本发明塑胶电镀技术领域,尤其是涉及一种塑胶化学沉镍的工艺方法;具体包括步骤1):前处理;步骤2):粗化;以铬酐和硫酸的混合液作为腐蚀液对塑胶材料进行粗化处理,以使塑胶表面平整;步骤3):中和;利用环保脱脂剂SA‑700对粗化后的塑胶材料进行中和处理,以将塑胶材料表面残留的铬酸酐完全中和掉;步骤4):沉钯;对中和处理后的塑胶材料进行沉钯处理,使塑胶材料表面形成钯锡胶体;步骤5):解胶;沉钯后的塑胶材料浸入活化液内,使被锡离子保护的钯粒子水洗形成水解膜,溶解掉锡粒子使钯离子露出;步骤5):沉镍;将解胶后的塑胶材料浸入化学镀镍溶液中进行化学镀镍处理,使塑胶材料表面附着金属薄膜,完成沉镍过程。

一种塑胶化学沉镍的工艺方法
技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶电镀技术领域,尤其是涉及一种塑胶化学沉镍的工艺方法。
背景技术
近年来,塑料电镀已被广泛应用在塑料零件的装饰性电镀上。由于塑料是非导电体,因此在电镀前需附上导电层,而形成导电层需要经过粗化、中和、敏化、活化、化学镀等几个步骤,比金属电镀要复杂的多,在生产中易出现问题,且塑料组成中的丁二烯的含量对电镀影响很大。塑胶奇美758+双色料使一种非电镀级材料,现有技术的塑料电镀方法难以使奇美758的部分附着导电层而双色料部分不附着导电层。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种塑胶化学沉镍的工艺方法,至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。
有鉴于此,根据本发明的一个目的,本发明提供了一种塑胶化学沉镍的工艺方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1):前处理;
对塑胶材料进行前处理,除去塑胶材料表面的油膜并改善其亲水性;
步骤2):粗化;
以铬酐和硫酸的混合液作为腐蚀液对塑胶材料进行粗化处理,以使塑胶表面平整;
步骤2):中和;
利用环保脱脂剂SA-700对粗化后的塑胶材料进行中和处理,以将塑胶材料表面残留的铬酸酐完全中和掉;
步骤3):沉钯;
对中和处理后的塑胶材料进行沉钯处理,使塑胶材料表面形成钯锡胶体;
步骤4):解胶;
沉钯后的塑胶材料浸入活化液内,使被锡离子保护的钯粒子水洗形成水解膜,再溶解掉锡粒子使钯离子露出;
步骤5):沉镍;
将解胶后的塑胶材料浸入化学镀镍溶液中进行化学镀镍处理,使塑胶材料表面附着金属薄膜,完成沉镍过程。
进一步地,所述前处理步骤包括对塑胶材料进行除油和亲水处理。
进一步地,所述环保脱脂剂SA-700是一种碱性化学溶液,所述步骤2)中中和处理前向环保脱脂剂SA-700中加入纯水,使所述环保脱脂剂SA-700的浓度为5-20ml/L。
进一步地,所述纯水的PH为6-8,电导率为10S/m。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提供的塑胶化学沉镍的工艺方法,通过化学除油、亲水处理、粗化、中和、沉钯、解胶和化学沉镍的工艺流程,能够使塑胶奇美758+双色料的奇美758沉镍而双色料部分不会沉上任何金属镀层,且镀层稳定。

在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
实施例1
一种塑胶化学沉镍的工艺方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1):前处理;
对塑胶奇美758+双色料进行除油,除去材料表面产生的油膜;再使用亲水剂使塑胶表面亲水性更佳,有利于后序铬酸粗化溶液产生更加均匀的腐蚀;
步骤2):粗化;
以铬酐和硫酸的混合液作为腐蚀液对塑胶材料进行粗化处理,使塑胶中的丁二烯粒子溶蚀,以使塑胶表面平整;
步骤2):中和;
向环保脱脂剂SA-700中加入PH为6-8、电导率为10S/m的纯水,使环保脱脂剂SA-700的浓度为5-20ml/L;利用浓度为5-20ml/L的环保脱脂剂SA-700对粗化后的塑胶材料进行中和处理,将塑胶材料浸入环保脱脂剂SA-700中1-2分钟,使塑胶材料表面残留的铬酸酐完全中和掉;
步骤3):沉钯;
对中和处理后的塑胶材料进行沉钯处理,使塑胶材料表面形成钯锡胶体;
步骤4):解胶;
沉钯后的塑胶材料浸入活化液内,使被锡离子保护的钯粒子形成水解膜,溶解掉锡粒子使钯离子露出;
步骤5):沉镍;
将解胶后的塑胶材料浸入化学镀镍溶液中进行化学镀镍处理,使塑胶材料表面附着金属薄膜,完成沉镍过程。

1.一种塑胶化学沉镍的工艺方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1):前处理;
对塑胶奇美758+双色料进行除油,除去塑胶材料表面的油膜并改善其亲水性;
步骤2):粗化;
以铬酐和硫酸的混合液作为腐蚀液对塑胶材料进行粗化处理,以使塑胶材料表面平整;
步骤3):中和;
向环保脱脂剂SA-700中加入PH为6-8、电导率为10S/m的纯水,使环保脱脂剂SA-700的浓度为5-20ml/L;利用浓度为5-20ml/L的环保脱脂剂SA-700对粗化后的塑胶材料进行中和处理,将塑胶材料浸入环保脱脂剂SA-700中1-2分钟,使塑胶材料表面残留的铬酸酐完全中和掉;
步骤4):沉钯;
对中和处理后的塑胶材料进行沉钯处理,使塑胶材料表面形成钯锡胶体;
步骤5):解胶;
沉钯后的塑胶材料浸入活化液内,使被锡离子保护的钯粒子水洗形成水解膜,再溶解掉锡粒子使钯离子露出;
步骤6):沉镍;
将解胶后的塑胶材料浸入化学镀镍溶液中进行化学镀镍处理,使塑胶材料表面附着金属薄膜,完成沉镍过程。
