阀三,导流腔的排气口通过排气管和排气泵相连通,排气管上还设置有电磁阀四,控制器固定在机架上,电磁阀三、电磁阀四、进气泵和排气泵通过线路均与该控制器相连。
采用以上结构,通过控制器控制进气泵和排气泵工作,并使相应的电磁阀三、电磁阀四打开或关闭,对所需的导流腔进行充气或排气,从而气囊二可对配制捅内的原料进行导流,实用性强。
与现有技术相比,本改进型混纺面料的加工方法具有该优点:通过配制、涂层和烘干等步骤,就可实现混纺面料的加工,无需人工过多操作,加工速度快。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
本改进型混纺面料的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
a、取海岛纤维与锦纶纤维混纺面料,其中,海岛纤维占面料总重量的30-40%,锦纶纤维占面料总重量的60-70%;在本实施例中,取海岛纤维与锦纶纤维混纺面料,其中,海岛纤维占面料总重量的35%,锦纶纤维占面料总重量的65%;
b、称取聚氯乙烯20-30份、环氧树脂15-20份、钛白粉1-4份、纳米氧化铜3-5份、防霉剂0.8-1.6份、交联剂1-3份、消泡剂0.1-0.4份和溶剂16-40份;在本实施例中,称取聚氯乙烯25份、环氧树脂18份、钛白粉2份、纳米氧化铜4份、防霉剂1.2份、交联剂2份、消泡剂0.2份和溶剂30份;
c、通过配制装置将聚氯乙烯、环氧树脂、钛白粉、纳米氧化铜、防霉剂、交联剂、消泡剂和溶剂进行搅拌,搅拌时间为30-50min,制得涂层液;在本实施例中,通过配制装置将聚氯乙烯、环氧树脂、钛白粉、纳米氧化铜、防霉剂、交联剂、消泡剂和溶剂进行搅拌,搅拌时间为40min,制得涂层液;
d、将涂层液均匀刮涂在混纺面料的表面,涂层厚度为0.3-0.5mm;在本实施例中,将涂层液均匀刮涂在混纺面料的表面,涂层厚度为0.4mm;
e、将涂层好的混纺面料放入烘箱中进行烘干,烘干温度40-60℃,得到成品;在本实施例中,将涂层好的混纺面料放入烘箱中进行烘干,烘干温度48℃,得到成品。
采用该方法,通过配制、涂层和烘干等步骤,就可实现混纺面料的加工,无需人工过多操作,加工速度快。
步骤a中的防霉剂为二甲基乙酰胺。
步骤a中的交联剂为偶氮交联剂。
步骤a中的消泡剂为聚醚改性硅油。
步骤a中的溶剂为甲苯。
如图1-图4所示,步骤c中的配制装置包括机架1、配制桶2、内搅拌筒13、外搅拌筒7和转轴11,配制桶2固定在机架1上,在本实施例中,配制桶2通过螺栓连接的方式固定在机架1上;配制桶2上部具有进料口,配制桶2下部和输送管4一端相连通,输送管4另一端能与外界相连通,输送管4上依次设置有输送泵3和电磁阀一5,转轴11竖直设置在配制桶2内,转轴11上端伸出配制桶2与一能带动其转动的动力机构相连,转轴11下端通过连接架9和内搅拌筒13内侧壁相连,内搅拌筒13侧部开设有若干通孔一,在本实施例中,通孔一的数量为一百个;内搅拌筒13内侧壁上由下至上设置有呈螺旋形的内搅拌片12,外搅拌筒7套设在内搅拌筒13外,外搅拌筒7与一能带动其上下升降的升降机构,外搅拌筒7上端通过弹性的连接环一14和内搅拌筒13上端相连,在本实施例中,连接环一14采用市场上可以买到的现有产品;外搅拌筒7下端通过弹性的连接环二6和内搅拌筒13下端相连,在本实施例中,连接环二6采用市场上可以买到的现有产品;且外搅拌筒7与内搅拌筒13两者之间形成辅助的搅拌腔,外搅拌筒7侧部开设有若干通孔二,在本实施例中,通孔二的数量为一百个;外搅拌筒7外侧壁上由上至下还设置有呈螺旋形的外搅拌片8,外搅拌筒7外侧壁上还固定有若干定位块25,在本实施例中,定位块25的数量为三块;定位块25上固定有转动电机26,转动电机26的输出轴水平设置,转动电机26的输出轴端部和集料盒32相连,集料盒32上开设有集料口,集料盒32底部具有排水孔,排水孔处设置有过滤网33,过滤网33上固定有振动电机34,排水孔处还连接有排水管27,排水管27上设置有排水泵31和单向阀一28,集料盒32侧部还具有回收孔,回收孔通过回收管35和搅拌腔相连通,回收管35上还设置有回收泵36和单向阀二37。
动力机构包括减速电机18、主动轮17、从动轮16和皮带15,减速电机18固定在配制桶2上,在本实施例中,减速电机18通过螺栓连接的方式固定在配制桶2上;减速电机18的输出轴竖直向上,主动轮17固定在减速电机18的输出轴端部,从动轮16固定在转轴11上端,皮带15套设在主动轮17与从动轮16之间。
升降机构包括安装条19、推杆电机23、导轨20、滑块22和连接板21,安装条19固定在内搅拌筒13上,在本实施例中,安装条19通过焊接的方式固定在内搅拌筒13上;导轨20竖直固定在安装条19上,在本实施例中,导轨20通过螺栓连接的方式固定在安装条19上;滑块22设置在导轨20上,推杆电机23固定在安装条19上,在本实施例中,推杆电机23通过螺栓连接的方式固定在安装条19上;推杆电机23的推杆竖直向上,推杆电机23的推杆端部和滑块22相连,连接板21一端和滑块22相连,连接板21另一端和外搅拌筒7相连。
搅拌腔内还设置有辅助结构,辅助结构包括定位杆40、悬浮杆38、若干辅助片39和气囊一44,定位杆40固定在内搅拌筒13内侧壁上,在本实施例中,定位杆40通过焊接的方式固定在内搅拌筒13内侧壁上;定位杆40和辅助片39一端相铰接,辅助片39另一端和悬浮杆38相铰接,且悬浮杆38能上下浮动,气囊一44固定在悬浮杆38上,气囊一44通过输气管41和气泵一42相连通,输气管41上还设置有电磁阀二43;采用该结构,在外搅拌筒7上下移动的过程中,辅助片39可随着液流上下摆动,同时,开启气泵一42,通过输气管41一可对气囊一44进行充气或放气,改变悬浮杆38上下浮动的速度,从而可改变辅助片39上下摆动的速度。
配制桶2上部设置有察看机构,察看机构包括气缸46、透明的观察板51、定位架45、支撑软管47和导向筒48,配制桶2上部还开设有察看口,观察板51设置在配制桶2内,观察板51通过弹性的连接环三52和察看口相连,在本实施例中,连接环三52采用市场上可以买到的现有产品;定位架45固定在配制桶2上部,在本实施例中,定位架45通过焊接的方式固定在配制桶2上部;定位架45和伸缩杆53一端相铰接,伸缩杆53另一端和观察板51相铰接,气缸46和定位架45相铰接,气缸46的活塞杆端部和观察板51的中部相铰接,支撑软管47一端和定位架45相连,支撑软管47另一端和导向筒48相连,且导向筒48套设在气缸46的活塞杆外,观察板51上还固定有照明灯49,在本实施例中,观察板51上通过螺栓连接的方式固定有照明灯49;采用该结构,通过支撑软管47可改变导向筒48的位置,导向筒48对气缸46的活塞杆进行导向,控制气缸46的活塞杆带动观察板51来回移动,同时,通过照明灯49进行照明,从而可对配制桶2内所需的位置进行观察。
机架1上还设置有导流机构,导流机构包括呈筒状的气囊二54和控制器24,气囊二54的外侧和配制桶2的内壁相连,气囊二54内设置有若干分隔片62,在本实施例中,分隔片62的数量为四个;分隔片62将气囊二54的内部分隔成若干导流腔,在本实施例中,导流腔的数量为四个;导流腔的进气口通过进气管59和进气泵58相连通,进气管59上还设置有电磁阀三61,导流腔的排气口通过排气管55和排气泵57相连通,排气管55上还设置有电磁阀四56,控制器24固定在机架1上,电磁阀三61、电磁阀四56、进气泵58和排气泵57通过线路均与该控制器24相连,在本实施例中,控制器24采用市场上可以买到的单片机,单片机控制电磁阀和气泵的程序为现有,其程序不需要重新编辑;采用该结构,通过控制器24控制进气泵58和排气泵57工作,并使相应的电磁阀三61、电磁阀四56打开或关闭,对所需的导流腔进行充气或排气,从而气囊二54可对配制捅内的原料进行导流。
配制装置的工作原理如下:将各类原料从进料口加入到配制桶2内,控制减速电机18的输出轴带动主动轮17转动,主动轮17通过皮带15带动从动轮16转动,从动轮16带动转轴11转动,转轴11带动内搅拌筒13和外搅拌筒7转动,内搅拌筒13带动内搅拌片12转动,外搅拌筒7带动外搅拌片8转动;也可以控制推杆电机23的推杆带动滑块22上下移动,滑块22带动连接板21上下移动,连接板21带动外搅拌筒7上下移动,外搅拌筒7和内搅拌筒13两者之间产生相对上下移动,使搅拌腔的体积增大或减小,配制桶2内的原料可进入到搅拌腔内或从搅拌腔内进入到配制桶2内,同时,集料盒32将配制桶2内大颗粒的原料进行收集,通过回收管35输送回搅拌腔内,从而可加快配制的速度。

Claims (5)

1.改进型混纺面料的加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a、取海岛纤维与锦纶纤维混纺面料,其中,海岛纤维占面料总重量的35%,锦纶纤维占面料总重量的65%;
b、称取聚氯乙烯25份、环氧树脂18份、钛白粉2份、纳米氧化铜4份、防霉剂1.2份、交联剂2份、消泡剂0.2份和溶剂30份;
c、通过配制装置将聚氯乙烯、环氧树脂、钛白粉、纳米氧化铜、防霉剂、交联剂、消泡剂和溶剂进行搅拌,搅拌时间为40min,制得涂层液;
d、将涂层液均匀刮涂在混纺面料的表面,涂层厚度为0.4mm;
e、将涂层好的混纺面料放入烘箱中进行烘干,烘干温度48℃,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进型混纺面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a中的防霉剂为二甲基乙酰胺。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改进型混纺面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a中的交联剂为偶氮交联剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改进型混纺面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a中的消泡剂为聚醚改性硅油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的改进型混纺面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a中的溶剂为甲苯。
