高纯含量的石英产品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:破碎,将石英矿石加入水中,搅拌使其完全浸没,浸泡12h后加入分散液,搅拌均匀,继续浸泡12h,取出,烘干,在1000~1100℃高温下煅烧处理,接着急冷并在压力机下碾压成粉、再经湿法球磨得到粒度为60~80目的粉料;超高速分级,送入分级机进行分级处理,得粒径为31‑40μm细粉;将31‑40μm细粉和改性剂,在50rpm的转速下,在90‑95℃条件下搅拌2‑3h;出料,筛分,利用不同孔径的筛网得到区别粒径的改性硅微粉。两次分级更有效的制备高纯度的硅微粉。

高纯含量的石英产品的制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及微粉加工技术领域,具体涉及高纯含量的石英产品的制备方法。
背景技术:
硅微粉是一种无毒、无味、无污染的无机非金属材料。由于它具备耐温性好、耐酸碱腐蚀、导热系数高、高绝缘、低膨胀、化学性能稳定、硬度大等优良的性能,被广泛用于化工、电子、集成电路(IC)、电器、塑料、涂料、高级油漆、橡胶、国防等领域。随着高技术领域的迅猛发展,硅微粉亦将步入新的历史发展时期。
现有硅微粉是由天然石英(SiO2)或熔融石英(天然石英经高温熔融、冷却后的非晶态SiO2)经破碎、球磨(或振动、气流磨)、浮选、酸洗提纯、高纯水处理等多道工艺加工而成的微粉。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种操作简单易行、加工成本低的高纯含量的石英产品的制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
高纯含量的石英产品的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
破碎,将石英矿石加入水中,搅拌使其完全浸没,浸泡12h后加入分散液,搅拌均匀,继续浸泡12h,取出,烘干,在1000~1100℃高温下煅烧处理,接着急冷并在压力机下碾压成粉、再经湿法球磨得到粒度为60~80目的粉料;
超高速分级,送入分级机进行分级处理,得粒径为31-40μm细粉;
将31-40μm细粉和改性剂,在50rpm的转速下,在90-95℃条件下搅拌2-3h;出料,筛分,利用不同孔径的筛网得到区别粒径的改性硅微粉。
所述改性剂包括邻苯二胺、对甲基苯磺酸、硅酸钠、铝酸三苄酯和助剂,改性剂制备方法为:首先将硅微粉在30~70℃下预热20~60min,将邻苯二胺、对甲基苯磺酸、硅酸钠、铝酸三苄酯和助剂加入硅微粉中,再进行300-350℃煅烧,煅烧后破碎,经湿法球磨得到粒度为60~80目的粉料,再将改性剂与粉料混合,在130~170℃下搅拌20~60min。
所述助剂包括甲基二苯乙炔基硅烷、乙醇、硅油和碱液,所述碱液制备方法为:称取15g氢氧化钠溶解于500ml去离子水中,溶解完全后加入6g碳酸氢钠,搅拌均匀,最后加入3g乙二胺,混合均匀,将混合液放入冰水中冷却10-15min,制得所述助剂;
所述的分散液包括碳酸钠5-10g、季铵盐型缓蚀剂5-10g、聚丙烯酰胺5-10g、分散剂5-10g、硅油3-5g、螯合剂5-10g、聚乙二醇5-10g、水200-300g。
本发明的有益效果是:加入聚丙烯酰胺够对各种金属矿石的粗矿粉产生润滑作用,减少研磨的阻力;加入聚乙二醇有效的降低矿石的表面张力,降低黏度,从而减少研磨的阻力;加入鳌合剂和分散剂能够对助磨剂中的各组分起到良好的分散效果,有利于使各组分之间发挥协同作用;本发明可以显著提高研磨效率,提高所产精矿粉的细度;
利用分级过程中加入改性剂进行改性,能够制的一种高纯度微粉,利用改性剂对表面进行改进,更重要的是,通过煅烧,将改性剂渗入硅粉中,对内部进行改性,使得活化率、吸油值、粘度得到有效提升;
两次分级更有效的制备高纯度的硅微粉。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
高纯含量的石英产品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
破碎,将石英矿石加入水中,搅拌使其完全浸没,浸泡12h后加入分散液,搅拌均匀,继续浸泡12h,取出,烘干,在1000~1100℃高温下煅烧处理,接着急冷并在压力机下碾压成粉、再经湿法球磨得到粒度为60~80目的粉料;
超高速分级,送入分级机进行分级处理,得粒径为31-40μm细粉;
将31-40μm细粉和改性剂,在50rpm的转速下,在90-95℃条件下搅拌2-3h;出料,筛分,利用不同孔径的筛网得到区别粒径的改性硅微粉。

超高速分级,送入分级机进行分级处理,得粒径为31-40μm细粉;
将31-40μm细粉和改性剂,在50rpm的转速下,在90-95℃条件下搅拌2-3h;出料,筛分,利用不同孔径的筛网得到区别粒径的改性硅微粉。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的高纯含量的石英产品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述改性剂包括邻苯二胺、对甲基苯磺酸、硅酸钠、铝酸三苄酯和助剂,改性剂制备方法为:首先将硅微粉在30~70℃下预热20~60min,将邻苯二胺、对甲基苯磺酸、硅酸钠、铝酸三苄酯和助剂加入硅微粉中,再进行300-350℃煅烧,煅烧后破碎,经湿法球磨得到粒度为60~80目的粉料,再将改性剂与粉料混合,在130~170℃下搅拌20~60min。
3.根据权利要求2中所述的高纯含量的石英产品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述助剂包括甲基二苯乙炔基硅烷、乙醇、硅油和碱液,所述碱液制备方法为:称取15g氢氧化钠溶解于500ml去离子水中,溶解完全后加入6g碳酸氢钠,搅拌均匀,最后加入3g乙二胺,混合均匀,将混合液放入冰水中冷却10-15min,制得所述助剂。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的高纯含量的石英产品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的分散液包括碳酸钠5-10g、季铵盐型缓蚀剂5-10g、聚丙烯酰胺5-10g、分散剂5-10g、硅油3-5g、螯合剂5-10g、聚乙二醇5-10g、水200-300g。
