Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽车碰撞缓冲装置，由保险杠、钢板弹簧、缓冲橡胶块、缓冲弹簧、缓冲吸能装置、固定板组成，所述的缓冲吸能装置有两个，对称布置在保险杠的左右两侧，横向方向上一端与保险杠刚好接触，另一端与固定板连接。在钢板弹簧后面连接了缓冲橡胶块，在缓冲橡胶块里面安装了4—6个缓冲弹簧。当汽车前面发生碰撞时，汽车前端保险杠产生变形，钢板弹簧对保险杠起顶撑作用，对碰撞起缓冲作用。当碰撞力过大时，保险杠的后面安装吸能装置能够减小外力对汽车碰撞力量，能够起到多次缓冲作用。本发明的汽车碰撞缓冲装置，当汽车受到严重碰撞时，可以进行多次缓冲，提高了汽车的碰撞能力，降低碰撞的速度，同时也对车内人员提高了安全保障。

本发明提供了汽车碰撞缓冲装置，属于汽车保护装置技术领域。
背景技术
随着汽车拥有量和保有量的不断提升，机动车的交通事故也呈现出逐年递增的趋势，严重的造成了汽车财产损失和人员伤亡，汽车碰撞过程中的安全问题和碰撞维修费用越来越受到重视。随着汽车行业的不断发展，汽车行驶的速度也越来越快，当汽车发生正面碰撞时，最先受到碰撞的部件是保险杠，传统的保险杠在高速碰撞时不能满足汽车安全的要求。当车速很高发生碰撞时，巨大的惯性力会使汽车头部发生严重的变形。因此需要一种能够降低碰撞时的加速度、增强汽车碰撞时的缓冲能力的缓冲装置，这种装置能够保护车内的人员同时尽可能的保护汽车的外观。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在不足的问题，本发明的目的是提出汽车碰撞缓冲装置，能够增强碰撞吸能能力、降低汽车碰撞时的加速度，能够保护车内人员的安全和保护汽车的外观。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供了一种汽车碰撞缓冲装置。一种汽车碰撞缓冲装置，由保险杠、钢板弹簧、缓冲弹簧、缓冲橡胶块、缓冲吸能装置和固定板组成。
汽车碰撞缓冲装置，所述的缓冲吸能装置由缓冲橡胶块、缓冲弹簧、固定橡胶座、缓冲销、固定支座组成，所述吸能装置有两个，对称布置在保险杠的左右两侧，横向方向上一端与保险杠刚好接触，另外一端与固定板连接。
汽车碰撞缓冲装置，所述的缓冲橡胶块安装在钢板弹簧的后面，在缓冲橡胶块里面安装4—6个缓冲弹簧。
汽车碰撞缓冲装置，所述的固定橡胶座和固定支座通过4—6个缓冲销连接。
汽车碰撞缓冲装置，所述的固定橡胶座上连接缓冲橡胶块。
汽车碰撞缓冲装置，所述的吸能装置中的缓冲橡胶块内安装4—6缓冲弹簧。
本发明使用的一种汽车碰撞缓冲装置的有效收益是：该装置可安装在汽车的前后保险杠上，在汽车保险杠后面安装了吸能装置，以及在钢板弹簧后面安装了缓冲橡胶块，当汽车发生碰撞时，通过钢板弹簧、缓冲橡胶块、缓冲吸能装置进行多次缓冲吸能，这样提高了汽车在碰撞时的吸能能力，能够降低汽车在碰撞时的加速度，能够更好的保护车内的人员安全，进而降低因汽车碰撞而造成的损失。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
参见附图1、附图2、附图3所示的实施例中，一种汽车碰撞缓冲装置，由保险杠1、钢板弹簧2、缓冲橡胶块3、缓冲吸能装置4、固定板5组成，所述的缓冲吸能装置4有两个，对称布置在保险杠1的左右两侧，横向方向上一端与保险杠刚1相连接，另一端与固定板连接。
附图2所述的缓冲橡胶块3安装在钢板弹簧2的后面，在缓冲橡胶块3里面安装4—6个缓冲弹簧32。
附图3所述的缓冲吸能装置4包括缓冲橡胶块41、缓冲弹簧42、固定橡胶座43、缓冲销44、固定支座45、缓冲橡胶块46。
附图3所述的固定橡胶座43和固定支座45通过4—6个缓冲销44连接。
附图3所述的固定橡胶座43上连接缓冲橡胶块41。
附图3所述的缓冲吸能装置4中的缓冲橡胶块41内安装4—6缓冲弹簧。
具体的，当汽车前面发生碰撞时，汽车前端保险杠1产生变形，钢板弹簧2对保险杠1起顶撑作用，对碰撞起缓冲作用。当碰撞力过大时，保险杠1形变超过钢板弹簧2承受力时，缓冲橡胶块41和缓冲弹簧42能够起到二级缓冲吸能作用。当碰撞力更大时，缓冲销44剪断后能够起到三级缓冲吸能作用，同时安装在钢板弹簧2后面的缓冲橡胶块3能够防止钢板弹簧2变形过大，保护车内的人员安全，缓冲橡胶块46的作用也是防止汽车受到过大的碰撞力，保护车内人员的安全。因此，当汽车发生碰撞时，通过钢板弹簧2、缓冲橡胶块3、缓冲吸能装置4进行多次缓冲吸能，这样提高了汽车在碰撞时的吸能能力，能够降低汽车在碰撞时的加速度，能够更好的保护车内的人员安全，进而降低因汽车碰撞而造成的损失。

1.汽车碰撞缓冲装置，包括保险杠，其特征在于：由由保险杠、钢板弹簧、缓冲橡胶块、缓冲弹簧、缓冲吸能装置、固定板组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车碰撞缓冲装置，其特征在于：所述的缓冲吸能装置由缓冲橡胶块、缓冲弹簧、固定橡胶座、缓冲销、固定支座组成，所述吸能装置有两个，对称布置在保险杠的左右两侧，横向方向上一端与保险杠刚好接触，另外一端与固定板连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车碰撞缓冲装置，其特征在于：在钢板弹簧后面连接了缓冲橡胶块，在缓冲橡胶块里面安装了4—6个缓冲弹簧。
4.根据权利要求2所述的汽车碰撞缓冲装置，其特征在于：固定橡胶座和固定支座通过4—6个缓冲销连接。
5.根据权利要求2所述的汽车碰撞缓冲装置，其特征在于：在固定橡胶座上连接缓冲橡胶块。
