背景技术
人体的主要器官为五脏六腑,是人体各内脏的总称,其中心、肝、脾、肺、肾,叫五脏;小肠、胆、胃、大肠、膀胱、三焦,叫六腑。心是人体生命活动的主宰;肝有贮藏血液和调节气血量的功能;脾有消化、吸收并运输营养物质至全身的功能;肺“管呼吸,主气”;肾有“藏精、生髓、主骨”的功能;小肠主要功能是接收食物后分别清浊;胆分泌胆汁,有助于消化食物;胃受纳食物,再经脾将营养输出,以供养全身;大肠的功能是传导糟粕之物,通过肛门排出体外;膀胱主要是贮藏和排泄尿液;而三焦不是一个独立的脏器主体,而是按脏腑部位和功能分为三个部位:心、肺为上焦,脾、胃为中焦,肝、肾、大小肠、膀胱为下焦。
人体组成根据功能又可分为八大系统:运动系统、神经系统、内分泌系统、血液循环系统、呼吸系统、消化系统、泌尿系统和生殖系统。这些系统协调配合,使人体内各种复杂的生命活动能够正常进行。
亚健康状态指的就是人体的“五脏六腑”或“八大系统”所包含的器官出现了或大或小的问题,所以人体保健就是对人体的“五脏六腑”或“八大系统”进行必要的保健,而“五脏六腑”的保健尤以对心脏、肝、肾的保健最为重要,而八大系统保健以眼、脑、关节及前列腺为主。
目前市场上有各种适合改善此类人群特定部位健康状态的保健食品,如护肝的、改善肠胃的、改善睡眠的。专利CN101731597A蓝莓鱼油胶囊提到将蓝莓提取物,葡萄籽提取物,万寿菊提取物,小米草提取物,大豆卵磷脂,小麦胚芽油,鱼油Ω不饱脂肪酸组合到一起,起到护眼保健的作用。专利CN103653094B一种具有降低血脂功能的瘦身汤料提到将膳食纤维10%~40%、大豆卵磷脂粉10~45%、左旋肉碱6%~20%、瓜拉纳提取物1%~6%、鱼油粉末2~6%、调味粉8~15%、果糖1%~6%、食盐3%~8%和其他辅料3%~8%组合到一起,其中其他辅料是全脂奶粉、番茄粉、南瓜粉、马铃薯粉、鸡肉粉、牛肉粉中的一种或多种,起到降低血脂,减肥廋身的作用。然而现有的保健品的服用方式都是连续服用,因大部分是脂溶性物质,必须随餐服用,不利于保健食品的服用和吸收。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要针对上述的问题,提供一种可以改善人体亚健康的七色营养素。本发明通过采用多种天然抗氧化剂单一或其不同的组合,对心脏、肝、肾、眼、脑、关节及前列腺进行综合保健。本申请方案改善功能确定,效果明显,采用多种各色天然物质(姜黄提取物、万寿菊提取物、雨生红球藻提取物、蓝莓提取物、番茄提取物、葡萄籽提取物、绿茶提取物)制备成七色营养素,用于各类亚健康人群进行身体改善。更进一步改善,将各色天然物质溶于油脂中,制成“七色”软硬胶囊营养素,油脂(特别是鱼油或磷虾油或亚麻籽油)的搭配增加了各种色素的生物利用度,色彩斑斓的胶囊也改善了服用者的心情。
可以理解的是,本发明中的七色物质(姜黄提取物、万寿菊提取物、雨生红球藻提取物、蓝莓提取物、番茄提取物、葡萄籽提取物、绿茶提取物)除了搭配油脂(鱼油、磷虾油,也可以是亚麻籽油、大豆卵磷脂)使用,还可以搭配水等。产品形式可为液体的,也可为固体的,可以是软胶囊、硬胶囊、咀嚼片、速溶片、包衣片、压片糖果、果汁、饮料、糖果、果冻及饼干等。在水、果汁、饮料、糖果、果冻及饼干等作为载体时,还可以考虑把脂溶性的营养素通过微囊化工艺制作成水溶性的制剂形式再加入食品中做成七色营养食品。

本发明的七色营养素,具体为红色、黄色、橙色、绿色、青色、蓝色、紫色七种颜色的营养素,其中:
红色营养素,包括番茄提取物200~400毫克,所添加的番茄提取物含番茄红素14~28毫克;
黄色营养素,包括姜黄提取物60~150毫克,所添加的姜黄提取物含姜黄素45~60毫克;
橙色营养素,包括万寿菊提取物20~40毫克,所添加的万寿菊提取物含叶黄素酯1~2毫克;
绿色营养素,包括螺旋藻粉200~400毫克;
青色营养素,包括葡萄籽提取物200~400毫克,所添加的葡萄籽提取物含原花青素30~50毫克;
蓝色营养素,包括蓝莓提取物200~400毫克,所添加的蓝莓提取物含花青素30~70毫克;
紫色营养素,包括雨生红球藻提取物100~200毫克,所添加的雨生红球藻提取物含虾青素酯2~5毫克。
本发明的上述各色营养素,分别独立成型,整体应用。上述组方中表述的成分含量,可以理解的是普通成人单次循环使用的有效剂量。

本发明的七色营养素制备成胶囊时,将上述各色营养素与食用油脂充分搅拌,混合均匀,然后配以食品添加剂制备成型。具体如红色鱼油营养素:为按比例将番茄提取物、大豆卵磷脂、鱼油搅拌均匀,然后配以甘油、明胶制备成胶囊剂。其他颜色鱼油营养素可参照红色鱼油营养素方式制备,最终得到七色营养素。

本发明的营养素或其制备得到的营养食品食品,具有红色、黄色、橙色、绿色、青色、蓝色、紫色七中不同的颜色,分别对应了一周七天,可以从任意一天开始,选择一个颜色进行服用,然后依次循环适当疗程,即可获得理想效果。如由周一开始选择黄色鱼油胶囊,周二选择红色鱼油胶囊,依次周三-周日选择服用橙色、绿色、青色、蓝色、紫色鱼油胶囊,周一再轮回服用黄色鱼油胶囊,以此类推。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步清楚、完整地描述。需要说明的是,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本实施例采用的原料及其功能说明如下:
一、鱼油:鱼油是鱼体内的全部油类物质的统称,它包括体油、肝油和脑油,鱼油是一种从多脂鱼类提取的油脂,富含ω-3系多不饱和脂肪酸(DHA和EPA),具有抗炎、调节血脂等健康益处,具体体现在:
1、调节血脂,降低血液中低密度脂蛋白、胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量,提高对人体有益的高密度脂蛋白含量,促进体内饱和脂肪酸的代谢,防止脂肪垃圾在血管壁内堆积;
2、保心护脑,有效控制人体血脂浓度,预防心脑血管疾病;
3、清理血栓,降低血液粘稠度,预防血栓形成,预防脑血栓和脑梗塞;
4、调节血压,缓解血管紧张,防止血管痉挛,降低血压;
5、预防动脉硬化,增强血管的弹性和韧性,抑制动脉粥样硬化的形成和发展;
6、补脑健脑,提高记忆力,促进脑细胞充分发育,防止智力下降、健忘、老年痴呆等;
7、缓解眼疲劳,保护视力,在大脑和视网膜等组织中DHA含量很高,鱼油中含DHA可减少眼部患病的几率,减轻眼睛疲劳;
8、增强免疫力,在其他发达国家鱼油被用来辅助治疗糖尿病、高血压、类风湿关节炎及系统性疾病。
二、大豆卵磷脂:大豆卵磷脂(Lecithin High Potency又称大豆蛋黄素),是精制大豆油过程中的副产品,是通过溶剂萃取然后离心分离后通过醇洗得到。市面上粒状的大豆卵磷脂﹐是大豆油在脱胶过程中沉淀出来的磷脂质,再经加工、干燥之后的产品。纯品的大豆卵磷脂为棕黄色蜡状固体,易吸水变成棕黑色胶状物;易氧化,从棕黄色逐渐变褐色至棕黑色;大豆卵磷脂中含有卵磷脂、脑磷脂等,具延缓衰老、预防心脑血管疾病等作用。大豆卵磷脂可增强细胞信息传递能力,从而提高大脑活力,提升细胞膜自我修复能力来保护肝脏,具体体现在:
1、延缓衰老,细胞的新陈代谢过程,是由细胞膜调控的,细胞膜的健康程度,直接关系到细胞的自我修复能力、信息传递能力、抵御外部侵害的能力、细胞活性与再生能力等。细胞膜主要是由卵磷脂构成的,向人体补充卵磷脂,就意味着可以修补被损伤的细胞膜,改善细胞膜功能,使细胞膜软化和年轻化,增加细胞活性。通过对卵磷脂的摄取,就可以提高人体的代谢能力、自愈能力和抗体组织的再生能力,增强人体的生命活力,从根本上延缓人体衰老;
2、血管清道夫、预防心脑血管疾病,卵磷脂可以乳化、分解油脂,能将附着在血管壁上的胆固醇和脂肪乳化成微粒子,使之溶于血液中运回肝脏而被代谢。起到软化血管、改善血清脂质,清除过氧化物的作用,使血液中胆固醇及脂肪含量降低,从而降低血液黏稠度,增进血液循环,减少脂肪在血管内的滞留时间。进而,使营养丰富、含氧充足的血液,畅通无阻地流向大脑、心脏等器官;
3、健脑益智、预防老年性痴呆,卵磷脂能为大脑神经细胞提供充足的养料,使脑神经之间的信息传递速度加快,从而提高大脑活力,消除大脑疲劳,使大脑思维敏捷,提高学习和工作效率。卵磷脂在修复受损伤脑细胞、打通大脑与血液循环之间障碍的同时,可维持脑神经细胞的正常功能,并增强大脑神经系统功能,进而达到预防老年性痴呆症的功效;

三、亚麻籽油由亚麻籽制取而成,富含不饱和脂肪酸α‐亚麻酸和γ-亚麻酸,亚麻籽油含有18种氨基酸,其中含量超过蛋白含量5%的氨基酸从多到少,依次为谷氨酸(26.3%)、天门冬氨酸(12.5%)、精氨酸(11.8%)、甘氨酸(7%)、亮氨酸(6.8%)、色氨酸(5.8%)、丙氨酸(5.4%)、苯丙氨酸(5.3%)、异亮氨酸(5.2%)。经研究和临床实验,证实亚麻籽油有以下功用:
1、改善皮肤脂肪含量,使肌肤更幼滑、滋润、柔软有弹性,同时令皮肤呼吸及排汗正常,减轻种种皮肤问题。
2、改善女性经前综合症,有许多女性经前综合症的例子,例如痛经等,症状都在每天吃了新鲜的亚麻籽油后完全消失,当然需要配合维他命及矿物质。
3、提升抗压力,α‐亚麻酸可减少身体受压力时所产生的有害生化物质的影响,稳定情绪,保持平静心态,减少忧郁症及失眠症。
4、减轻过敏反应,Ω‐3有助减轻过敏反应,但由于整个身体要重新组织,要将过敏彻底消除需一段较长时间,更要全面性的营养辅助。
5、减轻哮喘,食用几天后就可以明显减轻哮喘发作。
6、改善关节炎,实验证明,α‐亚麻酸对治疗及防止关节炎有极大作用。60%风湿关节炎患者接受α‐亚麻酸和γ-亚麻酸脂肪酸治疗后,可以完全停止食用非类固醇的抗炎药物,而另外有20%则可将非类固醇抗炎药物减半。

四、磷虾油,提取自南极磷虾,含有Omega-3必需脂肪酸二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)。Omega-3必需脂肪酸有很多促进健康的益处,包括心血管,神经,骨骼和关节,视力,皮肤保健等,具体体现在:
1、降低血脂、胆固醇、预防脑溢血、脑血栓;
2、降低血液黏稠度、促进血液循环,预防高血压;
3、健脑益智,活跃思维,预防老年痴呆症;
4、保护神经细胞膜,增强注意力和记忆力、理解力;

五、番茄提取物:番茄红素(Lycopene)是类胡萝卜素的一种,是一种很强的抗氧化剂,具有极强的清除自由基的能力,对防治前列腺癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、子宫癌等有显著效果,有效抑制癌细胞的扩散和复制,还有预防心脑血管疾病、提高免疫力、保护细胞DNA免受自由基损害,防止细胞病变、突变、癌变;含强力抗氧化生物活物质,能促使细胞的生长和再生,美容袪皱,维持皮肤健康,延缓衰老等功效,有“植物黄金”之称,被誉为“21世纪保健品的新宠”。它是自然界中最强的抗氧化剂,其抗氧化作用是β-胡萝卜素的2倍,VE的100倍。在清除人体“万病之源”――自由基方面,番茄红素的作用比β-胡萝卜素更强大。2003年,美国《时代》杂志把番茄红素列在“对人类健康贡献最大的食品”之首,番茄红素也因此被称为“植物中的黄金”。目前,番茄红素已在欧美、日本和中国港台地区被广泛接受。对防治前列腺疾病、前列腺癌、肺癌、胃癌、乳癌有奇效,有效抑制癌细胞的扩散和复制,被西方国家称为“植物黄金”。
六、姜黄提取物:姜黄被人类使用已有4000多年历史,印度咖哩中黄色的来源就是它,在古印度及中国医学都曾使用姜黄来治疗发炎性疾病、保护肝脏、皮肤疾病及创伤,现代医学研究后也证实它主要具有抗氧化及抗发炎的两大功能,根据美国知名期刊(J.Am.Chem.Soc.)研究指出,天然姜黄素(Curcumin)的抗氧化能力是生物类黄酮的2.33倍,维生素E的1.6倍及维生素C的2.75倍,能帮助人体对抗许多疾病,是具有多种功效的草本植物。目前已被证实的生物学功能有:护肝;抗炎;改善功能性消化不良;预防甚至对抗癌症;减肥;提升脑衍生神经滋长因子,改善大脑功能,减少脑部退化;降低多种心血管疾病的风险因子;预防及治疗阿兹海默症;加强血糖控制,改善糖尿病;改善关节炎;抗忧郁;延缓老化,减少老年退化性疾病;能增加身体抗氧化剂的存量。
七、万寿菊提取物:叶黄素是一种广泛存在于蔬菜、花卉、水果等植物中的天然物质,属于“类胡萝卜类”族物质,已知在自然界中存在着600多种类胡萝卜素,其中只有约20种存在于人的血液和组织中。医学实验证明植物中所含的天然叶黄素是一种性能优异的抗氧化剂,在食品中加入一定量的叶黄素可预防细胞衰老和机体器官衰老,同时还可预防老年性眼球视网膜黄斑退化引起的视力下降与失明,通过一系列的医学研究,类胡萝卜素已被建议用作癌症预防剂,生命延长剂,溃疡抵制剂,心脏病发作与冠状动脉疾病的抵制剂。叶黄素已被试验验证具有的生物学功能有:1保护视网膜、延缓白内障的发生、降低黄斑部退化、病变;2延缓动脉硬化;3抗癌活性;4改善婴幼儿及老人的认知能力;5保护皮肤。
八、绿茶提取物是从绿茶叶片中提取的活性成分,主要包括茶多酚(儿茶素)、咖啡碱、芳香油、水分、矿物质、色素、碳水化合物、蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素等,茶多酚是其主要功能成分。茶多酚结构中富含酚羟基,可提供活泼氢使自由基灭活,而本身被氧化形成的自由基由于邻苯二酚结构而具有较高稳定性。因其抗氧化功能,使其具有如下生理功能:
1、降血脂作用,茶多酚具有抗氧化、清除自由基等作用,可明显降低高脂血症的血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量,同时具有恢复和保护血管内皮功能的作用。茶多酚的降血脂作用也是茶叶能使肥胖者减肥不反弹的主要原因之一;
2、抗氧化作用,茶多酚可阻断脂质过氧化过程,提高人体内酶的活性,从而起到抗突变、抗癌症的功效;
3、抑制肿瘤作用,茶多酚可抑制肿瘤细胞DNA的合成,诱使突变DNA断裂,因而可抑制肿瘤细胞的合成率,进一步抑制肿瘤的生长和增殖;
4、杀菌解毒作用,茶多酚能杀灭肉毒杆菌及孢子,抑制细菌外毒素的活性。对引起腹泻、呼吸道和皮肤感染的各种病原菌有抗菌作用。茶多酚对引起化脓性感染、烧伤、外伤的金黄色葡萄球菌、变型杆菌有明显的抑制作用;
5、解酒及保护肝脏作用,酒精性肝损伤主要是乙醇引起的自由基损伤,茶多酚作为自由基清除剂,具有抑制酒精性肝损伤的作用;
6、清毒作用,严重的环境污染对人体健康具有明显的毒害作用,茶多酚对重金属具有强的吸附作用,能与重金属形成络合物而产生沉淀,有利于减轻重金属对人体产生的毒害作用。另外,茶多酚还具有改善肝功能和利尿的作用,因而对生物碱中毒有较好的降解作用;
7、提高机体免疫力,茶多酚通过提高人体免疫球蛋白总量并使其维持在高水平,刺激抗体活性的变化,从而提高人的总体免疫能力,并可促进人体的自身调理功能。
九、葡萄籽提取物:葡萄籽提取物是迄今发现的植物来源最高效的抗氧化剂之一,体内和体外试验表明,葡萄籽提取物"原花青素OPC"的抗氧化效果,是维生素C和维生素E的50-70倍。超强的抗氧化效率具有清除自由基、提高人体免疫力的强力效果。葡萄籽精华(Grape Seed Extract)含丰富生物类黄酮、是强力的精华分子,用于对抗自由基(游离基)与维护微丝血管的健康。自由基是造成老化及诸多疾病的重要原因之一,具估计大约80%-90%的老化性、退化性疾病都与自由基有关,所以,葡萄籽提取物对人体抗氧化,提高免疫力有极佳的效果。其具有如下保健功能:

十一、雨生红球藻提取物:雨生红球藻又被叫做湖生红球藻或湖生血球藻,是一种普遍存在的绿藻,属于团藻目,红球藻科。雨生红球藻提取物是将雨生红球藻藻粉经溶剂提取或超临界提取处理的富含虾青素成分的油膏状物质。虾青素具有如下保健功能:
1、防紫外线辐射;
2、增强免疫力;
3、抗炎抗感染特性;
4、缓解运动疲劳,增强机体能量代谢;
5、眼和中枢神经系统的保护作用;
6、预防心血管疾病;
7、抑制糖尿病肾病;

上述功能成分来源是天然提取物,是抗氧化物质,是机体良好的抗氧化剂,可以改善机体免疫力,延缓衰老。本发明方案包括以上功能成分,但并不限于以上功能成分,如基础功能成分可以是鱼油,也可以是亚麻籽油,亦可以是磷虾油。

红色鱼油胶囊组成为:番茄提取物300毫克(含21毫克番茄红素),大豆卵磷脂50毫克,鱼油50毫克,甘油70毫克,明胶30毫克;
黄色鱼油胶囊组成为:姜黄提取物100毫克(含15毫克姜黄素),大豆卵磷脂20毫克,鱼油300毫克,甘油50毫克,明胶30毫克;
橙色鱼油胶囊组成为:万寿菊提取物20毫克(含1毫克叶黄素酯),大豆卵磷脂50毫克,鱼油340毫克,甘油60毫克,明胶30毫克;
绿色鱼油胶囊组成为:螺旋藻粉300毫克,大豆卵磷脂50毫克,鱼油50毫克,甘油70毫克,明胶30毫克;
青色鱼油胶囊组成为:葡萄籽提取物300毫克(含40毫克原花青素),大豆卵磷脂50毫克,鱼油50毫克,甘油70毫克,明胶30毫克;
蓝色鱼油胶囊组成为:蓝莓提取物300毫克(含50毫克花青素),大豆卵磷脂50毫克,鱼油50毫克,甘油70毫克,明胶30毫克;
紫色鱼油胶囊组成为:雨生红球藻提取物40毫克(含虾青素酯2.5毫克),大豆卵磷脂50毫克,鱼油280毫克,甘油80毫克,明胶50毫克。
将上述各色营养素中的色素成分、大豆卵磷脂与鱼油充分搅拌,混合均匀,然后配以甘油,明胶制成七种颜色的软胶囊每天一次服用一种颜色营养素,循环服用。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例3的区别仅在于采用磷虾油替代鱼油。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例3的区别仅在于采用亚麻籽油替代鱼油。
鱼油中富含不饱和脂肪酸,可以软化血管,减少人体心血管疾病,是大众早已接受的传统心血管保健物质,亚麻籽油及磷虾油是近年发现有着与鱼油同样保健效果的一类不饱和脂肪酸,替代鱼油有着同样的保健效果。
实施例6
本实施例与实施例3的区别仅在于不添加大豆卵磷脂。
大豆卵磷脂具有延缓衰老、预防心脑血管疾病等保健作用,本发明实验表明,大豆卵磷脂同时与脂溶性营养素搭配使用,可以增强脂溶性营养素的生物利用度。
为进一步验证本发明方案的效果,进行一下实验测试:
(1)实验样品
实验组:取上述实施例3所得的七色营养素,每天服用一种,按红色、黄色、橙色、绿色、青色、蓝色、紫色每周重复服用,每天服用量按其中有效成分来控制,其中红色营养素每天服用量含番茄红素84毫克,黄色营养素每天服用量含姜黄素63毫克,橙色营养素每天服用量含叶黄素酯2.1毫克,绿色营养素每天服用量含螺旋藻提取物4.2克,青色营养素每天服用量含原花青素147毫克,蓝色营养素每天服用量含花青素147毫克,紫色营养素每天服用量含虾青素酯8.4毫克,每天晚餐后用温水冲服。
对照组1:每天服用两种不同的营养素,每种颜色营养素的服用量为实验组的1/2量,即分为红黄,黄橙,橙绿,绿青,青蓝,蓝紫,紫红七个组合,循环往复,每天晚餐后温水冲服。
对照组2:每天服用三种不同的营养素,每种颜色营养素的服用量为实验组的1/3量,即分为红黄橙,黄橙绿,橙绿青,绿青蓝,青蓝紫,蓝紫红,紫红黄七个组合,循环往复,每天晚餐后温水冲服。
对照组3:每天服用全部七色营养素,每种颜色营养素的服用量为实验组的1/7量,每天晚餐后温水冲服。
(2)实验对象
以广州某两个公司身体处于亚健康状态,有身体改善需求的男女人士各40人参加,参与者均为自愿参加,工作强度相当,平均年龄为38.28±1.25岁,按肝功能(以谷丙转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶的水平为指标)、甘油三酯、葡萄糖及血压状况平分为4组(具体分组情况见表1),每组男女各10人,分别按上述组别所述方法服用各组营养素,实验前分别做肝功能、血脂、血糖及血压的医学检查,保留数据备对比分析。

(3)实验方法
受试者从第一次食用供试营养素完成后开始计时,分别于实验开始前、食用一个周期、食用二个周期时监测谷丙转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、甘油三酯、葡萄糖及血压变化,两个月为一个周期,持续两个周期。

从表1-3可以分析出七色鱼油营养素对试验者血液中谷丙转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、甘油三酯、葡萄糖及血压均有改善,其中实验组改善最为明显,而对照组1-3虽然有所改善,但是改善程度相对实验组差一些。
(5)实验结论
通过为期4个月的人体实验结果分析得到,七色鱼油产品对处于亚健康状态的男女人士血液中谷丙转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、甘油三酯、葡萄糖及血压等指标均有所改善,其中以按人体正常需求比例每天服一种七天循环服用效果最为明显。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (7)
1.一种七色营养素,其特征在于,具体为红色、黄色、橙色、绿色、青色、蓝色、紫色七种颜色的营养素,其中:
红色营养素,包括番茄提取物200~400毫克,所添加的番茄提取物含番茄红素14~28毫克;
黄色营养素,包括姜黄提取物60~150毫克,所添加的姜黄提取物含姜黄素45~60毫克;
橙色营养素,包括万寿菊提取物20~40毫克,所添加的万寿菊提取物含叶黄素酯1~2毫克;
绿色营养素,包括螺旋藻粉200~400毫克;
青色营养素,包括葡萄籽提取物200~400毫克,所添加的葡萄籽提取物含原花青素30~50毫克;
蓝色营养素,包括蓝莓提取物200~400毫克,所添加的蓝莓提取物含花青素30~70毫克;
紫色营养素,包括雨生红球藻提取物100~200毫克,所添加的雨生红球藻提取物含虾青素酯2~5毫克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的七色营养素,其特征在于,每种颜色所述营养素中还包括:食用油脂50~300毫克;
所述食用油脂为鱼油、亚麻籽油或磷虾油、大豆卵磷脂中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的七色营养素,其特征在于,所述红色营养素中的食用油脂含量为:鱼油50毫克,大豆卵磷脂50毫克;
所述黄色营养素中的食用油脂含量为:鱼油300毫克;大豆卵磷脂20毫克;
所述橙色营养素中的食用油脂含量为:鱼油340毫克;大豆卵磷脂50毫克;
所述绿色营养素中的食用油脂含量为:鱼油50毫克;大豆卵磷脂50毫克;
所述青色营养素中的食用油脂含量为:鱼油50毫克;大豆卵磷脂50毫克;
所述蓝色营养素中的食用油脂含量为:鱼油50毫克;大豆卵磷脂50毫克;
所述紫色营养素中的食用油脂含量为:鱼油280毫克;大豆卵磷脂50毫克。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的七色营养素,其特征在于,所述红色营养素、黄色营养素、橙色营养素、绿色营养素、青色营养素、蓝色营养素、紫色营养素分别还包括:食品添加剂50~150mg。
5.根据权利要求4所述的七色营养素,其特征在于,所述食品添加剂包括甘油和明胶。
6.根据权利要求5所述的七色营养素,其特征在于,其中的明胶为20-30毫克,甘油为20~120毫克。
7.上述权利要求1-6任意一项所述的七色营养素在食品中添加,制备成七色营养食品中的应用。
