(6)将滤液用40~50℃,保持真空蒸发,将乙醇蒸干后得到所需磷虾油。
本发明还提供一种养护血管营养面的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取新鲜无病虫害的胡萝卜,用清水洗净后,放入90℃浓度为4%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡1min,迅速冷却,去皮切碎,然后在沸水中漂烫3-5min,再经打浆机破碎,加入1倍量的水用胶体磨胶磨2遍,再于20-30MPa下均质2遍,得到胡萝卜浆;
(2)将小麦粉、荞麦花粉与沙棘叶粉混合过筛,放入和面机中,加入食用盐、食用碱、步骤(1)的胡萝卜浆和磷虾油,在30℃下以70r/min的转速和面10-15min,得到面团;
(3)将和好的面团静置于室温下熟化10-15min,然后经过面条机多次锟压,制成厚度1.3-1.4mm的薄片,再用切条机连续将面带切成粗细均匀的面条;
(4)将面条置于温度为55℃,相对湿度为60%的烘房中烘干至面条含水量为14%,然后将面条切割成18-26cm的挂面,计量包装,得到本发明的养肝明目复合菌挂面。
本发明所述各主要功效成分作用机理如下:
沙棘叶含有丰富的维生素C,同时沙棘叶中的黄酮能调节血管通透性,促进人体代谢循环,控制脂肪代谢合成,调节脂类物质含量,此外,沙棘叶能帮助消除有害物质,特别是过氧化物质,如超氧自由基,最终达到保护血管的作用。
荞麦花粉是荞麦花雄蕊中的雄心生殖细胞,不仅携带相关遗传物质,同时还包括生长所需的全部营养物质,营养充足且均衡。其中含有丰富的蛋白质成分,同时其脂肪、碳水化合物配比合适,部分以膳食纤维、糖蛋白的方式结合,能帮助改善肠道功能;另一方面,荞麦花粉更能帮助改善心血管系统,通过调节内分泌,同时有效除去多种自由基,达到避免细胞损伤的作用。
磷虾油包含多种必须脂肪酸,能提供细胞修复所需的营养,同时磷虾油中的虾红素、虾青素等成分作为抗氧化物质,能帮助起到抗氧化,清除自由基,增强细胞活力的作用,对延缓细胞衰老,减少细胞损伤具有很大意义。
本发明具备以下有益效果:
(1)本发明中主要成分之一是沙棘叶,通过补充人体所需的多种维生素、微量元素及氨基酸等营养物质,帮助调节人体循环,避免血管损伤;
(2)本发明中主要成分之一是荞麦花粉,能帮助补充多种蛋白质,进一步帮助受损的细胞修复,刺激内分泌,从而调节人体平衡,改善营养供给;
(3)本发明中使用了磷虾油,为机体提供脂肪酸和多种抗氧化物质的成分,有效增强细胞活力,帮助抵御细胞衰老与损伤,促进细胞再生,使血管细胞得到更好的养护,从而变得更强韧;
(4)本发明通过复配沙棘叶、荞麦花粉与磷虾油,从清除有害物质,调节细胞吸收与调节细胞活力三个方面养护血管细胞,同时提供维生素、蛋白质与脂肪酸等细胞代谢所需的重要营养成分,使血管细胞更坚韧,帮助减少心血管疾病的发生。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
本发明一种养护血管营养面的实施例1-5配方如表1所示:

上述沙棘叶粉的制备方法包括如下方法:
(1)收取沙棘叶鲜叶,挑选去除杂质;
(2)取完整无破损的沙棘叶进行风干;
(3)将风干的沙棘叶粉碎后过80~100目筛,得到所需沙棘叶粉。
上述荞麦花粉的获取方法包括如下步骤:
(1)取荞麦花,去掉花瓣放置在塑料薄膜或油光纸上;
(2)保持室温在20~30℃下烘干,2天后收集,过80目筛备用,即得到所需荞麦花粉。
上述磷虾油的提取方法包括如下步骤:
(1)取磷虾,浸泡于70~100℃水中,恒温保持5~15分钟;
(2)滤掉水分后以65~85℃温度进行干燥;
(3)将干燥后的磷虾进行粉碎,随后过40~80目筛;
(4)用5~10倍无水乙醇浸泡磷虾粉,于5~25℃下保持1~2小时;
(5)过滤后将固体重复使用5~10倍无水乙醇保持相同温度浸泡2~3小时,重复3~4次后合并滤液;
(6)将滤液用40~50℃,保持真空蒸发,将乙醇蒸干后得到所需磷虾油。
上述一种养护血管营养面的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

对比例1
与实施例1的区别在于,原料配方中没有添加荞麦花粉。
对比例2
与实施例1的区别在于,原料配方中没有添加沙棘叶粉。
对比例3
与实施例1的区别在于,原料配方中没有添加磷虾油。
功效验证
取100只小鼠随机分为10组,每组10只,正常对照组在25℃下饲养,冷激对照组,实施例1-5组,对比例1-3组每天上午8-12点置于4℃光照培养箱中,随后取出放回25℃环境中,正常对照组和冷激对照组正常饲料喂食,实施例1-5组喂食由实施例1-5配方制备的面条,对比例1-3组喂食按对比例1-3方式制备的面条,18天后,按5ml/kg体重腹腔注射质量分数20%氨基甲酸乙酯将小鼠麻醉,颈动脉插管法测量并记录血压,其结果如表2所示:

由表2可知,小鼠经寒冷刺激后血压显著升高,与正常对照组相比,具有显著性差异,而经实施例1-5制备的面条喂食后,实施例1-5组小鼠的收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压与正常对照组相比,差异不显著,而对比例1-3组小鼠的收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压与冷激对照组相比,无明显差异,说明本发明制备的养护血管营养面对高血压小鼠有明显的降压效果。
随即剪断颈动脉放血,用1.5ml离心管收集,置于4℃冰箱中15-30min,经3000r/min李欣10min,取血清测定血清中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量,其结果如表3所示:

由表3可知,寒冷刺激后,冷激对照组TG含量显著高于正常对照组,而实施例1-5组小鼠的TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C含量显著降低,对比例1-3组与冷激对照组相比,TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C含量虽有降低但无统计学意义,说明本发明制备的养护血管营养面能降低血脂含量。
综上所述,本发明制备的养护血管营养面能降低血压、血脂含量,防止胆固醇在血管中的堆积,清楚血管中多余的氧自由基,保证血管的畅通,从而达到养护血管的目的,并能预防及治疗心脑血管疾病等血管疾病。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种养护血管营养面,其特征在于,所述营养面的配方包括如下质量份成分:
小麦粉70~90份
荞麦花粉0.5~5份
沙棘叶粉5~15份
磷虾油3~8份
胡萝卜8-13份
食用盐1~3份
食用碱0.1~0.3份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种养护血管营养面,其特征在于,所述营养面的配方包括如下质量份成分:
小麦粉74~86份
荞麦花粉1.4~4.2份
沙棘叶粉7~12份
磷虾油4~7份
胡萝卜9-12份
食用盐1.3~2.7份
食用碱0.15~0.25份。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种养护血管营养面,其特征在于,所述营养面的配方包括如下质量份成分:
小麦粉79份
荞麦花粉2.9份
沙棘叶粉9份
磷虾油5份
胡萝卜10份
食用盐2.2份
食用碱0.2份。
4.如权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种养护血管营养面,其特征在于,所述沙棘叶粉的制备方法包括如下方法:
(1)收取沙棘叶鲜叶,挑选去除杂质;
(2)取完整无破损的沙棘叶进行风干;
(3)将风干的沙棘叶粉碎后过80~100目筛,得到所需沙棘叶粉。
5.如权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种养护血管营养面,其特征在于,所述荞麦花粉的获取方法包括如下步骤:
(1)取荞麦花,去掉花瓣放置在塑料薄膜或油光纸上;
(2)保持室温在20~30℃下烘干,2天后收集,过80目筛备用,即得到所需荞麦花粉。
6.如权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种养护血管营养面,其特征在于,所述磷虾油的提取方法包括如下步骤:
(1)取磷虾,浸泡于70~100℃水中,恒温保持5~15分钟;
(2)滤掉水分后以65~85℃温度进行干燥;
(3)将干燥后的磷虾进行粉碎,随后过40~80目筛;
(4)用5~10倍无水乙醇浸泡磷虾粉,于5~25℃下保持1~2小时;
(5)过滤后将固体重复使用5~10倍无水乙醇保持相同温度浸泡2~3小时,重复3~4次后合并滤液;
(6)将滤液用40~50℃,保持真空蒸发,将乙醇蒸干后得到所需磷虾油。
7.一种制备如权利要求1~6任一项所述的一种养护血管营养面的方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)取新鲜无病虫害的胡萝卜,用清水洗净后,放入90℃浓度为4%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡1min,迅速冷却,去皮切碎,然后在沸水中漂烫3-5min,再经打浆机破碎,加入1倍量的水用胶体磨胶磨2遍,再于20-30MPa下均质2遍,得到胡萝卜浆;
