The invention discloses a food packaging process of a plastic container, which is an automatic continuous production process from plastic container molding to food filling. Moreover, due to the change of the process, the plastic containers are in zero stock, so that the investment cost of warehouse construction is obviously saved, the production equipment is compactly arranged, and the occupied area of a factory building is greatly saved.
The process comprises two core processes of a plastic container forming process and a food filling process.
A buffer belt for temporarily storing qualified finished products of the plastic containers is preferably arranged between the plastic container forming procedure and the food filling procedure. The buffer zone can be a region for standing the container, or can be a section of automatic conveying device. In the former case, the plastic container is often manually fed to the food filling process. Preferably, the latter is adopted, and the plastic container is automatically fed into the buffer belt after being formed and then automatically fed into a food filling process for filling.
The most end of the plastic container forming process is preferably provided with a container detection link for detecting the quality of the finished plastic container and further screening the finished plastic container into qualified products and unqualified products. The process is characterized in that a plastic container forming production line and a food filling production line are arranged in the same workshop space, and the qualified plastic container product output end of the plastic container forming production line is connected with an empty plastic container conveying line or an empty plastic container finisher at the front end of a food filling device of the food filling production line through a buffer device (namely a concrete implementation form of a buffer belt) for temporarily storing the qualified plastic container product.
The plastic container forming production line and the food filling production line both adopt automatic production lines, the empty plastic container conveying line or the empty plastic container collator also adopts automatic control, and the empty plastic container conveying line and the food filling production line adopt the same control device for centralized control. Further, the buffer device preferably adopts an automatic conveying device, so as to be integrally and centrally controlled by the same control device as the plastic container forming production line and the food filling production line, thereby realizing continuous automatic production from container forming to food filling.
As shown in fig. 1, the invention also discloses food packaging equipment for plastic containers, which is used for realizing the food packaging process and comprises a plastic container forming device 1 (which can be called as a forming device for short) and a food filling device 3, wherein the outlet of the forming device is connected with a container buffer device 2 (or called as a container temporary storage and transportation device) through container quality detection devices 1-7 and transition manipulators 1-8, and the other end of the container buffer device is connected with the inlet end of a container conveyer belt 3-1 of the food filling device. The containers 1-9 (see fig. 2) judged as qualified products by detection of the transition mechanical handle are placed on the container buffer device. The container buffer device then transports the containers to a container conveyor 3-1 of the food filling device. The food filling device fills the food into the container according to the set food capacity or weight. After filling, the containers are transported away from the food filling device by the container conveyor belt 3-1. The container buffer device not only plays a role of conveying, but also plays a role of temporarily storing qualified finished containers when a certain device stops working under an unexpected condition after the forming device.
The inlet of the forming device is provided with a workpiece conveying part 1-1 and a workpiece feeding mechanical arm 1-2. The container workpieces 1-3 (see fig. 3) can be delivered by a manual, automatic feeder or workpiece forming machine via the workpiece transport section to the gripping station of the workpiece feeding robot, whereupon the container workpieces are introduced into the forming device by the workpiece feeding robot.
The main body part of the forming device comprises a workpiece conveying body 1-4, a heating part 1-5 and a container forming part 1-6. The workpiece conveying body penetrates through the whole forming device, firstly conveys the container workpieces to heat the container workpieces through the heating part, and then conveys the heated and heated container workpieces to form through the container forming part to obtain finished products of the plastic containers 1-9. And the formed plastic container is conveyed to the container quality detection device by the workpiece conveying body for detection. The workpiece conveying bodies are arranged in a ring shape, and the containers 1-9 judged to be unqualified products after detection are conveyed to the workpiece feeding manipulator by the workpiece conveying bodies, and the manipulator moves the containers out of the workpiece conveying bodies. The workpiece conveying body and the workpiece conveying part are separated from each other, and the workpiece conveying body and the workpiece conveying part are connected through the workpiece feeding mechanical arm. The container buffer device preferably adopts an automatic container conveying device, and can conveniently realize the unified coordinated operation with the plastic container forming device and the food filling device through centralized unified control.
The food packaging equipment of the plastic container also comprises a food preservation device 4, a food sealing device 5, a container external labeling device 6 and a container capping device 7 which are sequentially arranged, wherein the food preservation device is used for accurately putting fresh-keeping materials into the container, namely, putting the fresh-keeping materials. The food sealing device is used for sealing the opening of the container according to the requirements of food preservation and the like. The container external pasting and printing device is used for pasting or printing the external of the container according to the corresponding standard and other related information storage works. The container capping device is used for installing a corresponding top cap to the top of the container. Each device is provided with a conveying belt which penetrates through the device and is used for conveying containers, and the conveying belts of the devices are sequentially and continuously arranged, namely the tail end of the conveying belt of the previous device is adjacent to the head end of the conveying belt of the next device, or part or all of the devices can share one set of conveying belt, in a word, each device is provided with the conveying belt, and the requirement of automatic continuous production of containers which automatically flow among the processes can be met. The head end of the conveying belt of the food fresh-keeping device is connected with the tail end of the conveying belt of the food filling device.
In the embodiment shown in the drawing, the food fresh-keeping device is separately provided with a conveying belt 4-1, the food sealing device and the container external pasting device share the conveying belt 5-1, and the container sealing device and the container covering device are separately provided with the conveying belt 7-1. After filling, the container filled with food is conveyed to a food preservation device by a container conveying belt 3-1, after preservation, the container filled with preservation materials is transferred to the food sealing device by the conveying belt 4-1, the container subjected to mouth sealing treatment is conveyed to the external attaching and printing device by the conveying belt 5-1, after external attaching and printing of the container is completed, the container is conveyed to the container sealing device by the conveying belt 5-1, and after a corresponding top cover is installed, the container is conveyed to the outside of equipment by the conveying belt 7-1.
Each device is provided with a dust cover, so that the whole food packaging process is implemented in equipment with the dust cover, and the environment protection, the sanitation grade and the like of the food packaging are effectively guaranteed.
