本发明提供了一种耐候性的UV灯箱布,其能解决现有的UV灯箱耐候性差的技术问题。一种耐候性的UV灯箱布,其包括依次设置的基材、阻燃型吸墨内层、阻燃遮光型吸墨中层和吸墨表层,其特征在于:阻燃型吸墨内层包括以下原料,丙烯酸乳液26份,天然石粉16份,粉状聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯4.2份、粉状二氧化硅5份、氯化石蜡5份和有机锡稳定剂1.8份;阻燃遮光型吸墨中层包括以下原料,丙烯酸乳液26份,天然石粉16份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯4.2份、粉状二氧化硅5份、氯化石蜡4.5份、三氧化二锑1.8份和有机锡稳定剂2份;吸墨表层包括以下原料,丙烯酸乳液26份,天然石粉16份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯4.2份、粉状二氧化硅5份和有机锡稳定剂1.5份。

技术领域
本发明涉及灯箱布,具体涉及一种耐候性的UV灯箱布及其生产方法。
背景技术
传统灯箱布是一种由两层PVC和一层网格布组成的面料,主要应用于广告灯箱、横幅、海报、以及建筑物围墙布景。传统的灯箱布耐候性差,户外使用8-10个月后,色泽变暗、柔韧性变差。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种耐候性的UV灯箱布,其能解决现有的UV灯箱耐候性差的技术问题。
其技术方案是这样的,一种耐候性的UV灯箱布,其包括依次设置的基材、阻燃型吸墨内层、阻燃遮光型吸墨中层和吸墨表层,其特征在于:
所述阻燃型吸墨内层包括按重量份计的以下原料,丙烯酸乳液26份,天然石粉16份,粉状聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯4.2份、粉状二氧化硅5份、氯化石蜡5份和有机锡稳定剂1.8份;
所述阻燃遮光型吸墨中层包括按重量份计的以下原料,丙烯酸乳液26份,天然石粉16份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯4.2份、粉状二氧化硅5份、氯化石蜡4.5份、三氧化二锑1.8份和有机锡稳定剂2份;
所述吸墨表层包括按重量份计的以下原料,丙烯酸乳液26份,天然石粉16份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯4.2份、粉状二氧化硅5份和有机锡稳定剂1.5份。
进一步的,所述基材为化纤编织布,所述化纤编织布包括表层化纤编织布和粘连于表层化纤编织布下的防水化纤编织布。
本发明还提供了上述耐候性的UV灯箱布的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将所述阻燃型吸墨内层的除氯化石蜡的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至260℃搅拌1分钟,均匀降温至85℃后添加氯化石蜡并搅拌5分钟,形成的浆料以35 g/m2-50 g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在基材上,形成阻燃型吸墨内层,并进行烘干处理;
S2、将所述阻燃遮光型吸墨中层的除氯化石蜡的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至260℃搅拌1分钟,均匀降温至85℃后添加氯化石蜡并搅拌5分钟,形成的浆料以25 g/m2-30 g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在阻燃型吸墨内层上,形成阻燃遮光型吸墨中层,并进行烘干处理;
S3、将所述吸墨表层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至60℃搅拌3分钟,形成的浆料以15g/m2-30 g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在阻燃遮光型吸墨中层上,形成吸墨表层,并进行烘干处理,得到成品。
进一步的,步骤S1、S2和S3中,烘干处理的具体操作为,以25m/min-30m/min的速度通过温度为80℃-110℃的烘箱。
本发明的UV灯箱布,其通过对各吸墨涂层的组分选择和配比调整,使得UV灯箱布具有较好的耐候性,在户外使用16个月,色泽仍然鲜艳,柔韧性无明显变化,使用26个月,色泽稍有变淡,柔韧性无明显变化。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种耐候性的UV灯箱布,其包括依次设置的基材4、阻燃型吸墨内层3、阻燃遮光型吸墨中层2和吸墨表层1,
基材4为化纤编织布,化纤编织布包括表层化纤编织布和粘连于表层化纤编织布下的防水化纤编织布;
阻燃型吸墨内层3包括按重量份计的以下原料,丙烯酸乳液26份,天然石粉16份,粉状聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯4.2份、粉状二氧化硅5份、氯化石蜡5份和有机锡稳定剂1.8份;
阻燃遮光型吸墨中层2包括按重量份计的以下原料,丙烯酸乳液26份,天然石粉16份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯4.2份、粉状二氧化硅5份、氯化石蜡4.5份、三氧化二锑1.8份和有机锡稳定剂2份;
吸墨表层1包括按重量份计的以下原料,丙烯酸乳液26份,天然石粉16份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯4.2份、粉状二氧化硅5份和有机锡稳定剂1.5份。
上述耐候性的UV灯箱布的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将阻燃型吸墨内层的除氯化石蜡的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至260℃搅拌1分钟,均匀降温至85℃后添加氯化石蜡并搅拌5分钟,形成的浆料以35g/m2-50 g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在基材上,具体是防水化纤编织布上,形成阻燃型吸墨内层,并以25 m/min -30 m/min的速度通过温度为80℃-110℃的烘箱进行烘干处理;
S2、将阻燃遮光型吸墨中层的除氯化石蜡的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至260℃搅拌1分钟,均匀降温至85℃后添加氯化石蜡并搅拌5分钟,形成的浆料以25 g/m2-30 g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在阻燃型吸墨内层上,形成阻燃遮光型吸墨中层,并以25 m/min -30 m/min的速度通过温度为80℃-110℃的烘箱进行烘干处理;
S3、将吸墨表层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至60℃搅拌3分钟,形成的浆料以15 g/m2-30 g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在阻燃遮光型吸墨中层上,形成吸墨表层,并以25 m/min-30 m/min的速度通过温度为80℃-110℃的烘箱进行烘干处理,得到成品。
其中,上述生产方法中,浆料涂布的干胶克重越大,涂层越厚,烘干时速度需要降低、温度升高;原料混合时,可根据情况添加5份~15份去离子水。
本发明上述方法生产的UV灯箱布,在户外使用16个月,色泽仍然鲜艳,柔韧性无明显变化,使用26个月,色泽稍有变淡,柔韧性无明显变化。
Claims (4)
1.一种耐候性的UV灯箱布,其包括依次设置的基材、阻燃型吸墨内层、阻燃遮光型吸墨中层和吸墨表层,其特征在于:
所述阻燃型吸墨内层包括按重量份计的以下原料,丙烯酸乳液26份,天然石粉16份,粉状聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯4.2份、粉状二氧化硅5份、氯化石蜡5份和有机锡稳定剂1.8份;
所述阻燃遮光型吸墨中层包括按重量份计的以下原料,丙烯酸乳液26份,天然石粉16份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯4.2份、粉状二氧化硅5份、氯化石蜡4.5份、三氧化二锑1.8份和有机锡稳定剂2份;
所述吸墨表层包括按重量份计的以下原料,丙烯酸乳液26份,天然石粉16份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯4.2份、粉状二氧化硅5份和有机锡稳定剂1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候性的UV灯箱布,其特征在于:所述基材为化纤编织布,所述化纤编织布包括表层化纤编织布和粘连于表层化纤编织布下的防水化纤编织布。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种耐候性的UV灯箱布的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将所述阻燃型吸墨内层的除氯化石蜡的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至260℃搅拌1分钟,均匀降温至85℃后添加氯化石蜡并搅拌5分钟,形成的浆料以35 g/m2-50 g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在基材上,形成阻燃型吸墨内层,并进行烘干处理;
S2、将所述阻燃遮光型吸墨中层的除氯化石蜡的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至260℃搅拌1分钟,均匀降温至85℃后添加氯化石蜡并搅拌5分钟,形成的浆料以25 g/m2-30 g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在阻燃型吸墨内层上,形成阻燃遮光型吸墨中层,并进行烘干处理;
S3、将所述吸墨表层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至60℃搅拌3分钟,形成的浆料以15g/m2-30 g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在阻燃遮光型吸墨中层上,形成吸墨表层,并进行烘干处理,得到成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤S1、S2和S3中,烘干处理的具体操作为,以25m/min-30m/min的速度通过温度为80℃-110℃的烘箱。
