技术领域
本发明涉及保健品技术领域,尤其涉及一种固体富氢食品及其应用。
背景技术
2007年,日本太田成男教授在《自然医学》上发表“Hydrogen acts as atherapeutic antioxidant by selectivelyreducing cytotoxic oxygen radicals”,文章发布氢分子可以选择性清除恶性自由基,引起学术界的轰动。随后大量的研究和数据证明,氢分子独有的水溶和脂溶特性,以及最小分子态,可以有效清除体内恶性自由基,恢复人体年轻态,延缓人体衰老。
但是氢气在体内无法储存,无论吸入还是饮入的氢气,在2小时后几乎都被排除体外,且目前富氢食品中,氢含量少,制作成本高。
发明内容
针对现有体内持续供氢、制作成本高、氢含量少等问题,本发明提供一种固体富氢食品。
以及,一种固体富氢食品的应用。
为达到上述发明目的,本发明实施例采用了如下的技术方案:
一种固体富氢食品的制备方法,所述制备方法至少包括以下步骤:
步骤a、将珊瑚钙煅烧得到精致钙,其中煅烧条件为200-500℃,50-70min;
步骤b、将精致钙在氢气气氛且无氧的条件下煅烧,煅烧条件为500-600℃,40-60min,氢气压力为1MPa-2MPa,煅烧后研磨,得到富氢-精致钙;
步骤c、将矿物质溶液烘干,得到矿物质成分;
步骤d、将固体食品、矿物质成分、富氢-精致钙混合,得到固体富氢食品。
相对于现有技术,本发明提供的固体富氢食品,具有以下优势:
1)本发明提供的固体富氢食品的制备工艺简单,选择合适的煅烧温度,将珊瑚钙煅烧得到多孔的精致钙,然后在氢气气氛下且无氧环境中,氢气在等离子状态下极化、电离成H+和H-,H-被吸附到精致钙的孔中,生成富氢-精致钙,在体内等氧气浓度较低的环境中,H-不会脱附,且与水接触反应,释放氢,在体内清除伤害机体的自由基;
2)本发明制备的固体富氢食品中还添加矿物成分,矿物成分呈负电位同时带有正电荷,不仅增加食品的负电位,且矿物质成分带有的正电荷促进富氢-精致钙中的H-稳定,不易脱附;
3)本发明制备的固体富氢食品,氢含量高,其溶解氢的含量(10g本发明产品溶于50mL水中)为900-1000ppb,其负电位为-1000mV~-2000mV。
具体地,优选地,所述步骤d中,以所述固体食品的质量为100%计,所述矿物质成分为0.05-0.2%,所述富氢-精致钙为1.5-3%。
矿物质溶液含有多种矿物元素,不仅带有正电荷,促进富氢-精致钙中的H-稳定,不易脱附,且本身具有负电位。
固体食品为食品原料或者是固体饮料等。
优选地,所述步骤b中,研磨粒径为2.0-3.0微米。
采取2.0-3.0微米的研磨粒径有利于富氢-精致钙与食品混合均匀,增加食用口感。
优选地,所述精致钙的比表面积为1.1-2.5m2/g,孔径为3-4nm。
经过煅烧的到精致钙,比表面积较大,孔径小,有利于吸附更多H-。
优选地,所述步骤d中现将矿物质成分加入到固体食品中,以400-600rpm的速度搅拌30-60min,再加入富氢-精致钙,以400-600rpm的速度搅拌30-60min。
优选地,所述步骤c中烘干条件为90-110℃。

其中,上述矿物质溶液的制备方法为:
将天青石、锗矿石原矿粒、麦饭石、沸石、大理石、花岗岩,粉碎至50-100目,得到矿石粉,其中天青石、锗矿石原矿粒、麦饭石、沸石、大理石、花岗岩的质量比0.8:1.2:1:1:1:1;
将所述矿石粉加到海水中,其中矿石粉与海水的质量比为1:100,超声15-30min,得到分散液;
再加入质量浓度为5-10%的盐酸,调节分散液的pH值3-5,搅拌,按照静置-超声的过程重复10-15次,其中静置45-48h,超声60min,得到反应液,其中静置-超声的过程控制以矿石粉、海水、盐酸组成的反应体系的pH值为3-5;
用1mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液调节反应液的pH值至8-9,过滤,滤液即为矿物质溶液。
矿物质溶液含有多种矿物质成分,不仅提升食品的负电位,增加矿物质微量元素含量,同时可以释放远红外线,且自身自带的杀菌功效,防止食品腐败。与食品混合后,其食品与富氢-精致钙混合,并保护富氢-精致钙在食品存储过程中的稳定性。
进一步地,本发明还提供上述的固体富氢食品在保健食品或功能性食品领域中的应用。

实施例1
本发明实施里提供一种富氢羊奶粉,制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤a、将珊瑚钙煅烧在500℃下煅烧50min,得到精致钙;
步骤b、将精致钙在氢气气氛下煅烧,煅烧条件为600℃,40min,氢气压力为1MPa,煅烧后降温研磨至粒径为2.5微米,得到富氢-精致钙;
步骤c、将矿物质溶液在100℃的条件下进行烘干,得到矿物质成分;
步骤d、将矿物质成分加入到羊奶粉中,以500rpm的速度搅拌40min,再加入富氢-精致钙,以600rpm的速度搅拌30min,得到富氢羊奶粉。

步骤a、将珊瑚钙煅烧在200℃下煅烧70min,得到精致钙;
步骤b、将精致钙在氢气气氛下煅烧,煅烧条件为500℃,60min,氢气压力为1.5MPa,煅烧后降温研磨至粒径为3微米,得到富氢-精致钙;
步骤c、将矿物质溶液在90℃的条件下进行烘干,得到矿物质成分;
步骤d、将矿物质成分加入到面粉中,以400rpm的速度搅拌60min,再加入富氢-精致钙,以500rpm的速度搅拌40min,得到富氢面粉。
再将富氢面粉用于制作富氢馒头。
其中,上述矿物质溶液含有如下浓度的水合离子态纳米级矿物质微量元素:钙:400mg/L,镁:400mg/L,铜:10mg/L,锌:100mg/L,钠:150mg/L,硒:50mg/L,钾:100mg/L,钴:10mg/L,锰:10mg/L,铬:40mg/L,碘:30mg/L,镍:3mg/L,氟:4mg/L,矾:20mg/L,硅:40mg/L,锶:100mg/L,硼:10mg/L,锗:100mg/L。
选取人群为60岁以上群体,每天食用富氢馒头两个,持续食用30后,86%的人群感觉身体轻松,记忆力增强。14%的人群感觉没有明显变化。60天后95%的人感觉睡眠质量改善。
实施例3
本发明实施里提供一种富氢咖啡,制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤a、将纯度为99.5%以上的珊瑚钙煅烧在400℃下煅烧60min,得到精致钙;
步骤b、将精致钙在氢气气氛下煅烧,煅烧条件为550℃,50min,氢气压力为2MPa,煅烧后降温研磨至粒径为3微米,得到富氢-精致钙;
步骤c、将矿物质溶液在110℃的条件下进行烘干,得到矿物质成分;
步骤d、将矿物质成分加入到咖啡中,以600rpm的速度搅拌30min,再加入富氢-精致钙,以400rpm的速度搅拌60min,得到富氢咖啡。
其中,上述矿物质溶液含有如下浓度的水合离子态纳米级矿物质微量元素:钙:800mg/L,镁:200mg/L,铜:20mg/L,锌:50mg/L,钠:200mg/L,硒:70mg/L,钾:200mg/L,钴:20mg/L,锰:15mg/L,铬:60mg/L,碘:40mg/L,镍:4mg/L,氟:3mg/L,矾:15mg/L,硅:30mg/L,锶:80mg/L,硼:20mg/L,锗:200mg/L。

Claims (6)
1.一种固体富氢食品,其特征在于:所述固体富氢食品的制备方法至少包括以下步骤:
步骤a、将珊瑚钙煅烧得到精致钙,其中煅烧条件为200-500℃,50-70min,所述精致钙的比表面积为1.1-2.5m2/g,孔径为3-4nm;
步骤b、将精致钙在氢气气氛且无氧的条件下煅烧,煅烧条件为500-600℃,40-60min,氢气压力为1MPa-2MPa,煅烧后研磨,得到富氢-精致钙;
步骤c、将矿物质溶液烘干,得到矿物质成分,所述矿物质溶液含有如下浓度的水合离子态纳米级矿物质微量元素:钙:400-800mg/L,镁:200-400mg/L,铜:10-20mg/L,锌:50-100mg/L,钠:100-200mg/L,硒:50-80mg/L,钾:100-200mg/L,钴:10-20mg/L,锰:10-20mg/L,铬:30-60mg/L,碘:20-40mg/L,镍:3-5mg/L,氟:3-5mg/L,矾:10-20mg/L,硅:30-40mg/L,锶:80-100mg/L,硼:10-20mg/L,锗:100-200mg/L;
步骤d、将固体食品、矿物质成分、富氢-精致钙混合,得到固体富氢食品。
2.如权利要求1所述的固体富氢食品,其特征在于:所述步骤b中,研磨粒径为2.0-3.0微米。
3.如权利要求1所述的固体富氢食品,其特征在于:所述步骤d中,以所述固体食品的质量为100%计,所述矿物质成分为0.05-0.2%,所述富氢-精致钙为1.5-3%。
4.如权利要求3所述的固体富氢食品,其特征在于:所述步骤d中先将矿物质成分加入到固体食品中,以400-600rpm的速度搅拌30-60min,再加入富氢-精致钙,以400-600rpm的速度搅拌30-60min。
5.如权利要求1所述的固体富氢食品,其特征在于:所述步骤c中烘干条件为90-110℃。
6.如权利要求1~5任一项所述的固体富氢食品在保健食品或功能性食品领域中的应用。
