背景技术
猪的肠道是食物消化吸收的主要场所,对维持猪的健康生长具有重要的作用。在肠道,食糜中的各种营养物质被分解成各种小分子物质,经肠道绒毛吸收进入血液和淋巴,供机体各部分利用。另外,在机体的防御过程中,肠道也起着重要的作用,改善猪肠道健康,有利于提高饲料消化率,提高饲料的使用价值,同时还能增强猪的免疫力,降低腹泻,对猪的生长发育有着积极的影响。
中草药饲料添加剂,是指以中国关于中草药的物性、物味和物间相互关系的传统理论为指导,按照人类的意图,以提高动物生产和饲料利用率为目标,确保人类健康和生态环境平衡为目的,添加于饲料中的物质。中草药是指对人、动物体具有防治作用的天然物,其应用要在中国传统医药学理论指导下,进行辨证施治。中草药是我国人类寻找食物中,经过长期经验的积累升华而总结出来的一类具有特殊效应的天然物。中药饲料添加剂具有促进畜禽生长和保健作用,并且无毒、无害、无残留、无耐药性的独特性质,愈来愈被我国畜牧工作所重视。试验表明,猪饲料添加剂对畜禽、鱼虾都有增加新陈代谢功能、促进动物生长、提高生产性能和防治疾病的作用。
中草药具有天然、无毒副作用、无化学药物残留、不易产生抗药性等特点,用于防治仔猪腹泻,具有广泛的应用前景。但目前市售的用于防治仔猪腹泻的中草药,使用效果差,治愈率低,疗程长且成本高。
发明内容
本发明提出一种增强仔猪免疫力的饲料添加剂,该饲料添加剂能够增加小猪免疫力,还能够降低小猪的腹泻率。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种增强仔猪免疫力的饲料添加剂,包括以下重量份数的原料:
中药发酵物10~15份、蛹虫草多糖0.1~0.2份、复合维生素B 0.1~0.2份、生物素0.1~0.2份、富马酸亚铁0.3~0.6份、硫酸锰0.04~0.08份及载体70~80份,所述中药发酵物主要通过以下方法制备得到:以赤石脂、石榴皮、芡实、甘草、黄精、贯众、泽泻与焦三仙为原料进行煮沸过滤得到滤液与滤渣,滤渣与滤液进行打浆处理,浆液加入纤维素酶处理,酶解液再加入嗜酸乳杆菌与植物乳杆菌进行发酵,发酵液再浓缩干燥即可。
优选地,所述中药发酵物的制备方法为:
1)按照重量份数计算,称取赤石脂10~15份、芡实10~15份、石榴皮5~10份、甘草5~10份、黄精5~10份、贯众5~10份、泽泻4~8份与焦三仙4~8份进行混合搅拌并粉碎至粉末状得到粉末状混合物,然后加入30~40重量倍的水进行煮沸过滤得到滤液与滤渣;
2)将滤渣与滤液混合后放入打浆机进行打浆处理,得到浆液;
3)将步骤2)得到的浆液升温至50~65℃后,加入纤维素酶进行酶解,将酶解液进行煮沸灭活处理,得到灭活后的酶解液;
4)将嗜酸乳杆菌与植物乳杆菌加入酶解液中进行发酵,发酵温度为26~30℃,发酵结束后将发酵液浓缩干燥后即可。
优选地,所述纤维素酶的添加量为浆液重量的0.1~0.3wt%。
优选地,所述嗜酸乳杆菌与植物乳杆菌的总添加量为中草药原料总重量的3~6wt%。
优选地,所述载体为由花生壳粉和麦饭石粉按质量比6~8:1组成。
优选地,猪饲料中的添加量为500~600克/吨。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种增强仔猪免疫力的饲料添加剂,包括以下重量份数的原料:
中药发酵物12份、蛹虫草多糖0.16份、复合维生素B 0.14份、生物素0.13份、富马酸亚铁0.5份、硫酸锰0.06份及载体75份,载体为由花生壳粉和麦饭石粉按质量比6:1组成。
中药发酵物的制备方法为:
1)按照重量份数计算,称取赤石脂12份、芡实14份、石榴皮7份、甘草8份、黄精7份、贯众8份、泽泻6份与焦三仙6份进行混合搅拌并粉碎至粉末状得到粉末状混合物,然后加入36重量倍的水进行煮沸过滤得到滤液与滤渣;
2)将滤渣与滤液混合后放入打浆机进行打浆处理,得到浆液;
3)将步骤2)得到的浆液升温至60℃后,加入纤维素酶(纤维素酶的添加量为浆液重量的0.2wt%)进行酶解,将酶解液进行煮沸灭活处理,得到灭活后的酶解液;
4)将嗜酸乳杆菌与植物乳杆菌加入酶解液中进行发酵,发酵温度为28℃,发酵结束后将发酵液浓缩干燥后即可。嗜酸乳杆菌与植物乳杆菌的总添加量为中草药原料总重量的4.5wt%。
实施例2
一种增强仔猪免疫力的饲料添加剂,包括以下重量份数的原料:
中药发酵物10份、蛹虫草多糖0.1份、复合维生素B0.2份、生物素0.1份、富马酸亚铁0.3份、硫酸锰0.08份及载体70份,载体为由花生壳粉和麦饭石粉按质量比7:1组成。
中药发酵物的制备方法为:
1)按照重量份数计算,称取赤石脂10份、芡实15份、石榴皮5份、甘草5份、黄精10份、贯众5份、泽泻4份与焦三仙8份进行混合搅拌并粉碎至粉末状得到粉末状混合物,然后加入30重量倍的水进行煮沸过滤得到滤液与滤渣;
2)将滤渣与滤液混合后放入打浆机进行打浆处理,得到浆液;
3)将步骤2)得到的浆液升温至50℃后,加入纤维素酶(纤维素酶的添加量为浆液重量的0.1wt%)进行酶解,将酶解液进行煮沸灭活处理,得到灭活后的酶解液;
4)将嗜酸乳杆菌与植物乳杆菌加入酶解液中进行发酵,发酵温度为26℃,发酵结束后将发酵液浓缩干燥后即可。嗜酸乳杆菌与植物乳杆菌的总添加量为中草药原料总重量的3wt%。
实施例3
一种增强仔猪免疫力的饲料添加剂,包括以下重量份数的原料:
中药发酵物15份、蛹虫草多糖0.2份、复合维生素B 0.1份、生物素0.2份、富马酸亚铁0.6份、硫酸锰0.04份及载体80份,载体为由花生壳粉和麦饭石粉按质量比8:1组成。
中药发酵物的制备方法为:
1)按照重量份数计算,称取赤石脂15份、芡实10份、石榴皮10份、甘草10份、黄精5份、贯众10份、泽泻8份与焦三仙4份进行混合搅拌并粉碎至粉末状得到粉末状混合物,然后加入40重量倍的水进行煮沸过滤得到滤液与滤渣;
3)将步骤2)得到的浆液升温至65℃后,加入纤维素酶(纤维素酶的添加量为浆液重量的0.3wt%)进行酶解,将酶解液进行煮沸灭活处理,得到灭活后的酶解液;
4)将嗜酸乳杆菌与植物乳杆菌加入酶解液中进行发酵,发酵温度为26~30℃,发酵结束后将发酵液浓缩干燥后即可。嗜酸乳杆菌与植物乳杆菌的总添加量为中草药原料总重量的6wt%。
试验例1
试验选择合肥某养殖场平均体重为8.1kg的健康猪250头,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10头公母各半,其中包括1个空白对照组和4个试验组。空白对照组日粮为基础日龄,4个试验组日粮为在基础日粮中分别添加实施例1~3制得的添加剂,生猪自由采食和饮水,按常规进行免疫和驱虫。试验期共30天。计算每个处理组日增重、料肉比和腹泻率,具体实验结果见表1。

试验例2
挑选腹泻仔猪80头,随机平均分为2组,其中试验组饲喂含有实施例3制备的添加剂的饲料,对照组采用常规西药治疗;试验猪自由采食和饮水,试验期内每天观察并记录猪只的康复情况和精神状况,试验期共30天。试验结束时称体重,并结料。观察每个处理组腹泻情况,并计算日增重、料肉比(采食量/增重)和康复率,见表2。

试验结果表明本发明产品治疗仔猪腹泻效果与西药相当,但日增重明显高于对照组,料肉比显著降低,有利于减少饲用成本,增加养殖效益。

Claims (6)
1.一种增强仔猪免疫力的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
中药发酵物10~15份、蛹虫草多糖0.1~0.2份、复合维生素B 0.1~0.2份、生物素0.1~0.2份、富马酸亚铁0.3~0.6份、硫酸锰0.04~0.08份及载体70~80份,所述中药发酵物主要通过以下方法制备得到:以赤石脂、石榴皮、芡实、甘草、黄精、贯众、泽泻与焦三仙为原料进行煮沸过滤得到滤液与滤渣,滤渣与滤液进行打浆处理,浆液加入纤维素酶处理,酶解液再加入嗜酸乳杆菌与植物乳杆菌进行发酵,发酵液再浓缩干燥即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的猪用饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述中药发酵物的制备方法为:
1)按照重量份数计算,称取赤石脂10~15份、芡实10~15份、石榴皮5~10份、甘草5~10份、黄精5~10份、贯众5~10份、泽泻4~8份与焦三仙4~8份进行混合搅拌并粉碎至粉末状得到粉末状混合物,然后加入30~40重量倍的水进行煮沸过滤得到滤液与滤渣;
2)将滤渣与滤液混合后放入打浆机进行打浆处理,得到浆液;
3)将步骤2)得到的浆液升温至50~65℃后,加入纤维素酶进行酶解,将酶解液进行煮沸灭活处理,得到灭活后的酶解液;
4)将嗜酸乳杆菌与植物乳杆菌加入酶解液中进行发酵,发酵温度为26~30℃,发酵结束后将发酵液浓缩干燥后即可。
3.根据权利要求2所述的猪用饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述纤维素酶的添加量为浆液重量的0.1~0.3wt%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的猪用饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述嗜酸乳杆菌与植物乳杆菌的总添加量为中草药原料总重量的3~6wt%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的猪用饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述载体为由花生壳粉和麦饭石粉按质量比6~8:1组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的猪用饲料添加剂,其特征在于,猪饲料中的添加量为500~600克/吨。
