Abstract

本发明提供了一种喷绘防水油画布,其能有效解决解决现有喷绘油画布防水性能差,容易受潮损坏的技术问题,同时,其还解决了需要额外涂覆防水层,使用繁琐的技术问题;本发明还提供了该喷绘防水油画布的生产方法。其包括基层,基层上设有吸墨底层、吸墨中层,其特征在于:吸墨中层上设有水性固色的吸墨表层。

技术领域
本发明涉喷绘广告耗材,具体涉及一种喷绘防水油画布及其生产方法。
背景技术
油画布分为手工油画布和喷绘油画布,其中喷绘油画布以不仅仅局限于婚纱照、个人写真、复制画、室内装饰、展览会场布置等室内应用,其也在室外得到推广使用。但现有的喷绘油画布防水性能差,在室外使用时容易受潮损坏,为此,需要额外在喷绘油画布表面涂覆一层防水层,使用较为繁琐。
发明内容
针对上述问题本发明提供了一种喷绘防水油画布,其能有效解决解决现有喷绘油画布防水性能差,容易受潮损坏的技术问题,同时,其还解决了需要额外涂覆防水层,使用繁琐的技术问题;本发明还提供了该喷绘防水油画布的生产方法。
其技术方案是这样的,其包括基层,所述基层上设有吸墨底层、吸墨中层,其特征在于:所述吸墨中层上设有水性固色的吸墨表层。
进一步的,所述基层为纺织纤维编织形成。
进一步的,所述吸墨底层为水性丙烯酸和天然石粉的混合涂层。
进一步的,所述吸墨中层为醋酸乙烯、PVA和天然石粉的混合涂层。
进一步的,所述吸墨表层为醋酸乙烯、PVA、二氧化硅和阳粒子水性固色剂的混合涂层。
进一步的,所述吸墨中层和所述吸墨底层之间依次设有粘接层和硅油层,所述粘接层、所述吸墨中层和吸墨表层设有相互贯穿的第一撕裂线,所述硅油层、所述吸墨底层和所述基层设有相互贯穿的第二撕裂线,所述第一撕裂线和所述第二撕裂线相互平行、并且位于所述第二撕裂线下方。
进一步的,所述第一撕裂线的撕裂孔位和所述第二撕裂线的撕裂孔位交错设置。
上述喷绘防水油画布的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、首先,将水性丙烯酸和天然石粉搅拌的浆料以每平方米15克-50克的干胶克重均匀的涂布在基层上,形成吸墨底层,并进行烘干处理;
S2、其次,将醋酸乙烯、PVA和天然石粉搅拌的浆料以每平方15克-50克的干胶克重均匀的涂布在吸墨底层上,形成吸墨中层,并进行烘干处理;
S3、然后,将醋酸乙烯、PVA、二氧化硅和阳粒子水性固色剂搅拌的浆料以每平方15克-50克的干胶克重均匀的涂布在吸墨层的正面,形成吸墨表层,并进行烘干处理,得到成品。
进一步的,步骤S1中,烘干处理的具体操作为,以每分钟25米-30米的速度通过温度为110摄氏度-140摄氏度的烘箱。
进一步的,步骤S2和S3中,烘干处理的具体操作为,以每分钟25米-30米的速度通过温度为80摄氏度-110摄氏度的烘箱。
本发明的喷绘防水油画布,设置有水性固色的吸墨表层,能够实现雨水不褪色,提高防水性能,并且无需额外涂覆防水层,使用更为简单;吸墨中层和吸墨底层之间依次设有粘接层和硅油层,粘接层、吸墨中层和吸墨表层设有相互贯穿的第一撕裂线,硅油层、吸墨底层和基层设有相互贯穿的第二撕裂线,第一撕裂线和第二撕裂线相互平行、并且位于第二撕裂线下方,通过拼接处的粘接层、吸墨中层和吸墨表层,以及硅油层、吸墨底层和基层的相应撕除,能够实现两块布料的快速拼接,并且拼接处平整、无突起,产品美观。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
如图1所示,其包括基层1,基层1上设有吸墨底层2、吸墨中层3,吸墨中层3上设有水性固色的吸墨表层4。
基层1为纺织纤维编织形成;吸墨底层2为水性丙烯酸和天然石粉的混合涂层;吸墨中层3为醋酸乙烯、PVA和天然石粉的混合涂层;吸墨表层4为醋酸乙烯、PVA、二氧化硅和阳粒子水性固色剂的混合涂层。
上述喷绘防水油画布的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、首先,将水性丙烯酸和天然石粉搅拌的浆料以每平方米15克-50克的干胶克重均匀的涂布在基层上,形成吸墨底层,并进行烘干处理;
S2、其次,将醋酸乙烯、PVA和天然石粉搅拌的浆料以每平方15克-50克的干胶克重均匀的涂布在吸墨底层上,形成吸墨中层,并进行烘干处理;
S3、然后,将醋酸乙烯、PVA、二氧化硅和阳粒子水性固色剂搅拌的浆料以每平方15克-50克的干胶克重均匀的涂布在吸墨层的正面,形成吸墨表层,并进行烘干处理,得到成品。
步骤S1中,烘干处理的具体操作为,以每分钟25米-30米的速度通过温度为110摄氏度-140摄氏度的烘箱;步骤S2和S3中,烘干处理的具体操作为,以每分钟25米-30米的速度通过温度为80摄氏度-110摄氏度的烘箱。
实施例二:
实施例二与实施例一不同之处在于,如图2所示,吸墨中层3和吸墨底层2之间依次设有粘接层5和硅油层6,粘接层5、吸墨中层3和吸墨表层4设有相互贯穿的第一撕裂线7a,硅油层6、吸墨底层2和基层1设有相互贯穿的第二撕裂线7b,第一撕裂线7a和第二撕裂线7b相互平行、并且位于第二撕裂线下方。
如图3所示,通过拼接处的粘接层、吸墨中层和吸墨表层,以及硅油层、吸墨底层和基层的相应撕除,能够实现两块布料的快速拼接,并且拼接处平整、无突起,产品美观。
第一撕裂线的撕裂孔位和第二撕裂线的撕裂孔位交错设置,以防止布料扯断,确保布料强度。

1.一种喷绘防水油画布,其包括基层,所述基层上设有吸墨底层、吸墨中层,其特征在于:所述吸墨中层上设有水性固色的吸墨表层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷绘防水油画布,其特征在于:所述基层为纺织纤维编织形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷绘防水油画布,其特征在于:所述吸墨底层为水性丙烯酸和天然石粉的混合涂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷绘防水油画布,其特征在于:所述吸墨中层为醋酸乙烯、PVA和天然石粉的混合涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷绘防水油画布,其特征在于:所述吸墨表层为醋酸乙烯、PVA、二氧化硅和阳粒子水性固色剂的混合涂层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷绘防水油画布,其特征在于:所述吸墨中层和所述吸墨底层之间依次设有粘接层和硅油层,所述粘接层、所述吸墨中层和吸墨表层设有相互贯穿的第一撕裂线,所述硅油层、所述吸墨底层和所述基层设有相互贯穿的第二撕裂线,所述第一撕裂线和所述第二撕裂线相互平行、并且位于所述第二撕裂线下方。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种喷绘防水油画布,其特征在于:所述第一撕裂线的撕裂孔位和所述第二撕裂线的撕裂孔位交错设置。
8.如权利要求1~5中任一所述的喷绘防水油画布的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、首先,将水性丙烯酸和天然石粉搅拌的浆料以每平方米15克-50克的干胶克重均匀的涂布在基层上,形成吸墨底层,并进行烘干处理;
S2、其次,将醋酸乙烯、PVA和天然石粉搅拌的浆料以每平方15克-50克的干胶克重均匀的涂布在吸墨底层上,形成吸墨中层,并进行烘干处理;
S3、然后,将醋酸乙烯、PVA、二氧化硅和阳粒子水性固色剂搅拌的浆料以每平方15克-50克的干胶克重均匀的涂布在吸墨层的正面,形成吸墨表层,并进行烘干处理,得到成品。
9.根据权利要求8所述的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤S1中,烘干处理的具体操作为,以每分钟25米-30米的速度通过温度为110摄氏度-140摄氏度的烘箱。
10.根据权利要求8所述的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤S2和S3中,烘干处理的具体操作为,以每分钟25米-30米的速度通过温度为80摄氏度-110摄氏度的烘箱。
