本发明公开了一种柳编原材料镀铜增强处理技术,将柳编原材料与多种的中药进行共煮,通过蒸汽对柳编材料进行处理,处理剂对对柳编材料的表面纤维进行氧化处理,涂纳米二氧化硅溶胶后进行热压后,热压工艺使原料中化学成分发生复杂的化学反应,镀铜后柳编材料表面均匀覆盖一层铜单质,本发明通过柳编原材料的中药热处理、蒸汽处理材料与干燥、热压柳编条、镀铜处理手段使得本发明的柳编材料表面均匀覆盖一层铜单质,柔软且回复性,可以长时间放置而不易腐烂,不易生虫,韧性高。

技术领域
本发明属于柳编材料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种柳编原材料镀铜增强处理技术。
背景技术
柳编是中国民间传统手工艺品之一。在古代人们只是作为普通的日常实用品,直到20世纪后几十年才逐渐兴起,也渐渐的成为中国部分地区出口创汇的项目。全国有三大柳编生产基地,湖北、山东,安徽。
柳条柔软易弯、粗细匀称、色泽高雅,通过新颖的设计,可以编织成各种朴实自然、造型美观、轻便耐用的实用工艺品。其产品包括:柳条箱(包)、饭篮、菜篮(圆、椭圆)、笊篱、针线笸箩、炕席、苇箔等。随着产业不断发展,产品不断创新,会有更多的新颖实用美观的柳制品展现在客户的面前。
发明内容
本发明提供一种柳编原材料镀铜增强处理技术,本发明通过柳编原材料的中药热处理、蒸汽处理材料与干燥、热压柳编条、镀铜处理手段使得本发明的柳编材料表面均匀覆盖一层铜单质,柔软且回复性,可以长时间放置而不易腐烂,不易生虫,韧性高。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种柳编原材料镀铜增强处理技术,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)柳编原材料的中药热处理
将柳编原材料浸入到蒸馏水中,超声清洗20-30分钟,随后捆扎后加水满浸后,选取苦参、连翘、蛇床子、地肤子、川椒五味中草药,加入水中,与柳编材料用小火进行焖煮,焖煮温度为50-60℃,熬煮时间为60-80分钟,捞出沥水后,然后在鼓风干燥箱进行进行热风吹干;
(2)蒸汽处理材料与干燥
将步骤(1)所得的材料在密封的容器中进行预热后,使用饱和水蒸汽由下至上对柳编进行加热处理,把容器内的空气赶出,以保证处理环境内的氧气含量低于2%,使得容器内温度达到设定值,保温进行真空脱水,脱出的水排出后进行二次抽真空,直到柳编材料含水率为2-5%,停止保温;
(3)热压柳编条
将步骤(2)所得材料经传输带传送至处理剂中进行中焖煮一段时间,焖煮温度为50-90℃,焖煮时间为20-30分钟,之后在柳编材料表面喷涂适量纳米二氧化硅溶胶按照热压工艺对柳编材料进行热压形成柳编材料条;
(4)镀铜
将步骤(3)所得柳编材料条表面喷涂两性氧化剂后,放入调配好的镀铜液中至反应不再产生气泡为止,反应过程中柳编材料条不得露出镀液表面,不时翻动,镀铜后的柳编材料条进行清洗后,处理完毕后材料送入干燥室进行干燥至含水量降至10%以下。
所述的预热为将温度从室温升高至100℃,使柳编材料表面温度和内部温度趋于一致。
所述的容器温度设定值为120- 160℃。
所述的处理剂为AB两种处理剂,A处理剂成分为氢氧化钠或碳酸钠与表面活性剂,B处理剂成分为硫酸铜、硫酸或盐酸与其他酸性氧化剂、两性氧化剂,先在A 处理剂中处理10-15分钟后,转移到B处理剂中进行处理10-15分钟。
本发明的优点是:
本发明将柳编原材料与多种的中药进行共煮,使得柳编材料吸附中药的有效成分,选用的中药成分具有明显的杀菌、抑菌作用,同时柳编材料与中药共煮后,之后制成的柳编物可通过缓慢释放中药成分,具有中药保健功效,之后通过蒸汽对柳编材料进行处理,使其进行脱脂,时间短、速度快,无伤害,无氧干燥后可以长时间放置而不易腐烂,处理剂对对柳编材料的表面纤维进行氧化处理,使具稳定有机物大分子结构的纤维表面的长链分子中的有些链断开,从而可以提高涂层与之后的镀层表面的结合力,喷涂纳米二氧化硅溶胶后进行热压后,热压工艺使原料中化学成分发生复杂的化学反应,有效提高了原材料的力学性能,材料的韧性得到提高,但材料进行热压后可进行随意编织成各种形状,却更柔软并具有更优良的回复性,镀铜后柳编材料表面均匀覆盖一层铜单质,纤维表面基团被覆盖,具有防水性和导电稳定性强、耐疲劳、抗弯折、抗剪切能力、抗菌性能。本发明通过柳编原材料的中药热处理、蒸汽处理材料与干燥、热压柳编条、镀铜处理手段使得本发明的柳编材料表面均匀覆盖一层铜单质,柔软且回复性,可以长时间放置而不易腐烂,不易生虫,韧性高。
具体实施方式
一种柳编原材料镀铜增强处理技术,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)柳编原材料的中药热处理

1.一种柳编原材料镀铜增强处理技术,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)柳编原材料的中药热处理
将柳编原材料浸入到蒸馏水中,超声清洗20-30分钟,随后捆扎后加水满浸后,选取苦参、连翘、蛇床子、地肤子、川椒五味中草药,加入水中,与柳编材料用小火进行焖煮,焖煮温度为50-60℃,熬煮时间为60-80分钟,捞出沥水后,然后在鼓风干燥箱进行热风吹干;
(2)蒸汽处理材料与干燥
