本发明公开了一种具有自清洁和高透光率的玻璃清洁液,该清洁液包括如下组分(质量百分比):去离子水45%-60%;异丙酮10%-20%;乙醇5%-15%;柠檬酸钠溶液5%-15%;硅酮10%-20%。本发明的有益效果是,清洁效果好,可增加玻璃的透明度。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化工技术领域,特别是一种具有自清洁和高透光率的玻璃清洁液。
背景技术
传统清洗玻璃的方法是先用清水擦洗玻璃,然后用布或其他工具将玻璃擦亮。这种方法不但费时,而且容易损伤玻璃表面。为了避免上述问题,在玻璃清洁的时候需要使用具有自清洁和高透光率的玻璃清洁液,市场上的具有自清洁和高透光率的玻璃清洁液可谓品种繁多,用途各异,然而现有技术中的具有自清洁和高透光率的玻璃清洁液普遍存在去污能力差,擦洗后达不到去污效果,并且杀菌的功效也不显著的问题,此外现有的具有自清洁和高透光率的玻璃清洁液还存在侵蚀玻璃表面,与玻璃中的成分互溶、清洗后有条纹等缺点,使用时损害了玻璃的光滑、透明的特性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,设计了一种具有自清洁和高透光率的玻璃清洁液。
实现上述目的本发明的技术方案为,一种具有自清洁和高透光率的玻璃清洁液,该清洁液包括如下组分(质量百分比):
所述柠檬酸钠溶液的浓度为80%。
该方法包括如下步骤:
第一步,在配料釜中加入去离子水和柠檬酸钠溶液,搅拌至柠檬酸钠完全溶解;
第二步、在上述搅拌过程中加入依次加入乙醇、异丙醇和硅酮,并继续搅拌20-27min,制得该清洁液。
利用本发明的技术方案制作的具有自清洁和高透光率的玻璃清洁液,去污效果强,不侵蚀玻璃表面,保证玻璃表面的光滑,增加玻璃表面的透明度。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行具体描述,
实施例1
一种具有自清洁和高透光率的玻璃清洁液,该清洁液包括如下组分(质量百分比):
所述柠檬酸钠溶液的浓度为80%。
该方法包括如下步骤:
第一步,在配料釜中加入去离子水和柠檬酸钠溶液,搅拌至柠檬酸钠完全溶解;
第二步、在上述搅拌过程中加入依次加入乙醇、异丙醇和硅酮,并继续搅拌25min,制得该清洁液。
在本技术方案中,异丙醇(异丙醇,俗称火酒,异丙醇是最简单的仲醇,且是丙醇异构体之一,主要作为清洗去油剂);乙醇(能与水以任意比例混合,用作防冻剂和硅酮等有机质的溶剂;硅酮涂在材料表面给人一种油滑的感觉,但是它并没有和材料表面的二氧化硅分子作用生成坚固的纳米薄膜,而只是填平了我们肉眼看不见的凹凸不平材料表面,使得材料表面光滑均匀,其优点是对水(但是不能对油)也有很强的排斥作用,应用领域较广,可用于太阳能加热板、幕墙玻璃、各种触摸屏上。
