Abstract

本发明涉及一种油封涂层剂、涂层剂的喷涂方法以及由其制备的油封。一种油封涂层剂,由A组分、B组分、C组分按100:7‑8:100的质量比例构成,其中,A组分由石墨粉、二硫化钼、聚四氟乙烯组成;B组分为水性固化剂,由聚乙二醇单甲基醚封端的1,6‑二异氰酸根合己烷的均聚物和1,6‑二异氰酰基己烷组成;C组由聚丙烯酸盐和水性环氧树脂组成,将所述涂层剂涂覆于油封主唇和防尘唇区域,涂层厚度约30μm。油封工作时,部分涂层剂从油封转移到轴表面,同时油封唇口与轴接触力的作用促使涂层膜紧密覆盖在轴表面,使轴变得更为光滑,从而起到降低摩擦系数的作用,在油封的整个寿命期内提供一个较低的、稳定的摩擦力和摩擦力矩。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油封涂层剂、涂层剂的喷涂方法以及由其制备的油封。
背景技术
当前国内外对高性能低摩擦磨损油封的研究主要包括:一、从结构设计上降低油封对轴的抱紧力。如瑞典特瑞宝公司的特康泛力PDR系列、美国卡勒克公司的PS-SEAL 系列、欧盟TDM-SEALS集团的一次性成型“反旋螺纹槽” 内唇口流体动力型油封、德国科德宝集团的气动润滑面接触式密封圈,国外已商品化并应用于航空发动机、汽车发动机及螺杆式空气压缩机等高端领域,但基于技术、工艺和成本的限制,相应产品尚未在中国量产;二、从材料和表面处理方面降低唇口的摩擦系数。橡胶唇口涂覆涂层是一种最新发展的技术,技术关键是涂料和涂层工艺设备,德国klueber lubrication公司开发了油封用涂料系列,涂覆橡胶油封取得优越的摩擦效果。国内普遍采用在氟橡胶胶料中加入减摩剂, 或对油封唇口进行表面处理,包括在唇口表面粘贴聚四氟乙烯薄膜,在一定程度上改善了油封唇口摩擦因数和耐磨性,但存在氟橡胶、填料和聚四氟乙烯相容性不佳、粘结不牢等问题,影响密封性能和油封的使用寿命。且相关领域产品在国内尚处于应用开发阶段,涂层材料主要依赖于进口,价格较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种油封涂层剂、涂层剂的喷涂方法以及在油封主唇和防尘唇区域涂覆涂层,旨在延长涂覆油封的寿命、降低摩擦系数和摩擦力矩以及减少发动机损耗。
本发明,所述的油封涂层剂,由A组分、B组分、C组分按100:7-8:100的质量比例构成,其中,A组分由石墨粉35-45wt%、二硫化钼10-20wt%、聚四氟乙烯40-50wt%组成;B组分为水性固化剂,由聚乙二醇单甲基醚封端的1,6-二异氰酸根合己烷的均聚物90-99wt%和1,6-二异氰酰基己烷1-10wt%组成;C组由聚丙烯酸盐XT-1100 30-45wt%和水性环氧树脂55-70wt%组成,聚丙烯酸盐XT-1100用作高分子表面活性剂,首先,将其置于三辊研磨机上精磨2~3遍,制得配合料分,添加配方量的水性环氧树脂,经磁力搅拌20-30 min,再超声分散混合20-30 min,调配出C组分,其中,所添加的水性环氧树脂,促进涂层剂成膜,改善涂层剂及氟橡胶的粘结;使用前,将A组分和C组分按比例混合后,添加水性固化剂B组分,再经充分搅拌混合,制得油封涂层剂。
本发明,所述石墨粉可为复配石墨粉,由粒径为20μm的石墨粉与粒径为2μm的石墨粉按质量比为5:1构成。
本发明,所述油封涂层剂的喷涂方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)涂层剂调配:将A组分、B组分、C组分按100:7-8:100的质量比例配料,然后经磁力搅拌,超声分散,浓度调配,制成涂层剂,其中,浓度调配的稀释剂为蒸馏水;
(2)喷涂:对经等离子活化好的油封总成产品进行加热处理,并保持油封基材温度在80~100℃,将混合均匀的涂层剂装入喷涂设备,喷涂于活化后的氟橡胶油封,通过喷射枪和压缩空气高速气流,将涂层剂雾化成细小微粒,直接喷射到油封的主唇和防尘唇表面形成涂层,涂层厚度为25-35μm;
(3)涂层固化:将涂覆后的油封置于150℃的烘干箱中烘烤10-20min,直至涂层完全固化。
本发明,在所述油封的主唇和防尘唇的表面,采用所述的涂层剂以及所述喷涂方法涂覆涂层。
本发明,所述涂层剂需要可调式喷射口的喷射枪精准控制喷射量和涂覆面积,喷射枪的喷射口直径可调范围为0-0.30mm,涂层区域仅限于油封主唇和防尘唇区域,涂层厚度约30μm。油封工作时,部分涂层剂从油封转移到轴表面,同时油封唇口与轴接触力的作用促使涂层膜紧密覆盖在轴表面,使轴变得更为光滑,从而起到降低摩擦系数的作用,在油封的整个寿命期内提供一个较低的、稳定的摩擦力和摩擦力矩。

具体实施方式
实施例1、一种油封涂层剂,由A组分、B组分、C组分按100:7.5:100的质量比例构成,其中,A组分由粒径为20μm的石墨粉35wt%,粒径为2μm的石墨粉7wt%、二硫化钼13wt%、聚四氟乙烯45wt%组成;B组分为水性固化剂,由聚乙二醇单甲基醚封端的1,6-二异氰酸根合己烷的均聚物96wt%和1,6-二异氰酰基己烷4wt%组成;C组由聚丙烯酸盐XT-1100 40wt%和水性环氧树脂60wt%组成,聚丙烯酸盐XT-1100用作高分子表面活性剂,首先,将其置于三辊研磨机上精磨2~3遍,制得配合料分,添加配方量的水性环氧树脂,经磁力搅拌30 min,再超声分散混合30 min,调配出C组分;使用前,将A组分和C组分按比例混合后,添加水性固化剂B组分,再经充分搅拌混合,制得油封涂层剂,其中,B组分可由克鲁勃润滑剂有限公司提供,其产品名称为:Klubertop TH 01 Komponente B;聚丙烯酸盐XT-1100可由山东鑫泰水处理技术有限公司提供。
实施例2、一种油封涂层剂的喷涂方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)涂层剂调配:将实施例1所述的A组分、B组分、C组分按100:7.5:100的质量比例配料,然后经磁力搅拌,超声分散,浓度调配,制成涂层剂,其中,浓度调配的稀释剂为蒸馏水;
(2)喷涂:对经等离子活化好的油封总成产品进行加热处理,并保持油封基材温度在95℃,将混合均匀的涂层剂装入喷涂设备,喷涂于活化后的氟橡胶油封,通过喷射枪和压缩空气高速气流,将涂层剂雾化成细小微粒,直接喷射到油封的主唇和防尘唇表面形成涂层,涂层厚度为30μm;
(3)涂层固化:将涂覆后的油封置于150℃的烘干箱中烘烤15min,直至涂层完全固化。
实施例3、参照图1,一种涂层油封,包括主唇2和防尘唇3,在所述主唇2和防尘唇3的表面,采用实施例1所述的涂层剂以及实施例2所述喷涂方法涂覆涂层4,涂层厚度约为30μm。

Claims (4)

1.一种油封涂层剂,由A组分、B组分、C组分按100:7-8:100的质量比例构成,其中,A组分由石墨粉35-45wt%、二硫化钼10-20wt%、聚四氟乙烯40-50wt%组成;B组分为水性固化剂,由聚乙二醇单甲基醚封端的1,6-二异氰酸根合己烷的均聚物90-99wt%和1,6-二异氰酰基己烷1-10wt%组成;C组由聚丙烯酸盐XT-1100 30-45wt%和水性环氧树脂55-70wt%组成,聚丙烯酸盐XT-1100用作高分子表面活性剂,首先,将其置于三辊研磨机上精磨2~3遍,制得配合料分,添加配方量的水性环氧树脂,经磁力搅拌20-30 min,再超声分散混合20-30min,调配出C组分;使用前,将A组分和C组分按比例混合后,添加水性固化剂B组分,再经充分搅拌混合,制得油封涂层剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油封涂层剂,其特征在于:所述石墨粉为复配石墨粉,由粒径为20μm的石墨粉与粒径为2μm的石墨粉按质量比为5:1构成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的油封涂层剂的喷涂方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)涂层剂调配:将A组分、B组分、C组分按100:7-8:100的质量比例配料,然后经磁力搅拌,超声分散,浓度调配,制成涂层剂,其中,浓度调配的稀释剂为蒸馏水;
(2)喷涂:对经等离子活化好的油封总成产品进行加热处理,并保持油封基材温度在80~100℃,将混合均匀的涂层剂装入喷涂设备,喷涂于活化后的氟橡胶油封,通过喷射枪和压缩空气高速气流,将涂层剂雾化成细小微粒,直接喷射到油封的主唇和防尘唇表面形成涂层,涂层厚度为25-30μm;
(3)涂层固化:将涂覆后的油封置于150℃的烘干箱中烘烤10-20min,直至涂层完全固化。
4.一种涂层油封,包括主唇(2)和防尘唇(3),其特征在于在所述主唇(2)和防尘唇(3)的表面,采用权利要求1或2所述的涂层剂以及由权利要求3所述喷涂方法涂覆涂层(4)。
