Abstract
本发明涉及一种齿轮齿条行走机构变速箱,在箱体内设有动力轴、两平行的输出轴,输出轴的前端穿过箱体的侧壁,并安装有行走齿轮,动力轴与输出轴通过斜齿轮啮合传动。与现有技术相比本发明具有以下明显的优点:斜齿轮替代直齿轮,啮合间隙小,传动精度高,只要润滑脂即可达到要求,箱体不需要密封,省去大量的润滑油,成本大大降低,只有原来的四分之一。

本发明涉及一种齿轮齿条行走机构,具体涉及一种齿轮齿条行走机构的变速箱。
背景技术
现有齿轮齿条行走机构的变速箱是密封的,里面充有润滑油,因为变速箱内的输出轴与动力轴之间采用直齿轮传动,齿轮之间的间隙大,传动的精度不够高,需要大量的润滑油弥补不足,造成变速箱的成本很高,而传动的精度不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种齿轮齿条行走机构变速箱。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术手段实现的:
在箱体内设有动力轴、两平行的输出轴,输出轴的前端穿过箱体的侧壁,并安装有行走齿轮,动力轴与输出轴通过斜齿轮啮合传动。
优选的方案,动力轴的前部、后部各有一斜齿轮,分别与输出轴上的斜齿轮啮合。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下明显的优点:斜齿轮替代直齿轮,啮合间隙小,传动精度高,只要润滑脂即可达到要求,箱体不需要密封,省去大量的润滑油,成本大大降低,只有原来的四分之一。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述:图中,1箱体,2动力轴,3输出轴一,4输出轴二,5斜齿轮一,6斜齿轮二,7斜齿轮三,8斜齿轮四,9行走齿轮。
如图所示的齿轮齿条行走机构变速箱,在箱体1的中间设有动力轴2,动力轴2两侧分别有输出轴一3和输出轴二4,动力轴2、输出轴一3和输出轴二4通过轴承安装在箱体1的侧壁上,动力轴2的前部有斜齿轮8,输出轴一3上有斜齿轮7,斜齿轮7与斜齿轮8啮合,动力轴2的后部有斜齿轮5,输出轴二4上有斜齿轮6,斜齿轮5与斜齿轮6啮合,输出轴一3和输出轴二4的前端穿过箱体1的前侧壁,并安装有行走齿轮9。行走齿轮9与齿条啮合,实现行走功能。

1.齿轮齿条行走机构变速箱,在箱体内设有动力轴、两平行的输出轴,所述输出轴的前端穿过所述箱体的侧壁,并安装有行走齿轮,其特征是:所述动力轴与所述输出轴通过斜齿轮啮合传动。
2.如权利要求1所述的齿轮齿条行走机构变速箱,其特征是:所述动力轴的前部、后部各有一斜齿轮,分别与所述输出轴上的斜齿轮啮合。
