技术领域
本发明属于日用化学工业技术领域,具体涉及一种速溶易漂的柔顺洗衣液。
背景技术
目前,市售柔顺产品按洗涤程序中加入的阶段分为漂洗用、干燥用和二合一洗涤剂三种。漂洗用柔顺剂通常以咪唑啉铵盐、脂肪酸与叔胺反应产物的衍生物等阳离子表面活性剂作为主要柔软成分。而干燥用的主要柔软成分为非离子表面活性剂。二合一洗涤剂可采用阳离子表面活性剂、或非离子表面活性剂、或两者的复配物。
中国专利CN 102703249 B公开了一种洗护二合一婴幼儿洗衣液,其中所述衣物柔顺剂选自Formasil 593、嵌段硅油KSE的至少一种;通过添加氨基改性硅油实现洗护二合一,但其漂洗性能较差。
中国专利CN 103013723 B公开了一种低泡易漂洗的洗衣液组合物,其采用改性硅油和脂肪酸皂作为消泡剂,实现低泡易漂洗,但洗后衣物欠缺柔软效果。
中国专利CN 101812381 B公开了一种洗涤柔软二合一洗衣液组合物,通过添加双烷基酯基季铵盐阳离子柔软剂实现洗涤柔软二合一,但其漂洗干净比较困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种速溶易漂的柔顺洗衣液,能有效解决现有技术的不足之处。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种速溶易漂的柔顺洗衣液,以质量百分比计算,包括如下组分:
椰油酸钾 0.20~2.00%;
阳离子表面活性剂 0.01~3.00%;
氨基改性有机硅柔软剂 0.01~3.00%,
其中,所述阳离子表面活性剂为烷基烃乙基二甲基氯化铵、阳离子改性纤维素和酯基季铵盐中的任一种,或它们至少两种的组合。
作为优选,所述的烷基烃乙基二甲基氯化铵的分子量为307,并具有如下结构式:

所述的阳离子表面活性剂为烷基烃乙基二甲基氯化铵、阳离子改性纤维素和酯基季铵盐中的任一种,或它们至少两种的组合。其中,所述的烷基烃乙基二甲基氯化铵的分子量为307,并具有如下结构式:

所述的阳离子改性纤维素为Supracare 141、Supracare 140、Supracare 240和Supracare 103中的任一种,或它们至少两种的组合。所述的酯基季铵盐为Stepantex SP-90。
所述的氨基改性有机硅柔软剂,具有如下有机硅主链结构:-Si(CH3)2-O-,其Si-O-Si键角(130度)可在105~180度之间变化,而C-Si-C键角(111度)较小且可变范围小。此外,其线性嵌段结构在同一直链上结合二甲基硅氧烷主链、季铵盐和聚醚嵌段。优选地,所述的氨基改性有机硅柔软剂为AB端氨基改性有机硅柔软剂,更优选地,所述氨基改性有机硅柔软剂采用型号为FORMASIL B的氨基改性有机硅柔软剂。

上述的椰油酸钾、阳离子表面活性剂和AB端氨基改性有机硅柔软剂组成复配体系,AB端氨基改性有机硅柔软剂在纤维上吸附后,由空气中的二氧化碳和水形成碳酸后,与氨基产生交联的高度聚合,在纤维表面和内部生成高聚合度的弹性网状结构,赋予织物超柔软、平滑和耐洗涤性。此外氨基改性有机硅柔软剂具有两个氨基端,氨基的亲水性使其可乳化成透明的微乳状液,其微乳状液粒径为普通乳状液的1/10,大大提高了其与织物接触的机会,增加了表面铺展力,可形成连续膜,对纤维和织物有很强的渗透力和涂布性。此外,粒子细小还有利于细纤维的浸润和包覆,有利于柔软整理。氨基改性有机硅柔软剂可使织物滑爽、透气,具有超级柔软的手感,并具有良好的放缩性和耐洗性,但洗涤后,织物的吸湿性能下降。而阳离子表面活性剂中的烷基烃乙基二甲基氯化铵具有耐洗和持久的抑菌效果,同时可赋予织物良好的吸水、吸汗、柔软平滑和防静电作用,但其单独大量使用,会使织物不易晾干并有潮湿感。椰油酸钾为天然来源的椰油酸经皂化反应后得到的椰油酸钾,其具有去油脂和易漂净的性能,能与有机硅协同抑制泡沫,同时其易漂和清爽感缓解了阳离子的洗不净的感觉。三者通过合理配比,可扬长避短,使得衣物洗后干爽透气柔软。
此外,配方中的AES和AEO-9为洗涤产品中最常用、用量也最大的表面活性剂,具有优异的起泡和去污能力。APG刺激性低,易生物降解,水溶性好,具有优异的脱脂能力并可大幅度降低AES的刺激性,提高产品的温和性,同时提高非离子的浊点。使用柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠作为pH调节剂,一方面其具有一定的螯合能力能软化硬水,另一方面,可以提高酶的稳定性。
实施例
以下实施例旨在说明本发明而不是对本发明的进一步限定。除非特别说明,本发明的所有百分数都以组合物的质量百分含量计算,所有比例均为质量百分比。
各实施例及对比例中的各组分均为常规市售产品,例如,阳离子表面活性剂(烷基烃乙基二甲基氯化铵Praepagen HY、Supracare 141和Stepantex SP-90)均购自广州市百好博有限公司;氨基改性有机硅柔软剂购自迈图高新材料集团,型号为FORMASIL B。
实施例1-3和对比例1-3的速溶易漂柔顺婴儿洗衣液组分及质量百分比如表1所示。

注:
对比例1-3与实施例1-3的区别是:未加入椰油酸钾,或未加入阳离子表面活性剂,或未加入FORMASIL B。
实施例1速溶易漂的柔顺洗衣液的制备方法:在适量水中加入AES、AEO-9、APG和椰油酸钾,搅拌至溶解完全溶解;继续加入阳离子表面活性剂、预先用水分散的FORMASIL B、pH调节剂、洗涤增效剂助剂、香精和防腐剂,搅拌至完全溶解,加入剩余的水,搅拌均匀,调节pH至7~9,得到速溶易漂的柔顺洗衣液。
实施例2~3和对比例1~3的制备方法类似。
根据QB/T 1224衣料用液体洗涤剂的检验依据及化妆品安全技术规范综合判定原则,上述实施例1-3以及对比例1-3的检验结论如表2所示:

由上述检验结果可知,本发明制得的速溶易漂的柔顺洗衣液完全符合QB/T1224的产品要求。
为验证本发明制备洗衣液的漂洗、去污力及柔顺效果,分别采用实施例1-3及对比实施例1-3制备的洗衣液以及标准洗衣液进行漂洗实验、去污实验和柔顺实验,该标准洗衣液为国标测试中所用的标准洗衣液,购买自中国日化工业研究院。
1、漂洗实验
测试原理:按照GB/T13174的测试要求,对洗涤产品进行洗涤,通过漂洗后污布的浸泡溶液的酸碱性及泡沫体积判定是否漂洗干净。
按照GB/T 13174-2008标准规定,用250mg/kg、Ca2+/Mg2+=3/2的硬水配制0.2%的洗涤产品溶液倒入去污机的缸中,启动搅拌160r/min,溶解20min,并保持30℃,加入国标碳黑、皮脂、蛋白污布各三块,启动搅拌120r/min,保持30℃,洗涤20分钟后,捞起污布,放入漂洗器内桶中,控干水分,放进盛有1500L蒸馏水地漂洗器中,盖上盖子,转动盖子上手柄,使内桶转动约30秒后停止,放掉漂洗后的水,再次加入1500mL蒸馏水,重复进行第二次漂洗。放掉漂洗水,对试片进行手工脱水15秒(转速约180r/min)。取出漂洗完成后的试片,悬挂室温下晾干。
收集洗涤液及漂洗过程中每一次的漂洗水,进行用罗氏泡沫仪泡沫测试。
按要求打开pH计,校正好仪器,以备测试待用;将晾干后的试片,放入1.5L的烧杯中,加入1L的蒸馏水,用玻棒搅动2分钟,捞起污布,用校正好的pH计测定溶液的pH值。测试完全部样品以后,按要求关闭仪器,作好记录。实验结果是通过国标污布漂洗后的浸泡溶液的pH(7.0±0.5)之间,即视受测样品经碱性残留定性测试后无碱性残留。

根据测试结果,可得出实施例1~3均在在二次漂洗即达到无碱性残留,泡沫亦≤5mL,因此实施例1~3均能实现二次漂净,实施例2效果最佳,即其配方比例为最佳配比。对比例1~3漂洗至第三次,pH仍呈碱性,泡沫高度≥9mL,说明漂洗3次也没有漂洗干净,仍有残留。对比例1~3为分别未添加椰油酸钾,阳离子表面活性剂和Formail B,漂洗效果比较差,说明这三者有很好的协同作用,而单独添加其中两个不能实现易漂洗。
2、去污实验
测试方法:依照GBT 13174-2008衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定进行实验。实施例1~3和对比例1~3测试数据列于表4。

备注:以上数据为去污比值。
从上表可看出,实施列1~3随着Praepagen HY的添加量增加,各污布的去污力呈递增趋势,即其对配方的去污效果有增效作用,但添加量高时配方的漂洗难度增加。实施例2为最佳配比,其去污性能及漂洗性能均处于中上水平。
3、柔顺实验
测试方法:参照AATCC TM 202标准,使用美国Nucybertek的Fabric EvaluationSystem(Phabr Ometer3)进行实验。
测试步骤:将处理好的式样在恒温恒湿(温度:18~22℃,湿度:62~68℃)环境中放置24小时,裁剪3块直径约12cm的圆形布片,进行PhabrOmeter风格测试。测试时在试样上放置3个砝码盘;按照相应的仪器参数测试可得出织物载荷-位移曲线及曲线特征值。织物手感指纹图、织物手感特证、织物相对手感值、织物悬垂系数。当式样的RHV≥1.00,判定试样相对于标样有较好的柔顺性。
实施例1~3和对比例1~3测试数据列于表5。

由上面柔顺性能测试数据可知,实施例1~3较标准洗衣液及对比例1~3均有明显的柔顺效果,说明本发明所述的配方组合具有优异的协同效果,使得产品表现优异的柔顺效果。
综上所述,本发明的洗衣液符合QB/T 1224要求,且具有易漂及柔顺功能。

Claims (4)

1.一种速溶易漂的柔顺洗衣液,其特征在于,以质量百分比计算,是由如下组分组成:
椰油酸钾 0.20~2.00%;
阳离子表面活性剂 0.01~3.00%,所述阳离子表面活性剂为烷基烃乙基二甲基氯化铵、阳离子改性纤维素和酯基季铵盐中的至少两种的组合;所述烷基烃乙基二甲基氯化铵的分子量为307,并具有如下结构式:

所述阳离子改性纤维素为Supracare 141、Supracare 140、Supracare 240和Supracare 103中的任一种,或它们至少两种的组合;
所述酯基季铵盐为 Stepantex SP-90;
氨基改性有机硅柔软剂 0.01~3.00%,所述氨基改性有机硅柔软剂为AB端氨基改性有机硅柔软剂;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种速溶易漂的柔顺洗衣液,其特征在于,所述氨基改性有机硅柔软剂采用型号为FORMASIL B的氨基改性有机硅柔软剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种速溶易漂的柔顺洗衣液,其特征在于,
所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠采用活性物含量为70%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠;
所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚采用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9;
所述烷基糖苷采用活性物含量为50%的椰油基葡糖苷,其碳链长度为C8~C14;
所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠的混合物,两者的混合比为:柠檬酸:柠檬酸钠=1:2;
所述洗涤增效剂为抗再沉积剂和酶;
所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油的混合物,两者的混合比为:苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油=9:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种速溶易漂的柔顺洗衣液,其特征在于,以质量百分比计算,由如下组分组成:
