本发明提供了一种窗帘专用喷绘装饰布,其能解决现有窗帘专用喷绘装饰布环保性、阻燃性、遮光性较差,以及手感较硬,不柔和的技术问题。一种窗帘专用喷绘装饰布,其特征在于:其包括依次设置的吸墨涂层、第一发泡涂层、第二发泡涂层、第三发泡涂层、基层、第二发泡涂层、第一发泡涂层和吸墨涂层;吸墨涂层包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液30份,天然石粉25份,三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯8份;第一发泡涂层包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液25份,三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯8份,天然石粉15份,黑色剂6份,偶氮二甲酰胺0.4份。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰布领域,具体涉及一种窗帘专用喷绘装饰布及其生产方法。
背景技术
传统装饰布主要有全棉、涤棉、全涤、毛涤、全毛等几种类型,随着技术的革新,喷绘装饰布也逐步进入客户视野。现有的窗帘专用喷绘装饰布喷绘色彩靓丽,图案鲜明,深受客户喜爱,但其环保性、阻燃性、遮光性较差,并且手感较硬,不柔和,仍有待进一步提高。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种窗帘专用喷绘装饰布,其能解决现有窗帘专用喷绘装饰布环保性、阻燃性、遮光性较差,以及手感较硬,不柔和的技术问题。
其技术方案是这样的,一种窗帘专用喷绘装饰布,其特征在于:其包括依次设置的吸墨涂层、第一发泡涂层、第二发泡涂层、第三发泡涂层、基层、第二发泡涂层、第一发泡涂层和吸墨涂层;
所述吸墨涂层包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液30份,天然石粉25份,三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯8份;
所述第一发泡涂层包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液25份,三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯8份,天然石粉15份,黑色剂6份,偶氮二甲酰胺0.4份;
所述第二发泡涂层包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液27份,三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯8份,天然石粉18份,黑色剂6份,偶氮二甲酰胺0.4份;
所述第三发泡涂层包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液30份,三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯5份,氯化石蜡4份,天然石粉20份,黑色剂6份,偶氮二甲酰胺0.4份。
进一步的,所述基层为聚酯纤维纺织基材。
本发明还提供了上述窗帘专用喷绘装饰布的生产方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、将所述第三发泡涂层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至60℃搅拌5分钟,形成的发泡浆料以35g/m2-50g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在基材正面,形成第三发泡涂层,并进行烘干处理;
S2、将所述第二发泡涂层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至68℃搅拌5分钟,形成的发泡浆料以35g/m2-50g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在S1处理后的基材正、反面,形成第二发泡涂层,并进行烘干处理;
S3、将所述第一发泡涂层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至68℃搅拌5分钟,形成的发泡浆料以35g/m2-50g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在S2处理后的基材正、反面,形成第一发泡涂层,并进行烘干处理;
S4、将所述吸墨涂层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至68℃搅拌5分钟,形成的发泡浆料以35g/m2-50g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在S3处理后的基材正、反面,形成吸墨涂层,并进行烘干处理,得到成品。
进一步的,所述步骤S1中,烘干处理的具体操作为,以25m/min-30m/min的速度通过温度为110℃-140℃的烘箱;所述步骤S2、S3和S4中,烘干处理的具体操作为,以25m/min-30m/min的速度通过温度为80℃-110℃的烘箱。
本发明的各个涂层采用水性丙烯酸乳液,基材采用聚酯纤维,能够提升装饰布的环保性,各涂层加入三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯,能够提升装饰布的阻燃性,各发泡涂层加入黑色剂,能够提升装饰布的遮光性,通过各发泡涂层的设置,能够提升装饰布手感柔和度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种窗帘专用喷绘装饰布,其包括依次设置的吸墨涂层4、第一发泡涂层1、第二发泡涂层2、第三发泡涂层3、基层、第二发泡涂层2、第一发泡涂层1和吸墨涂层4;
吸墨涂层4包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液30份,天然石粉25份,三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯8份;
第一发泡涂层1包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液25份,三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯8份,天然石粉15份,黑色剂6份,偶氮二甲酰胺0.4份;
第二发泡涂层2包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液27份,三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯8份,天然石粉18份,黑色剂6份,偶氮二甲酰胺0.4份;
第三发泡涂层3包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液30份,三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯5份,氯化石蜡4份,天然石粉20份,黑色剂6份,偶氮二甲酰胺0.4份,基层为聚酯纤维纺织基材5。
上述窗帘专用喷绘装饰布的生产方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、将第三发泡涂层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至60℃搅拌5分钟,形成的发泡浆料以35g/m2-50g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在基材正面,形成第三发泡涂层,并以25m/min-30m/min的速度通过温度为110℃-140℃的烘箱进行烘干处理;
S2、将第二发泡涂层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至68℃搅拌5分钟,形成的发泡浆料以35g/m2-50g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在S1处理后的基材正、反面,形成第二发泡涂层,并以25m/min-30m/min的速度通过温度为80℃-110℃的烘箱进行烘干处理;
S3、将第一发泡涂层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至68℃搅拌5分钟,形成的发泡浆料以35g/m2-50g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在S2处理后的基材正、反面,形成第一发泡涂层,并以25m/min-30m/min的速度通过温度为80℃-110℃的烘箱进行烘干处理;
S4、将吸墨涂层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至68℃搅拌5分钟,形成的发泡浆料以35g/m2-50g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在S3处理后的基材正、反面,形成吸墨涂层,并进行烘干处理,得到成品。
其中,上述生产方法中,浆料涂布的干胶克重越大,涂层越厚,烘干时速度需要降低、温度升高;原料混合时,可根据情况添加5份~25份去离子水。
Claims (4)
1.一种窗帘专用喷绘装饰布,其特征在于:其包括依次设置的吸墨涂层、第一发泡涂层、第二发泡涂层、第三发泡涂层、基层、第二发泡涂层、第一发泡涂层和吸墨涂层;
所述吸墨涂层包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液30份,天然石粉25份,三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯8份;
所述第一发泡涂层包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液25份,三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯8份,天然石粉15份,黑色剂6份,偶氮二甲酰胺0.4份;
所述第二发泡涂层包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液27份,三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯8份,天然石粉18份,黑色剂6份,偶氮二甲酰胺0.4份;
所述第三发泡涂层包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液30份,三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯5份,氯化石蜡4份,天然石粉20份,黑色剂6份,偶氮二甲酰胺0.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种窗帘专用喷绘装饰布,其特征在于:所述基层为聚酯纤维纺织基材。
3.如权利要求1所述的窗帘专用喷绘装饰布的生产方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、将所述第三发泡涂层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至60℃搅拌5分钟,形成的发泡浆料以35g/m2-50g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在基材正面,形成第三发泡涂层,并进行烘干处理;
S2、将所述第二发泡涂层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至68℃搅拌5分钟,形成的发泡浆料以35g/m2-50g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在S1处理后的基材正、反面,形成第二发泡涂层,并进行烘干处理;
S3、将所述第一发泡涂层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至68℃搅拌5分钟,形成的发泡浆料以35g/m2-50g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在S2处理后的基材正、反面,形成第一发泡涂层,并进行烘干处理;
S4、将所述吸墨涂层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至68℃搅拌5分钟,形成的发泡浆料以35g/m2-50g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在S3处理后的基材正、反面,形成吸墨涂层,并进行烘干处理,得到成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中,烘干处理的具体操作为,以25m/min-30m/min的速度通过温度为110℃-140℃的烘箱;所述步骤S2、S3和S4中,烘干处理的具体操作为,以25m/min-30m/min的速度通过温度为80℃-110℃的烘箱。
