本发明公开了一种原位交联自增韧编制柳条的生产工艺方法,属于柳编技术领域,通过直接利用含橡胶乳液的杠柳柳条,通过原位硫化交联实现自增韧的作用,成本造价低,简单方便的实现编制柳条的增韧,将整个增韧过程对杠柳柳条基体的伤害降低到最小,无需高压复杂设备,无需复杂组分与繁琐步骤,硫化交联反应后的交联网络橡胶与木质纤维复合良好,属于柳条天然无毒、无害的环保增韧处理方式,且整个过程中仅使用硫化剂浸渍,处理组分简单,造价低廉,采用炒灸硫化,受热均匀,承装量大,适于杠柳条的自增韧处理。

技术领域
本发明属于柳编技术领域,具体涉及一种原位交联自增韧编制柳条的生产工艺方法。
背景技术
柳编技艺是我国传统性的手编技艺,在近千年的传承发展过程中,凝聚了广大劳动人民的心血和汗水。在家居装饰中,柳编工艺品备受消费者的青睐。传统柳编用的柳条有两种,一种是春天的柳条,去皮晒干后呈白色,有的用硫磺熏成乳白色,编出的物品,显得格外洁白纯净;另一种是秋天的柳条,脱皮加工后呈棕色,编成的产品有朴素沉稳之美。如今,无论是古典风格,亦或现代设计,柳制桌椅、篮子,枕头等柳编制产品都能很好地融入其格调之中。柳编制品给日常居室设计带来一股清新之风。简单的柳制品,可以增加些乡村气息。例如有放衣物的竹筐,郊外野餐的食篮或点缀精美的果篮、花篮等等。柳编的原材料柳条来自天然,是一种无毒、无害、无化学污染的绿色木本植物,符合当今世界追求回归自然的消费潮流。人们希望柳条具备更强的韧性,来实现柳编工艺品在应用中有更好的防震、耐冲击、防裂性能。中国专利CN201710731577.3一种杞柳防裂处理方法公开了采用酚醛树脂组成的稳固剂防裂,酚醛树脂不溶于水,无法形成稳固剂且有甲醛污染风险,与柳编本身天然绿色的属性也是相悖的。中国专利CN201710875345.5一种用于工艺柳编篮定型前的预处理剂公开了采用萜烯树脂、异丙苯、苯乙烯、溴酸钾等组成复杂的且含部分有毒有害成分的预处理剂,违背了柳编定型预处理的初衷,且难以实现预处理的效果。类似的,人们以往采用了众多工艺繁琐、额外添加复杂组分的柳条柳编增韧处理方式,造价成本较高,且某些缺陷明显,违背了柳编天然无害的处理初衷。随着现代柳编工艺产品发展迅速,以传统技艺生产的柳条并不能满足耐热高强度性能的使用要求,严重了限制了柳编工艺品的使用领域范围和功能,本领域技术人员亟待开发一种原位交联自增韧编制柳条的生产工艺方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种原位交联自增韧编制柳条的生产工艺方法。
杠柳Periploca sepium Bunge又名羊奶条,北五加,在安徽多地乃至全国均有栽培、分布,其茎叶乳汁含有弹性橡胶,为工业原料。杠柳的经济用途除用于营造防风固沙林和各种水土保持林外,杠柳还有其他经济用途。种子可以榨油,茎叶的乳汁含弹性橡胶。杠柳乳汁可提取弹性橡胶。
一种原位交联自增韧编制柳条的生产工艺方法,包括如下步骤:(1)采摘柳条,剥去柳条的柳条皮,干燥至含水率8~10%,得去皮柳条;
杠柳条的强度来源于其内部的木质纤维,细胞壁由网状纤维所组成,在网状纤维之间,均匀充满着不饱和弹性乳胶成分,这是杠柳条与生俱来的性质。
(2)硫化剂浸渍:采用硫化剂控制浸渍工艺参数对去皮柳条浸渍处理;
(3)清洗烘燥:浸渍完成后取出用清水清洗浸渍后的柳条表面后进行烘燥预硫化;
(4)砂灸硫化:取洁净炒砂包覆烘燥预硫化的柳条置于炒灸锅内,控制炒砂温度为120~140℃,炒砂时间为3~5min后,取出冷却至室温,炒灸锅优选为大铁锅。
炒灸是以往坚果等食品的加工方法。炒灸,就是将物料放在锅内炒制,以往橡胶工业技术领域中并未有此硫化工艺应用。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)所述柳条为杠柳柳条。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)浸渍浴比为1∶1.5~1.75,浸渍温度30~45℃,浸渍时间20~30min,浸渍压力0.2~0.4MPa。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)的烘燥预硫化条件为80~90℃下,烘燥10~15min。
晶体物质都可以用降低其溶解度或选用适当的分散介质而形成胶体,在另一条件下可以成为真溶液或晶体状态。典型例子如硫磺在乙醇溶液中可以形成真溶液,而在水中却形成硫磺溶胶。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)硫化剂为硫磺水溶胶或硫磺饱和乙醇溶液中的其中一种,所述硫磺水溶胶是25℃下硫磺-乙醇饱和溶液,硫磺-乙醇饱和溶液含有硫磺用量2~3%的促进剂二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸钠,持续搅拌下,加入到硫磺用量25~30倍的水中混合均匀得到的乳白透明溶胶。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)炒砂为平均直径2.5~3mm的球形石英烤砂。
本发明的有益效果:
经学者考证,《本经》羊桃即今山西、河南等地仍然称作羊桃的杠柳,杠柳早在先秦文献就有记载,俗名“羊奶条”,《诗经》、《山海经》、《蜀本图经》均载,名羊桃亦称苌楚,其茎叶具白色橡胶乳液,是对其形态特征的形象描述;《山海经》:“其木多桑,多羊桃,状如桃而方茎,可以为皮张”。本发明公开的原位交联自增韧编制柳条通过杠柳柳条本身具备的不饱和双键橡胶组分,通过硫化剂浸渍,实现不饱和橡胶的原位交联,在此基础上硫化交联成网状橡胶分子网络,由此构成增韧效应,深入柳条内部的毛细孔中,从而达到增韧的目的。从而填补了柳条内部的微孔隙,是柳条内部的微观结构更加致密,提高了柳条耐冲击能力,而且交联橡胶本身有一定的塑性强度和缓冲性能更,可以有效地减少柳条因外部冲击造成的损伤,提高柳条韧性,减轻因冲击而产生的裂缝破损,提高了柳条内部的抗冲击开裂缺点。其次,改善柳条内部的内部界面效应,增加了柳条内部的弹塑性,使柳条内部的抗冲击、抗拉、耐久性得到改善。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
《礼记·乐记》中记载“大乐必易,大礼必简”。哲学原理上,人们习惯于把事情想得过于复杂,所有事都朝着复杂的方向发展。类似的,以往人们为了提高柳条的韧性,采用复杂的处理工序和组分,并未取得良好的效果且对柳条本身有物理机械、化学性质性能更上的损耗,与最初的增韧天然绿色的柳条原料的初衷相背离。本申请并未采用以往复杂的处理方式,而是直接利用含橡胶乳液的杠柳柳条,通过原位硫化交联实现增韧的作用,成本造价低,简单方便的实现编制柳条的增韧。原位硫化交联就是将杠柳柳条内部天然存在的未交联的,分散均匀的不饱和橡胶乳液,通过硫化剂浸渍,然后通过烘燥预硫化、砂灸硫化让其在原位发生交联反应,生成与杠柳柳条木质纤维填充良好的交联网路。原位硫化交联的优势主要有:将整个过程对杠柳柳条基体的伤害降低到最小,无需高压复杂设备,无需复杂组分与繁琐步骤,硫化交联反应后的交联网络橡胶与木质纤维复合良好,属于柳条天然无毒、无害的环保增韧处理方式,且整个过程中仅使用硫化剂浸渍,处理组分简单,造价低廉。采用炒灸硫化,受热均匀,承装量大,适于杠柳条的自增韧处理,其冲击韧性和抗劈力得到明显提高,且不显著降低其他性能,能够起到自增韧效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
首先,采摘阜阳阜南郜台乡羊皮沟生长健壮,无病虫危害,无机械损伤,木质化良好,侧芽饱满的二年生杠柳截取枝条,其调整至含水率10.8%的顺纹抗压强度39.4MPa、抗弯强度67.3MPa、冲击韧性10.23kg/cm2、扭曲强度11.78MPa,抗劈力19.35N/mm,顺纹抗剪强度3.10MPa;
一、采摘柳条,剥去柳条的柳条皮,干燥至含水率10%,得去皮柳条;二、硫化剂为硫磺水溶胶,所述硫磺水溶胶是25℃下硫磺-乙醇饱和溶液,加入硫磺用量3%的促进剂格雷TP-50二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸钠混合均匀后,500rpm持续搅拌下,加入到硫磺用量30倍的水中混合均匀得到的乳白透明溶胶,硫化剂浸渍:采用硫化剂控制浸渍工艺参数,浸渍浴比为1∶1.75,浸渍温度45℃,浸渍时间30min,浸渍压力0.4MPa,对去皮柳条浸渍处理;三、清洗烘燥:浸渍完成后取出用清水清洗浸渍后的柳条表面后进行烘燥预硫化,烘燥预硫化条件为90℃下,烘燥15min;四、砂灸硫化:炒砂为平均直径3mm的球形石英烤砂,取洁净炒砂包覆烘燥预硫化的柳条置于炒灸大铁锅内,控制炒砂温度为140℃,炒砂时间为5min后,取出冷却至室温的柳条,含水率6.5%、其顺纹抗压强度41.4MPa、抗弯强度66.8MPa、冲击韧性14.97kg/cm2、扭曲强度12.93MPa,抗劈力21.85N/mm,顺纹抗剪强度3.34MPa。
实施例2
第一步,采摘阜阳阜南黄岗镇靳家岗生长健壮,无病虫危害,无机械损伤,木质化良好,侧芽饱满的二年生杠柳截取枝条,其含水率10.9%的顺纹抗压强度40.9MPa、抗弯强度66.5MPa、冲击韧性12.08kg/cm2,扭曲强度11.63MPa,抗劈力19.38N/mm,顺纹抗剪强度3.14MPa;其次、采摘柳条,剥去柳条的柳条皮,干燥至含水率8%,得去皮柳条;第二步、硫化剂为硫磺饱和乙醇溶液,按重量份数计,25℃下将0.2份升华硫磺放入烧杯中,注入20份无水乙醇,浸泡10min,然后过滤,所得溶液为硫黄的乙醇饱和溶液,硫磺-乙醇饱和溶液含有硫磺用量2%的促进剂格雷TP-50二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸钠;硫化剂浸渍:采用硫化剂控制浸渍工艺参数,浸渍浴比为1∶1.5,浸渍温度30℃,浸渍时间20min,浸渍压力0.2MPa,对去皮柳条浸渍处理;第三步、清洗烘燥:浸渍完成后取出用清水清洗浸渍后的柳条表面后进行烘燥预硫化,烘燥预硫化条件为80℃下,烘燥15min;第四步,砂灸硫化:炒砂为平均直径2.5mm的球形石英烤砂,取洁净炒砂包覆烘燥预硫化的柳条置于炒灸大炒锅内,控制炒砂温度为120℃,炒砂时间为3min后,取出冷却至室温,柳条产品:含水率7.1%,其顺纹抗压强度41.6MPa、抗弯强度67.2MPa、冲击韧性14.43kg/cm2、扭曲强度12.81MPa,抗劈力21.49N/mm,顺纹抗剪强度3.47MPa。

1.一种原位交联自增韧编制柳条的生产工艺方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:(1)采摘柳条,剥去柳条的柳条皮,干燥至含水率8~10%,得去皮柳条,所述柳条为杠柳柳条;(2)硫化剂浸渍:采用硫化剂控制浸渍工艺参数对去皮柳条浸渍处理,硫化剂为硫磺水溶胶或硫磺饱和乙醇溶液中的其中一种,所述硫磺水溶胶是25℃下硫磺-乙醇饱和溶液,硫磺-乙醇饱和溶液含有硫磺用量2~3%的促进剂二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸钠,持续搅拌下,加入到硫磺用量25~30倍的水中混合均匀得到的乳白透明溶胶;(3)清洗烘燥:浸渍完成后取出用清水清洗浸渍后的柳条表面后进行烘燥预硫化;(4)砂灸硫化:取洁净炒砂包覆烘燥预硫化后的柳条置于炒灸锅内,控制炒砂温度为120~140℃,炒砂时间为3~5min后,取出冷却至室温。
