Abstract
本发明公开了一种铸铁制造用的吸尘除尘装置,包括吸附罩、输风管、净化筒和集杂箱,所述吸附罩内设置第一吸附网和第二吸附网,且第二吸附网的精度高于第一吸附网,所述净化筒上方设置蓄水箱,所述净化筒在远离输风管一端设置驱动电机,所述驱动电机内设置转轴,所述转轴在远离驱动电机的一端设置第一净化风扇,所述转轴中部位置设置第二净化风扇,所述第一净化风扇和第二净化风扇正上方的蓄水箱底部分别对应设有第一流水孔和第二流水孔。该装置,在吸附杂物和粉尘时,过滤大体积物质,在清除时,通过风扇的引流和水体的清理,使得粉尘和铁屑等小体积物质得到清理,对人体健康和工作生产提供较大益处。

[0001]本发明涉及铸铁制造技术领域,具体为一种铸铁制造用的吸尘除尘装置。
背景技术
[0002]在冶金设备中安装的除尘器是降低环境污染、提高工作效率的有效手段。随着生产的发展,铸铁生产中使用的敞口罐已经为鱼雷罐所替代。但是在生产中发现,更换鱼雷罐后,在鱼雷罐驶进铸铁区域的原位置时由于鱼雷罐的罐体降低、罐口缩小为直径2.5米,致使铸铁翻罐时烟气外溢,而目前的除尘罩不能有效地捕集烟尘,使厂房环境受到影响。为了确保除尘效果、有效的抑制烟尘和安全铸铁操作,有必要对除尘器的除尘罩进行改进。
发明内容

[0004]为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种铸铁制造用的吸尘除尘装置,包括吸附罩、输风管、净化筒和集杂箱,所述吸附罩和净化筒之间通过输风管连接,所述集杂箱位于净化筒下方,且集杂箱与净化筒接触位置设置入流口,所述吸附罩内腔由外向里依次设置第一吸附网和第二吸附网,且第二吸附网的精度高于第一吸附网,所述净化筒中部上方设置蓄水箱,所述净化筒在远离输风管一端设置驱动电机,所述驱动电机内设置转轴,所述转轴在远离驱动电机的一端设置第一净化风扇,所述转轴中部位置设置第二净化风扇,所述第一净化风扇和第二净化风扇正上方的蓄水箱底部分别对应设有第一流水孔和第二流水孔。

[0015]工作原理:该铸铁制造用的吸尘除尘装置,在铸铁机械进行工作产生粉尘和铁肩等细小颗粒时,开启驱动电机7带动转轴8旋转,转轴8上的第一净化风扇11和第二净化风扇12开启旋转,风力通过输风管3,牵引颗粒进入吸附罩1,经过吸附罩I内第一吸附网9和第二吸附网10的过滤,粉尘和杂物进入净化筒4,进行离心运动,吸附在第一净化扇11和第二净化扇12的扇叶表面,蓄水箱5底部第一流水孔13和第二流水孔14冲刷第一净化扇11和第二净化扇12的扇叶表面,粉尘和铁肩杂物在净化筒4倾斜底壁经水流的牵引下,通过入流口 15进入集杂箱6,实现粉尘和铁肩杂物的吸附和清除。

1.一种铸铁制造用的吸尘除尘装置,包括吸附罩(I)、输风管(3)、净化筒(4)和集杂箱(6),所述吸附罩(I)和净化筒(4)之间通过输风管(3)连接,所述集杂箱(6)位于净化筒(4)下方,且集杂箱(6)与净化筒(4)接触位置设置入流口(15),其特征在于:所述吸附罩(I)内腔由外向里依次设置第一吸附网(9)和第二吸附网(10),且第二吸附网(10)的精度高于第一吸附网(9),所述净化筒(4)中部上方设置蓄水箱(5),所述净化筒(4)在远离输风管(3) —端设置驱动电机(7),所述驱动电机(7)内设置转轴(8),所述转轴(8)在远离驱动电机(7)的一端设置第一净化风扇(U),所述转轴(8)中部位置设置第二净化风扇(12),所述第一净化风扇(11)和第二净化风扇(12)正上方的蓄水箱(5)底部分别对应设有第一流水孔(13)和第二流水孔(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铸铁制造用的吸尘除尘装置,其特征在于:所述净化筒(4)的底部内壁向右下侧倾斜,且净化筒(4)底部内壁倾斜角度为2-8°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铸铁制造用的吸尘除尘装置,其特征在于:所述吸附罩(I)和输风管(3)的接口处套接护轴套管(2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种铸铁制造用的吸尘除尘装置,其特征在于:所述驱动电机(7)和转轴(8)为一体成型结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种铸铁制造用的吸尘除尘装置,其特征在于:所述第一净化风扇(11)和第二净化风扇(12)的结构相同,其扇叶均大于等于五个。
