本发明提供了一种空气净化器的除尘机构,属于机械技术领域。本发明中,空气净化器包括壳体和固定在壳体顶部的壳盖,壳体内竖直固定有净化筒,净化筒和壳体之间形成环形腔,净化筒内腔和环形腔通过设于净化筒下端上的导气孔连通,壳体上端侧壁上设有使环形腔与外界连通的进气孔,除尘机构包括套设并固定在净化筒上端外的过滤网,过滤网呈环状且位于进气孔和导气孔之间,过滤网内侧壁和外侧壁分别与净化筒外侧壁和壳体内侧壁相匹配,且过滤网通过分别与壳体和净化筒贴靠并形成密封,环形腔内竖直设有连接杆,连接杆上端和下端分别与壳盖和过滤网固连,连接杆至少有两根且沿壳体周向均布。本发明具有能提高清洗过滤网方便性的优点。

空气净化器的除尘机构
技术领域
本发明属于机械技术领域,涉及一种空气净化器,特别是一种空气净化器的除尘机构。
背景技术
空气净化器又称“空气清洁器”、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物(一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等),有效提高空气清洁度的产品。
现有的空气净化器中,一般多是通过在内部设置紫外线灯管和过滤网来实现杀菌、除尘功能的。而在现有的净化器中,过滤网一般设置在净化器内部,在清洗时需要拆卸整个净化器,操作较为麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种空气净化器的除尘机构,如何方便清洗过滤网。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:空气净化器的除尘机构,空气净化器包括呈圆桶状的壳体和固定在壳体顶部的壳盖,所述的壳体内竖直固定有净化筒,且净化筒侧壁和壳体内壁之间形成环形腔,净化筒的内腔和环形腔通过设于净化筒下端侧壁上的导气孔连通,所述的壳体的上端侧壁上设有使环形腔与外界连通的进气孔,其特征在于,本除尘机构包括套设并固定在净化筒上端外的过滤网,过滤网呈环状且位于进气孔和导气孔之间,所述的过滤网的内侧壁和外侧壁分别与净化筒的外侧壁和壳体的内侧壁相匹配,过滤网的内侧壁通过与净化筒的外侧壁相贴靠的方式形成密封,且过滤网的外侧壁通过与壳体的内侧壁相贴靠的方式形成密封,上述的环形腔内竖直设有连接杆,且连接杆的上端和下端分别与壳盖和过滤网固连,上述的连接杆至少有两根且沿壳体的周向均布。
通过连接杆将壳盖和过滤网连为一个整体,这样在取下壳盖的同时便可同时将过滤网取出,以方便过滤网的清洗。
在上述的空气净化器的除尘机构中,所述的过滤网由磁性材料制成,所述的过滤网的下端面上贴靠并固连有磁块。过滤网在磁块的作用下产生磁性,以吸附空气中含有的金属杂质,从而避免金属杂质进入到净化筒内损伤紫外线灯管,来延长本净化器的寿命。
在上述的空气净化器的除尘机构中,所述的连接杆包括呈实心状的杆一和呈中空状的杆二,所述的杆一的上端和杆二的下端分别与壳盖和过滤网固连,所述的杆一的下端插在杆二的上端内,且杆一和杆二通过螺丝可拆卸相连。采用上述的设计,方便了壳盖和过滤网的拆装,从而进一步提高清洗或更换过滤网的方便性。
在上述的空气净化器的除尘机构中,所述的进气孔呈锥形,且进气孔的孔径自壳体外部向壳体内部的方向逐渐减小。
与现有技术相比,本空气净化器的除尘机构具有以下优点:
1、通过连接杆将壳盖和过滤网连为一个整体,这样在取下壳盖的同时便可同时将过滤网取出,以方便过滤网的清洗。
2、过滤网在磁块的作用下产生磁性,以吸附空气中含有的金属杂质,从而避免金属杂质进入到净化筒内损伤紫外线灯管,来延长本净化器的寿命。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1至图5所示,本空气净化器由壳体1、壳盖2、保水毯3、净化筒4、过滤网5、滤桶6、磁块7、集水桶8、电机9、负压风叶10等组成。其中,过滤网5由磁性材料制成,磁性材料可以为铁或含铁合金。
具体来说,壳体1呈圆桶状,且壳体1的顶部和底部分别呈敞口状和封闭状。壳盖2套设在壳体1的上端外,壳盖2与壳体1相固连,且优选壳盖2通过螺纹结构与壳体1相连。此时,壳盖2将壳体1的顶部敞口封闭。
如图1和图2所示,壳体1的外侧壁上具有呈环状凸出的支撑部1a,支撑部1a和壳体1同轴设置,且支撑部1a和壳体1为一体式结构。支撑部1a的纵截面呈L形,且支撑部1a和壳体1之间形成呈环状的槽体1b。槽体1b内平铺有保水毯3,且保水毯3上平铺有用于种植绿色植物12的土壤层11。槽体1b的底部贯穿开设有排水孔1b1,进一步说明,槽体1b的底壁向下延伸形成呈直管状的排水部1b2,排水部1b2和排水孔1b1相连通,且排水部1b2和槽体1b为一体式结构。集水桶8设置在槽体1b的下方,集水桶8的顶部具有呈管状的入水部8a,且入水部8a和集水桶8两者的内腔连通。入水部8a和排水部1b2相正对,入水部8a套设在排水部1b2外,且入水部8a和排水部1b2通过螺纹结构可拆卸相连。更进一步地,排水部1b2的外侧壁上开设有环形凹槽,环形凹槽内设有0形圈13,且0形圈13的外周面与入水部8a的内侧壁相抵,使入水部8a和排水部1b2之间形成可靠的密封。在本实施例中,排水孔1b1的数量至少有两个且沿壳体1的周向均布;排水部1b2和集水桶8的数量均与排水孔1b1相同且三者位置一一对应。优选排水孔1b1有两个,即此时,排水部1b2和集水桶8的数量也为2个。
壳体1内竖直固定有净化筒4,净化筒4侧壁和壳体1内壁之间形成环形腔14,且净化筒4的内腔和环形腔14相隔开。具体来说,净化筒4的顶壁和底壁上均开设有环形密封槽,且环形密封槽与净化筒4同轴设置;两环形密封槽内均设有环形密封垫一15,其中一个环形密封垫一15的两端面分别与壳盖2的内顶壁和对应的环形密封槽的底壁相抵;另一个环形密封垫一15的两端面分别与壳体1的底壁和对应的环形密封槽的底壁相抵。在本实施例中,净化筒4的顶壁和底壁分别与壳盖2和壳体1底壁相抵,且优选净化筒4和壳体1通过焊接的方式相固连。
壳体1的上端侧壁上设有使环形腔14与外界连通的进气孔1c,且进气孔1c与绿色植物12相正对。净化筒4的内腔和环形腔14通过设于净化筒4下端侧壁上的导气孔4a连通。在本实施例中,进气孔1c和导气孔4a均有多个且均沿壳体1的周向均布。进一步说明,每个进气孔1c均呈锥形,且进气孔1c的孔径自壳体1外部向壳体1内部的方向逐渐减小。
如图1和图3所示,净化筒4的上端外套设并固连有呈环状的过滤网5,且过滤网5位于进气孔1c和导气孔4a之间。其中,过滤网5的安装方式如下:环形腔14内竖直设有连接杆16,且连接杆16的上端和下端分别与壳盖2和过滤网5固连。连接杆16至少有两根且沿壳体1的周向均布,以加强壳盖2和过滤网5连接的稳定性。进一步说明,连接杆16包括呈实心状的杆一16a和呈中空状的杆二16b,杆一16a的上端和杆二16b的下端分别与壳盖2和过滤网5固连,杆一16a的下端插在杆二16b的上端内,且杆一16a和杆二16b通过螺丝16c可拆卸相连。在本实施例中,杆一16a和杆二16b均通过焊接的方式分别与壳盖2和过滤网5固连。
过滤网5的内、外两侧壁分别与净化筒4的外侧壁和壳体1的内侧壁之间形成密封,具体来说,在本实施例中,过滤网5的内侧壁和外侧壁分别与净化筒4的外侧壁和壳体1的内侧壁相匹配,过滤网5的内侧壁通过与净化筒4的外侧壁相贴靠的方式形成密封,且过滤网5的外侧壁通过与壳体1的内侧壁相贴靠的方式形成密封。过滤网5的下端面上贴靠并固连有磁块7,以吸附空气中夹杂的金属杂质。
净化筒4的下端外套有呈环状的负压风叶10,负压风叶10与壳体1轴向固连,且环形腔14内固定有能驱动负压风叶10转动的电机9。
具有来说,如图1和图4所示,负压风叶10由呈圆筒状的安装部10a和分布在安装部10a外周上的若干叶片10b组成,且叶片10b和安装部10a为一体式结构。安装部10a套设在净化筒4外并与壳体1轴向固连,电机9固定在壳体1的底壁上,且电机9通过传动机构能驱动安装部10a转动。其中,安装部10a和壳体1轴向固连的方式具体如下:壳体1的底壁向上延伸形成呈筒状的连接部1d,连接部1d和壳体1为一体式结构,且连接部1d套设在安装部10a的下端外。连接部1d内设有轴承17,且轴承17的内圈和外圈分别与安装部10a和连接部1d相固连。在本实施例中,优选轴承17的内圈和外圈均通过过盈配合的方式分别与安装部10a和连接部1d相固连。传动机构包括固设在电机9主轴上的主齿轮18和固设在安装部10a上的副齿轮19,且主齿轮18和副齿轮19相啮合。电机9通过齿轮传动方式带动负压风叶10转动,具有传动稳定性好的优点。
进一步说明,壳体1的底壁沿竖直方向贯穿开设有多个散热孔,每个散热孔内均嵌有与散热孔相匹配的散热块20,且散热块20由导热材料制成,以加快电机9的散热速度。其中,导热材料可以为黄铜或不锈钢材料。优选每个散热孔均呈锥形,且散热孔的孔径自上而下逐渐变大。
壳盖2上设有使净化筒4的内腔与外界连通的排气孔2a。壳体1的底壁上固连有灯座21,且灯座21位于净化筒4内,灯座21上安装有紫外线灯管22,且紫外线灯管22竖直设置在净化筒4内。具体来说,排气孔2a呈直孔状且与净化筒4的内腔相正对。净化筒4内竖直设有滤桶6,且滤桶6位于紫外线灯管22上方。滤桶6的桶口朝上,且滤桶6和壳盖2相固连。滤桶6的顶壁和壳盖2的内顶壁紧密贴靠并形成密封,且排气孔2a与滤桶6的内腔相正对。进一步说明,滤桶6的顶壁上开设有与该滤桶6同轴的环形卡槽,环形卡槽内设有环形密封垫二23,且环形密封垫二23的两端面分别与壳盖2的内顶壁和环形卡槽的底壁相抵。优选滤桶6通过螺栓与壳盖2可拆卸固连。
如图1和图5所示,滤桶6内填充有活性炭颗粒24,且滤桶6的底壁沿竖直方向贯穿设置有多个滤孔6a。滤桶6的底壁向下延伸形成呈管状的导气部6b,导气部6b和滤桶6为一体式结构,且滤孔6a位于导气部6b内。导气部6b套设在紫外线灯管22外。进一步说明,导气部6b的下端呈锥形,且导向部的下端直径由上到下逐渐变大。
使用过程如下:电机9工作带动负压风叶10高速旋转,外部空气通过进气孔1c被抽入到环形腔14内并处于过滤网5上部,然后空气穿过过滤网5进行初步过滤,接着依次流过导气孔4a、净化筒4内腔、滤孔6a、滤桶6内腔并最终由排气孔2a排出。其中,紫外线灯管22用于对空气进行杀菌消毒;活性炭颗粒24用于吸附空气中的异味。
