本发明公开了一种痔疮片及其制备方法，属于中药及其制备领域。旨在提供一种崩解速度快、疗效快的痔疮片。所述的痔疮片，包括由以下重量份组分制成：罗布麻叶45～65g、吴茱萸11～15g、黄连10～20g、三七8～16g、五倍子60～70g、石榴皮60～70g、槐花7～10g、诃子7～10g、大黄330～350g、蒺藜330～350g、白芷330～350g、冰片18～25g和猪胆粉5～10g。

一种痔疮片及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于中药及其制备领域，尤其是一种痔疮片及其制备方法。
背景技术
痔疮片具有凉血，收敛，消炎功效。用于内外痔疮。现有痔疮片由于组方和工艺原因，疗效不甚理想，制剂采用传统工艺制备，存在崩解迟缓、疗效低等不足。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种崩解速度快、疗效快的痔疮片。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供上述痔疮片的制备方法。
为了实现上述第一个技术目的，本发明提供的第一技术方案是这样的：一种痔疮片，包括由以下重量份组分制成：罗布麻叶45～65g、吴茱萸11～15g、黄连10～20g、三七8～16g、五倍子60～70g、石榴皮60～70g、槐花7～10g、诃子7～10g、大黄330～350g、蒺藜330～350g、白芷330～350g、冰片18～25g和猪胆粉5～10g。
优选地，包括由以下重量份组分制成：罗布麻叶45～55g、吴茱萸11～13g、黄连10～15g、三七8～13g、五倍子60～65g、石榴皮60～65g、槐花7～9g、诃子 7～9g、大黄330～340g、蒺藜330～340g、白芷330～340g、冰片18～23g和猪胆粉 5～8g。
优选地，包括由以下重量份组分制成：罗布麻叶49g、吴茱萸12g、黄连13g、三七11g、五倍子63g、石榴皮63g、槐花8g、诃子8g、大黄336g、蒺藜334g、白芷337g、冰片21g和猪胆粉7g。
为了实现上述第二个技术目的，本发明提供的第二技术方案是这样的：一种如上所述痔疮片的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1：将罗布麻叶、吴茱萸、黄连、三七、五倍子、石榴皮、槐花、诃子和白芷磨粉，备用；
步骤2：将蒺藜、大黄煎煮提取，浓缩，与白芷粉、猪胆粉混合，制粒，干燥，与冰片混匀，加辅料后压片，整粒，得痔疮片。
其中，所述步骤1中罗布麻叶、吴茱萸、黄连、三七、五倍子、石榴皮、槐花、诃子和白芷磨粉后过80目筛。
其中，所述步骤2中蒺藜、大黄煎煮提取添加为：分3次提取，第一次加水量为6倍，第二次加水量为5倍，第三次加水量为3倍，每次提取0.5小时，提取温度为97℃。
其中，所述步骤2中干燥条件为：70℃下减压干燥。
本发明与传统方法相比，具有以下优点：
1、由于减少了用水量，缩短了加热时间，在保证提取效果的前提下，大大降低了能源消耗。
2、由于缩短了加热提取时间，减少了大黄有效成分受到高温破坏，从而提高大黄有效成分的提出率，平均可提高38％以上。
3、通过改进制粒工艺，得到的颗粒性均匀，压出的片质量稳定。

下面结合具体实施方式，对本发明的权利要求做进一步的详细说明，但不构成对本发明的任何限制，任何在本发明的权利要求保护范围内所做的有限次修改，仍在本发明的权利要求保护范围内。
实施例1
罗布麻叶45g、吴茱萸15g、黄连10g、三七16g、五倍子60g、石榴皮70g、槐花7g、诃子10g、大黄330g、蒺藜350g、白芷330g、冰片25g和猪胆粉5g。
实施例2
罗布麻叶65g、吴茱萸11g、黄连20g、三七8g、五倍子70g、石榴皮60g、槐花10g、诃子7g、大黄350g、蒺藜330g、白芷350g、冰片18g和猪胆粉10g。
实施例3
罗布麻叶55g、吴茱萸13g、黄连15g、三七13g、五倍子65g、石榴皮65g、槐花9g、诃子9g、大黄340g、蒺藜340g、白芷340g、冰片23g和猪胆粉8g。
实施例4
罗布麻叶49g、吴茱萸12g、黄连13g、三七11g、五倍子63g、石榴皮63g、槐花8g、诃子8g、大黄336g、蒺藜334g、白芷337g、冰片21g和猪胆粉7g。
实施例1-4的痔疮片的制备方法包括以下步骤：
步骤1：将罗布麻叶、吴茱萸、黄连、三七、五倍子、石榴皮、槐花、诃子和白芷磨粉，过80目筛，备用；
步骤2：将蒺藜、大黄分3次煎煮提取，第一次加水量为6倍，第二次加水量为5倍，第三次加水量为3倍，每次提取0.5小时，提取温度为97℃，浓缩，与白芷粉、猪胆粉混合，制粒，70℃下减压干燥，与冰片混匀，加辅料后压片，整粒，得痔疮片。

1.一种痔疮片，其特征在于，包括由以下重量份组分制成：罗布麻叶45～65g、吴茱萸11～15g、黄连10～20g、三七8～16g、五倍子60～70g、石榴皮60～70g、槐花7～10g、诃子7～10g、大黄330～350g、蒺藜330～350g、白芷330～350g、冰片18～25g和猪胆粉5～10g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种痔疮片，其特征在于，包括由以下重量份组分制成：罗布麻叶45～55g、吴茱萸11～13g、黄连10～15g、三七8～13g、五倍子60～65g、石榴皮60～65g、槐花7～9g、诃子7～9g、大黄330～340g、蒺藜330～340g、白芷330～340g、冰片18～23g和猪胆粉5～8g。

4.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述痔疮片的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
步骤1：将罗布麻叶、吴茱萸、黄连、三七、五倍子、石榴皮、槐花、诃子和白芷磨粉，备用；
步骤2：将蒺藜、大黄煎煮提取，浓缩，与白芷粉、猪胆粉混合，制粒，干燥，与冰片混匀，加辅料后压片，整粒，得痔疮片。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种痔疮片的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤1中罗布麻叶、吴茱萸、黄连、三七、五倍子、石榴皮、槐花、诃子和白芷磨粉后过80目筛。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种痔疮片的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤2中蒺藜、大黄煎煮提取添加为：分3次提取，第一次加水量为9倍，第二次加水量为7倍，第三次加水量为5倍，每次提取1.5小时，提取温度为97℃。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种痔疮片的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤2中干燥条件为：70℃下减压干燥。
