Abstract
本发明提供一种注塑模具,包括动模和定模,定模设置在动模下面,动模和定模之间形成左右两个模腔,定模下面设置底座,所述动模上侧设置浇口,浇口延伸到两侧模腔之间,浇口下端连接注塑流道,在注塑流道两侧设置保温层,注塑流道连接两侧模腔。定模右侧设置导柱,动模右侧设置导柱套。定模中间设置推杆,推杆上端位于模腔下侧。通过延伸浇口使注塑流道缩短,在注塑流道两侧设置保温层,在提高注塑效率的同时也减少对原材料的消耗。利用风力冷却在提高冷却效率的同时也节约资源。

技术领域
本发明涉及注塑模具设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种注塑模具。
背景技术
注塑模具属于注塑成型领域,用于批量生产各种形状、功能、尺寸的产品或部件,在工业生产中应用广泛。但现如今因为注塑料会在极短的时间内凝结问题,会使注塑的难度增加影响生产效率也会导致原材料的浪费。模腔的冷却一般使用水冷,但对水资源的浪费较大。因此想要提高生产效率减少成本,解决这个问题就变得越来越重要了。
发明内容
本发明是提供一种注塑模具,包括动模和定模,定模设置在动模下面,动模和定模连接中间形成左右两个模腔,定模下面设置底座,所述动模上侧设置浇口,浇口延伸到两侧模腔之间,浇口下端连接注塑流道,注塑流道两侧设置保温层,注塑流道连接两侧模腔。
进一步改进在于:定模右侧设置导柱,动模右侧设置导柱套。
进一步改进在于:模腔上侧设置风冷通道。
进一步改进在于:定模中间设置推杆,推杆上端位于模腔下侧。
本发明的有益效果:通过加深浇口使注塑流道缩短,在注塑流道两侧设置保温层,当受热融化的原材料经过较短的注塑流道不会出现原材料提前出现凝结的现象,降低注塑的难度,同时也节约可成本。定模中间设置推杆,方便模具成型的取出。模腔上侧设置风冷通道,利用风力冷却,减少水资源的浪费。设置导柱和导柱套方便动模和定模的衔接,防止发生错位现象。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种注塑模具,包括动模1和定模2,定模2设置在动模1下面,动模1和定模2之间形成左右两个模腔3,定模2下面设置底座4,所述动模1上侧设置浇口5,浇口5延伸到两侧模腔3之间,浇口5下端连接注塑流道6,注塑流道6两侧设置保温层9,注塑流道6连接两侧模腔3。定模2右侧设置导柱7,动模1右侧设置导柱套8。模腔3上侧设置风冷通道10。定模2中间设置推杆11,推杆11上端位于模腔3下侧。当注塑料从浇口5进入,快速通过注塑流管6进入模腔3,注塑流管6两侧的保温层9对通过注塑流管6的原材料进行保温,防止产生冷料,原材料进入模腔3,通过风冷通道10的冷却作用,使制品快速冷却成型,待冷却成型完成,动模1沿着导柱7向上滑出,最后由定模2中间设置的推杆11向上运动,把成型品顶出完成注塑成型。

1.一种注塑模具,包括动模(1)和定模(2),其特征在于:定模(2)设置在动模(1)下面,动模(1)和定模(2)之间形成左右两个模腔(3),定模(2)下面设置底座(4),所述动模(1)上侧设置浇口(5),浇口(5)延伸到两侧模腔(3)之间,浇口(5)下端连接注塑流道(6),注塑流道(6)两侧设置保温层(9),注塑流道(6)连接两侧模腔(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑模具,其特征在于:定模(2)右侧设置导柱(7),动模(1)右侧设置导柱套(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑模具,其特征在于:模腔(3)上侧设置风冷通道(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑模具,其特征在于:定模(2)中间设置推杆(11),推杆(11)上端位于模腔(3)下侧。
