玻璃的应用:有石英玻璃、硅酸盐玻璃、钠钙玻璃、氟化物玻璃、高温玻璃、耐高压玻璃、防紫外线玻璃、防爆玻璃等。通常指硅酸盐玻璃,以石英砂、纯碱、长石及石灰石等为原料,经混和、高温熔融、匀化后,加工成形,再经退火而得。广泛用于建筑、日用、艺术、医疗、化学、电子、仪表、核工程等领域。

壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-7份、甘油1-4份、一水柠檬酸钠3-7份、5-氯-2-甲基异噻唑啉酮2-4份、烷基磺酸盐1-4份、香精1-3份、软化水2-7份、膦酰基丁烷羧酸2-5份、羟乙基苯乙烯基酰胺4-9份、理合剂4-8份;
所述一种钢化玻璃用快速清洁液的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
Ⅰ将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、一水柠檬酸钠、烷基磺酸盐、软化水、羟乙基苯乙烯基酰胺升温搅拌5-8分钟,升温温度设定为35-45℃,制成溶液A;
Ⅱ将甘油、5-氯-2-甲基异噻唑啉酮、香精、膦酰基丁烷羧酸均匀混合、搅拌,然后放在震荡器中操作25-30秒,制成溶液B;
Ⅲ将溶液A与溶液B混合,然后送入微波设备中进行微波处理40-50秒;
Ⅳ将Ⅲ中的混合液与理合剂混合,然后送入离心搅拌机中离心分散10-12分钟;
Ⅴ分散完成后将混合液静置3-5小时,即可使用;
所述理合剂包括以下重量份的材料制成,
乙醇5份、糖醇1份、烷基聚葡糖苷3份、聚乙二醇酯5份、海藻酸钠2份、海螵蛸粉沫4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份;
制备方式:Ⅰ将乙醇、烷基聚葡糖苷、海藻酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠均匀混合、搅拌,制成混合液A;
Ⅱ将糖醇、聚乙二醇酯、十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合、搅拌,然后升温再搅拌3-5分钟,升温温度设定为35-45℃,制成混合液B;
Ⅲ将混合液A、混合液B搅拌混合2-5分钟,然后送入微波设备中进行微波处理40-50秒;
所述混合液静置的温度在5-9℃。

Ⅲ将溶液A与溶液B混合,然后送入微波设备中进行微波处理40-50秒;
Ⅳ将Ⅲ中的混合液与理合剂混合,然后送入离心搅拌机中离心分散10-12分钟;
Ⅴ分散完成后将混合液静置3-5小时,即可使用;
所述理合剂包括以下重量份的材料制成,
乙醇5份、糖醇1份、烷基聚葡糖苷3份、聚乙二醇酯5份、海藻酸钠2份、海螵蛸粉沫4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份;
制备方式:Ⅰ将乙醇、烷基聚葡糖苷、海藻酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠均匀混合、搅拌,制成混合液A;
Ⅱ将糖醇、聚乙二醇酯、十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合、搅拌,然后升温再搅拌3-5分钟,升温温度设定为35-45℃,制成混合液B;
Ⅲ将混合液A、混合液B搅拌混合2-5分钟,然后送入微波设备中进行微波处理40-50秒;
所述混合液静置的温度在5-9℃。
当采用上述方法制备玻璃清洁液,对清洁液的清洁能力、干燥时间、清洁状态等进行了实验,相关实验数据如下表:

1.一种钢化玻璃用快速清洁液,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的材料制成,
壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-7份、甘油1-4份、一水柠檬酸钠3-7份、5-氯-2-甲基异噻唑啉酮2-4份、烷基磺酸盐1-4份、香精1-3份、软化水2-7份、膦酰基丁烷羧酸2-5份、羟乙基苯乙烯基酰胺4-9份、理合剂4-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢化玻璃用快速清洁液,其特征在于:所述一种钢化玻璃用快速清洁液的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
Ⅰ将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、一水柠檬酸钠、烷基磺酸盐、软化水、羟乙基苯乙烯基酰胺升温搅拌5-8分钟,升温温度设定为35-45℃,制成溶液A;
Ⅱ将甘油、5-氯-2-甲基异噻唑啉酮、香精、膦酰基丁烷羧酸均匀混合、搅拌,然后放在震荡器中操作25-30秒,制成溶液B;
Ⅲ将溶液A与溶液B混合,然后送入微波设备中进行微波处理40-50秒;
Ⅳ将Ⅲ中的混合液与理合剂混合,然后送入离心搅拌机中离心分散10-12分钟;
Ⅴ分散完成后将混合液静置3-5小时,即可使用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢化玻璃用快速清洁液,其特征在于:所述混合液静置的温度在5-9℃。
