本发明涉及农业养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种肉鸡饲料添加剂。
背景技术
鸡肉肉质细嫩,滋味鲜美,鸡肉中含有维生素C、E等,蛋白质的含量比例较高,种类多,而且消化率高,很容易被人体吸收利用,有增强体力、强壮身体的作用,另外含有对人体生长发育有重要作用的磷脂类,是中国人膳食结构中脂肪和磷脂的重要来源之一。鸡肉对营养不良、畏寒怕冷、乏力疲劳、月经不调、贫血、虚弱等有很好的食疗作用。中医认为鸡肉有温中益气、补虚填精、健脾胃、活血脉、强筋骨的功效。
肉鸡饲养的关键在于饲料成本的控制和鸡肉品质的保证,优质饲料是生产优质畜产品的保证。一方面,近年来,作为肉鸡饲料主要原料的玉米和豆粕,其价格不断上升,所以肉鸡饲养企业面临巨大的成本压力。因此,寻找玉米和豆粕的代替品或部分代替品,降低肉鸡饲料成为当务之急。另一方面,传统的肉鸡饲喂过程中,大多添加抗生素或含有抗生素的药物,但抗生素的使用存在药物残留、耐药性和交叉感染等弊端,同时影响肉鸡的肉质安全和鸡肉品质。目前我国迫切需要能提高畜禽产品的质量和品质,对动物健康生长有益,对消费者的健康有益无害的饲料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术存在的问题,提供一种肉鸡饲料添加剂,它含有丰富份营养物质,能够提高肉鸡对营养物质的吸收效率,增强肉鸡的抗病变能力,提高肉鸡肉质的营养和安全性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种肉鸡饲料添加剂,由以下重量份的物质制成:骨粉5~15重量份、芦荟10~25重量份、胶原蛋白肽粉3~8重量份、蜂巢蜜8~28重量份、酒糟1~5重量份、鲜花10~28重量份、枣核5~15重量份、蒲公英2~6重量份、海藻3~8重量份、牛磺酸0.5~2重量份、氨基酸0.5~3重量份、维生素0.2~1重量份、碳酸氢钠0.05~0.2重量份、醋酸钙0.01~0.05重量份、亚锡酸钠0.01~0.08重量份、EM菌剂0.3~2重量份、胆碱0.05~0.1重量份。
本发明还提供一种所述肉鸡饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将芦荟搅碎后得到芦荟浆;将枣核研磨成粉,得到枣核粉;
(2)将鲜花烘干后,得到干花瓣和鲜花露,将干花瓣研磨成粉,然后加入蜂巢蜜中,在密闭条件下,在30~45℃下放置7~15天,得到复合蜜;
(3)将芦荟浆、枣核粉、蒲公英和鲜花露在水中混合均匀,得到复合营养浆,在复合营养浆中加入复合蜜、骨粉、胶原蛋白肽粉、酒糟、海藻、牛磺酸、氨基酸、维生素、碳酸氢钠、醋酸钙、亚锡酸钠、EM菌剂、胆碱,混合均匀后,得到混合体系,将混合体系低温冻干,并粉碎成80~200目粉末,即得到肉鸡饲料添加剂。
本发明的饲料添加剂中含有丰富的蛋白质、矿物质、氨基酸和维生素,为肉鸡提供足量的营养物质,能够促进肉鸡对营养元素的吸收,提高肉鸡的机体功能和抵抗力,进一步提高鸡肉的营养价值和鸡肉的口感。
为了提高鸡肉的营养价值和鸡肉的口感,优选条件下,所述肉鸡饲料添加剂,由以下重量份的物质制成:骨粉8~12重量份、芦荟12~22重量份、胶原蛋白肽粉5~6重量份、蜂巢蜜15~25重量份、酒糟1~5重量份、鲜花5~25重量份、枣核6~12重量份、蒲公英2~6重量份、海藻3~8重量份、牛磺酸0.5~2重量份、氨基酸1~2重量份、维生素0.3~0.6重量份、碳酸氢钠0.05~0.2重量份、醋酸钙0.01~0.05重量份、亚硒酸钠0.01~0.08重量份、EM菌剂0.3~2重量份、胆碱0.05~0.1重量份。
本发明中,蜂巢蜜中含有丰富的生物酶、维生素、多种微量元素,它具有高热能、抗菌消炎、养肺润肠、解毒护肝、益脾养肾、强行造血改善睡眠,促进组织再生,促进肉鸡生长发育的功效,提高肉鸡的抵抗力和抗病变能力,鲜花中含有丰富的微量元素,具有良好的保健效果,将蜂巢蜜与鲜花复合,能够使蜂巢蜜和鲜花中的营养元素发生融合,并能够使鲜花中的大分子物质发生分解,产生小分子营养物质,从而使其营养物质更容易被肉鸡吸收,提高肉鸡对营养元素的吸收,提高肉鸡的抵抗力和肉质。优选条件下,所述鲜花选自百合、益母草、玫瑰、月季、荷花、菊花、洋甘菊、康乃馨、蒲公英、茉莉花、槐花、紫罗兰、薰衣草、迷迭香、梅花、桂花、紫苏、扶桑、金银花和白玉兰中的至少一种。进一步优选的,所述蜂巢蜜与所述鲜花的重量比为(1~1.5):1。
氨基酸是构成动物营养所需蛋白质的基本物质。在饲料添加剂中加入微量的氨基酸,可以提高肉鸡的免疫力,还可以使肉鸡保持旺盛的精力,促进肉鸡的新陈代谢,从而提高肉质和口感,优选条件下,所述氨基酸选自L-丙氨酸、L-谷氨酸、L-谷氨酰胺、L-精氨酸、L-组氨酸、L-亮氨酸、L-异亮氨酸、L-丝氨酸、L-苏氨酸、L-酪氨酸、L-赖氨酸、L-蛋氨酸、L-苯丙氨酸、L-脯氨酸、L-色氨酸、L-缬氨酸、L-天冬氨酸和L-天冬酰胺中的至少一种。
维生素是动物为维持正常的生理功能而必须从食物中获得的一类微量有机物质,在肉鸡生长、发育过程中发挥着重要的作用,是保持肉鸡健康的重要物质,优选条件下,所述维生素选自维生素A1、维生素A2、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素C、维生素D、维生素H、维生素PP、维生素K、维生素M、维生素T、维生素U中的至少一种。
益生菌是一类对宿主有益的活性微生物,能够改善宿主微生态平衡,提高肉鸡的免疫力和对营养元素的吸收。优选条件下,所述EM菌剂选自乳酸菌、酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、双歧杆菌、放线菌中的至少一种,更优选的,所述EM菌剂由乳酸菌、酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、双歧杆菌按重量比为1:(0.1~0.4):(0.3~0.8):(1~1.2)的比例组成。
优选条件下,所述肉鸡饲料添加剂在饲料中的添加量为5~15wt%,更优选为12wt%。
通过上述技术方案,本发明具有以下技术效果:
本发明的饲料添加剂中含有丰富的蛋白质、糖类和肉鸡生长所需的多种微量元素,能够提高肉鸡对营养物质的吸收效率,提高肉鸡的机体免疫力和抗病变能力,提高肌肉的营养价值和口感。且本发明的饲料添加剂中不含有抗生素,使得鸡肉的安全性和可靠性得到保障。

一种肉鸡饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

(2)将玫瑰4g、月季4g、荷花3g、菊花5g烘干后,得到干花瓣和鲜花露,将干花瓣研磨成粉,然后加入蜂巢蜜24g中,在密闭条件下,在35℃下放置10天,得到复合蜜;

所述氨基酸包括:L-丙氨酸75mg、L-谷氨酸225mg、L-精氨酸120mg、L-组氨酸75mg、L-亮氨酸150mg、L-异亮氨酸75mg、L-丝氨酸120mg、L-苏氨酸100mg、L-赖氨酸75mg、L-蛋氨酸80mg、L-苯丙氨酸90mg、L-脯氨酸60mg、L-色氨酸105mg、L-天冬氨酸60mg和L-天冬酰胺75mg;
所述维生素包括:维生素A1 62.4mg、维生素A2 33.2mg、维生素B1 41.6mg、维生素B2 50mg、维生素B2 78mg、维生素B6 40mg、维生素C 63.2mg、维生素D 61.6mg、维生素PP41.6mg、维生素K 43.2mg。
EM菌剂包括:乳酸菌0.37g、酵母菌0.07g、枯草芽孢杆菌0.19g、双歧杆菌0.37g。
实施例2
一种肉鸡饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将芦荟12g搅碎后得到芦荟浆;将枣核6g研磨成粉,得到枣核粉;
(2)将桂花4g、菊花6g烘干后,得到干花瓣和鲜花露,将干花瓣研磨成粉,然后加入蜂巢蜜20g中,在密闭条件下,在30℃下放置15天,得到复合蜜;
(3)将芦荟浆、枣核粉、蒲公英6g和鲜花露在水中混合均匀,得到复合营养浆,在复合营养浆中加入复合蜜、骨粉12g、胶原蛋白肽粉6g、酒糟5g、海藻8g、牛磺酸0.5g、氨基酸2g、维生素0.3g、碳酸氢钠0.2g、醋酸钙0.01g、亚硒酸钠0.08g、EM菌剂0.3g、胆碱0.1g,混合均匀后,得到混合体系,将混合体系低温冻干,并粉碎成200目粉末,即得到肉鸡饲料添加剂。
其中,所述氨基酸包括:L-丙氨酸90mg、L-谷氨酸100mg、L-精氨酸150mg、L-组氨酸100mg、L-亮氨酸140mg、L-异亮氨酸110mg、L-丝氨酸160mg、L-苏氨酸140mg、L-酪氨酸60mg、L-赖氨酸60mg、L-蛋氨酸160mg、L-苯丙氨酸120mg、L-脯氨酸100mg、L-色氨酸150mg、L-缬氨酸180mg、L-天冬氨酸80mg和L-天冬酰胺80mg。
所述维生素包括:维生素A1 45mg、维生素A2 24mg、维生素B1 15mg、维生素B254mg、维生素B2 15mg、维生素B6 30mg、维生素D 30mg、维生素H 15mg、维生素PP 24mg、维生素K 24mg、维生素M 24mg;
所述EM菌剂包括:乳酸菌0.5g、酵母菌0.14g、枯草芽孢杆菌0.28g、双歧杆菌0.58g。
实施例3
一种肉鸡饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将芦荟22g搅碎后得到芦荟浆;将枣核12g研磨成粉,得到枣核粉;
(2)将茉莉花5g、金银花5g、薰衣草2g烘干后,得到干花瓣和鲜花露,将干花瓣研磨成粉,然后加入蜂巢蜜15g中,在密闭条件下,在45℃下放置7天,得到复合蜜;
(3)将芦荟浆、枣核粉、蒲公英2g和鲜花露在水中混合均匀,得到复合营养浆,在复合营养浆中加入复合蜜、骨粉8g、胶原蛋白肽粉5g、酒糟1g、海藻3g、牛磺酸2g、氨基酸1g、维生素0.6g、碳酸氢钠0.05g、醋酸钙0.05g、亚硒酸钠0.01g、EM菌剂0.5g、胆碱0.05g,混合均匀后,得到混合体系,将混合体系低温冻干,并粉碎成80目粉末,即得到肉鸡饲料添加剂。
其中,所述氨基酸包括:L-丙氨酸50mg、L-谷氨酸50mg、L-谷氨酰胺20mg、L-精氨酸100mg、L-组氨酸50mg、L-亮氨酸70mg、L-异亮氨酸50mg、L-丝氨酸90mg、L-苏氨酸60mg、L-酪氨酸30mg、L-赖氨酸40mg、L-蛋氨酸60mg、L-苯丙氨酸60mg、L-脯氨酸50mg、L-色氨酸60mg、L-缬氨酸100mg和L-天冬酰胺50mg。
所述维生素包括:维生素A1 60mg、维生素A2 48mg、维生素B1 48mg、维生素B250mg、维生素B2 36mg、维生素B6 51mg、维生素C 72mg、维生素D 36mg、维生素H 46mg、维生素PP 45mg、维生素K 60mg、维生素M 48mg。
所述EM菌剂包括:乳酸菌0.16g、酵母菌0.06g、枯草芽孢杆菌0.12g、双歧杆菌0.16g。
实施例4
一种肉鸡饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将芦荟25g搅碎后得到芦荟浆;将枣核5g研磨成粉,得到枣核粉;
(2)将玫瑰3g、茉莉15g、益母草10g烘干后,得到干花瓣和鲜花露,将干花瓣研磨成粉,然后加入蜂巢蜜28g中在密闭条件下,在40℃下放置12天,得到复合蜜;
(3)将芦荟浆、枣核粉、蒲公英6g和鲜花露在水中混合均匀,得到复合营养浆,在复合营养浆中加入复合蜜、骨粉15g、胶原蛋白肽粉8g、酒糟5g、海藻8g、牛磺酸0.5g、氨基酸3g、维生素0.2g、碳酸氢钠0.2g、醋酸钙0.01g、亚锡酸钠0.08g、EM菌剂0.3g、胆碱0.05g,混合均匀后,得到混合体系,将混合体系低温冻干,并粉碎成120目粉末,即得到肉鸡饲料添加剂。
其中,所述氨基酸包括:L-丙氨酸15mg、L-谷氨酸15mg、L-谷氨酰胺2wt%、L-精氨酸15mg、L-亮氨酸15mg、L-丝氨酸24mg、L-苏氨酸30mg、L-酪氨酸9mg、L-赖氨酸18mg、L-蛋氨酸24mg、L-苯丙氨酸30mg、L-脯氨酸24mg、L-色氨酸21mg、L-缬氨酸15mg、L-天冬氨酸12mg和L-天冬酰胺15mg。
所述维生素包括:维生素A1 16mg、维生素A2 16mg、维生素B1 24mg、维生素B216mg、维生素B2 16mg、维生素B6 16mg、维生素C 16mg、维生素D 16mg、维生素PP 16mg、维生素K 16mg、维生素T 16mg、维生素U 16mg。
所述EM菌剂包括:乳酸菌0.125g、酵母菌0.0125g、枯草芽孢杆菌0.0375g、双歧杆菌0.125g。
所述EM菌剂由乳酸菌、酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、双歧杆菌按重量比为1:0.1:0.3:1的比例组成.
实施例5
一种肉鸡饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将芦荟10g搅碎后得到芦荟浆;将枣核15g研磨成粉,得到枣核粉;
(2)将洋甘菊5g、益母草15g、百合10g烘干后,得到干花瓣和鲜花露,将干花瓣研磨成粉,然后加入蜂巢蜜30g中,在密闭条件下,在35℃下放置12天,得到复合蜜;
(3)将芦荟浆、枣核粉、蒲公英2g和鲜花露在水中混合均匀,得到复合营养浆,在复合营养浆中加入复合蜜、骨粉5g、胶原蛋白肽粉3g、酒糟1g、海藻3g、牛磺酸2g、氨基酸0.5g、维生素1g、碳酸氢钠0.05g、醋酸钙0.05g、亚锡酸钠0.01g、EM菌剂2g、胆碱0.1g,混合均匀后,得到混合体系,将混合体系低温冻干,并粉碎成100目粉末,即得到肉鸡饲料添加剂。
其中,所述氨基酸包括:L-丙氨酸10mg、L-谷氨酸50mg、L-谷氨酰胺60mg、L-精氨酸15mg、L-组氨酸10mg、L-亮氨酸20mg、L-异亮氨酸10mg、L-丝氨酸40mg、L-苏氨酸30mg、L-酪氨酸15mg、L-赖氨酸40mg、L-蛋氨酸40mg、L-苯丙氨酸30mg、L-脯氨酸25mg、L-色氨酸35mg、L-天冬氨酸20mg和L-天冬酰胺25mg。
所述维生素包括:维生素A1 100mg、维生素A2 80mg、维生素B1 130mg、维生素B2120mg、维生素B2 100mg、维生素B6 120mg、维生素C 110mg、维生素D 80mg、维生素K 30mg、维生素M 50mg、维生素U 80mg。
所述EM菌剂包括:乳酸菌0.8g、酵母菌0.16g、枯草芽孢杆菌0.24g、双歧杆菌0.8g。
饲养试验
选择300只1日龄肉鸡分成六组,健康体重、产蛋率差异均不显著(P>0.05),将其随机分为6组,每组50只,其中第1组至第5组分别采用含有实施例1~5所制备的饲料添加剂的高粱进行喂养,第六组采用高粱进行喂养,饲养90天,各组饲养条件相同,采用笼养平养方式饲养,自由采食、饮水,按常规的日常管理。实验结果见表1:

Claims (8)
1.一种肉鸡饲料添加剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的物质制成:骨粉5~15重量份、芦荟10~25重量份、胶原蛋白肽粉3~8重量份、蜂巢蜜15~30重量份、酒糟1~5重量份、鲜花10~28重量份、枣核5~15重量份、蒲公英2~6重量份、海藻3~8重量份、牛磺酸0.5~2重量份、氨基酸0.5~3重量份、维生素0.2~1重量份、碳酸氢钠0.05~0.2重量份、醋酸钙0.01~0.05重量份、亚硒酸钠0.01~0.08重量份、EM菌剂0.3~2重量份、胆碱0.05~0.1重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的肉鸡饲料添加剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的物质制成:骨粉8~12重量份、芦荟12~22重量份、胶原蛋白肽粉5~6重量份、蜂巢蜜20~28重量份、酒糟1~5重量份、鲜花12~25重量份、枣核6~12重量份、蒲公英2~6重量份、海藻3~8重量份、牛磺酸0.5~2重量份、氨基酸1~2重量份、维生素0.3~0.6重量份、碳酸氢钠0.05~0.2重量份、醋酸钙0.01~0.05重量份、亚硒酸钠0.01~0.08重量份、EM菌剂0.3~2重量份、胆碱0.05~0.1重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的肉鸡饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述鲜花选自百合、益母草、玫瑰、月季、荷花、菊花、洋甘菊、康乃馨、蒲公英、茉莉花、槐花、紫罗兰、薰衣草、迷迭香、梅花、桂花、紫苏、扶桑、金银花和白玉兰中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的肉鸡饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述氨基酸选自L-丙氨酸、L-谷氨酸、L-谷氨酰胺、L-精氨酸、L-组氨酸、L-亮氨酸、L-异亮氨酸、L-丝氨酸、L-苏氨酸、L-酪氨酸、L-赖氨酸、L-蛋氨酸、L-苯丙氨酸、L-脯氨酸、L-色氨酸、L-缬氨酸、L-天冬氨酸和L-天冬酰胺中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的肉鸡饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述维生素选自维生素A1、维生素A2、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素C、维生素D、维生素H、维生素PP、维生素K、维生素M、维生素T、维生素U中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的肉鸡饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述EM菌剂选自乳酸菌、酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、双歧杆菌、放线菌中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1~6所述的肉鸡饲料添加剂,其特征在于,其在饲料中的添加量为5~15wt%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的肉鸡饲料添加剂,其特征在于,其在饲料中的添加量为12wt%。
