Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to an origanum vulgaris essential oil preparation, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Thrips is a general term for insects of the thrips (thysannoptera) family (Thripida), and is small in size, highly hiding, and fast in reproduction. Thrips is mainly harmful to various grains, fruits, vegetables, flowers, gardening and the like. In recent years, thrips has been increasingly developed year by year, and has become one of the world-wide important agricultural and forestry pests, causing great economic loss to agricultural production practices.
At present, the prevention and treatment of thrips domestically and abroad mainly depend on chemical agents, however, the problem of drug resistance is becoming more serious and the pressure on the environment is increased. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new thrips prevention and control agent, and plant-derived pesticides become a hotspot for research and development and application of new pesticides due to the advantages of environmental friendliness, safety to non-target organisms, difficulty in generating drug resistance and the like.

Detailed Description
Origanum vulgare L is a labiate plant, the whole plant extract of the Origanum vulgare L contains more than 30 antibacterial compounds, is a potential natural antibiotic and a drug growth promoter, has important significance in the aspects of livestock feed, feed antibiotics, immunity and the like, and is found to have good insecticidal effect after relevant literature search, while no research report is made on the prevention and treatment of thrips.
The preparation of the oregano essential oil used in the present invention comprises: weighing 300g of dry origanum vulgaris whole plant, putting into a flask, adding 400ml of water, extracting for 60min under ultrasonic wave, distilling for 2h by using a steam distillation device, adding a certain amount of dichloromethane into distillate, distilling by using a rotary evaporator, adding a proper amount of anhydrous sodium sulfate to absorb water, and filtering to obtain the origanum vulgaris essential oil. Then, the origanum essential oil is prepared into hot fogging concentrate or soluble liquid.
Oregano whole grass is fresh, dried and purchased from shochu natural products, inc.
In order to improve the stability of the pesticide containing the oregano essential oil, the oregano essential oil is prepared into a hot fogging concentrate or a soluble liquid concentrate for use, and an auxiliary agent used in the hot fogging concentrate or the soluble liquid concentrate is at least one of an emulsifier and a solvent; the emulsifier is one or more of agricultural milk 0201-B, agricultural milk 0203-B, agricultural milk 1601, agricultural milk 1602 and agricultural milk 500; the solvent is one or more selected from N, N-dimethylformamide, methylnaphthalene, turpentine, soybean oil, dimethyl sulfoxide, methylnaphthalene and anhydrous ethanol.

the preparation containing oregano essential oil can be used for preventing and treating maize yellow and aphyllosis, western flower thrips and tobacco thrips on grains, fruits, vegetables, flowers, gardening and the like.
The following examples are given for the detailed implementation and specific operation of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
Indoor bioassay research:
the indoor bioassay of the oregano essential oil adopts a triangular flask fumigation method. Before the test, the oregano essential oil is diluted into different concentration gradients by acetone and refrigerated for standby. The specific method comprises the following steps: 20 healthy and tidy test insects are inoculated into a triangular flask (V is 60mL), then a filter paper strip (3 x 1cm) is fixed on an eraser plug, 1 mu L of essential oil solution is dripped on the filter paper strip by using a micro-sample injector, the eraser plug is quickly plugged, the paper strip is just hung at 1/3 in the center of the flask, the flask is placed in an intelligent incubator (L: D is 16: 8, T is 25 +/-1 ℃, RH is 60 +/-10%), after 6h, the plug with the filter paper is pulled off, the flask opening is sealed by a preservative film, after 24h, the fumigation condition is observed, and the death rate is calculated and corrected by using an Abbott formula. The death criteria of the maize yellow foolish thrips are: the body of the insect was touched with a writing brush under the dissecting mirror, and the appendage and head and abdomen were not responsive. Each treatment was repeated three times, setting acetone control.
Corrected mortality (%) — treatment mortality vs control mortality)/(1 vs control mortality) × 100%.
Indoor bioassay results of oregano essential oil:
