为了加工工件,本发明的设计方案在根据本发明的自主式生产线的加工工位处设置加工机器人和/或门形机床(Portalwerkzeugmaschine)。加工机器人和/或门形机床优选地CNC控制(计算机化数字控制、计算机化数字控制、电子控制)且获得用于加工相应的工件的数据且如果存在扫描和/或位置扫描仪则获得关于工件利用扫描器或位置扫描仪确定的在输送装置上的位置。加工数据匹配于工件在输送装置上的位置。加工机器人相应于关于工件的相应的加工而使工具运动且驱动工具转动,除非工具在不转动的情况下工作。优选地,加工机器人和/或门形机床可从贮放匣或类似物中选择不同的工具。加工机器人优选地是固定的和/或可转动的或可摆动的且优选地具有多个彼此铰接地相连接的臂或可以其它方式运动。

图纸是用于阐释且用于理解本发明的简化的且示意性的视图。
具体实施方式
在图1至3中呈现的、根据本发明的自主式生产线1用于通过例如锯切、铣削、钻孔、磨削加工工件2如例如板材(Platte),在板片(Blech)的情况中例如弯曲也是可行的。设备1具有连续输送机在该实施例中为滚柱式输送机作为输送装置3,然而该连续输送机不是连续地而是间歇地运行。滚柱式输送机的滚柱可至少以经由轴的方式单个地驱动,从而在滚柱式输送机的不同部位处的工件2可独立于彼此运动。设备1在输送装置3的一端处具有带有装载机器人(Aufgaberobotor)5的装载工位4且在另一端处具有带有卸载机器人7的卸载工位6。
装载机器人5和卸载机器人7是可围绕竖直的轴线转动的固定式工业机器人,该工业机器人带有两个摆动臂,这两个摆动臂中的一个摆动臂可围绕水平的轴线摆动地支承在可围绕竖直轴线转动的底座处且这两个摆动臂中的另一摆动臂可围绕同样水平的轴线摆动地支承在该一个摆动臂处。该另一摆动臂具有可围绕一个或两个轴线摆动且可围绕第二或第三轴线转动的摆动头,在该摆动头处具有平坦的支架,该支架带有作为吸取夹具8的吸盘以用于通过负压夹取工件2。装载机器人5以其吸取夹具8夹取所提供的工件2且将该工件放置到形成输送装置3的滚柱式输送机上。在输送装置3的另一端部处的卸载机器人7夹取加工完成的工件2,从输送装置3举起该工件且将该工件例如放置到所提供的未标明的托盘上或放置于所提供的同样未标明的运输容器例如纸板盒中。
设备1沿着输送装置3具有带有一个或多个加工机器人10的一个或多个加工工位9。在所呈现和描述的实施例中,设备1具有两个加工工位9,这两个加工工位9分别带有两个加工机器人10。加工工位9的加工机器人10相对彼此布置在形成输送装置3的滚柱式输送机的两侧处。在该实施例中加工机器人10与装载机器人5和卸载机器人7基本上相同地构造:加工机器人10可围绕竖直轴线转动且具有两个彼此铰接地且与可围绕竖直轴线转动的底座铰接地相连接的摆动臂。加工机器人10的摆动头11具有用于未标明的工具如例如钻孔器、锯子、铣刀或磨削工具的自动夹紧装置和转动驱动器。也可夹紧不转动的工具。加工机器人10自动地从贮放匣13中取出工具。例如激光切割或水射束切割工件2也是可行的。
输送装置3在加工工位9处具有固定装置14以用于在加工期间保持工件2。在该实施例中固定装置14具有吸台15。在该实施例中工件2不以机械的方式夹紧(这是可行的)而是以负压固定在吸台上。吸台具有带有孔的板材,工件2在加工工位9处或者在加工工位9中搁放在该板材上。通过孔空气被吸取或者吸走,从而搁放的工件2通过负压被保持。其他的固定装置也是可行的,例如以机械的方式利用固定的和/或可动的夹爪夹紧工件2(未呈现)的夹紧装置。只有当应固定在输送装置3上的工件2被搁放时,吸台才运行,也就是说空气才被吸取或者吸走。
输送装置3输送放上的工件2至加工工位9,在该加工工位9处工件利用固定装置14保持且由加工机器人10利用工具12加工。在加工后,固定装置14停用且工具2被继续输送至另一或者下一加工工位9或输送至卸载工位6且在另一或者下一加工工位9处被继续加工或在卸载工位6处从输送装置3中取走。因为工件2可独立于彼此被输送,由此一个工件2可在另一工件被加工期间被输送。一个工件2也可在与另一工件不同的方向上或以与另一工件不同的速度输送。
为了确定工件2在输送装置3上的位置,根据本发明的设备1具有机械扫描器16和作为位置扫描仪17的激光扫描仪,该机械扫描器16和该激光扫描仪作为测量工具与加工工具一样由加工机器人10从贮放匣13中取出且利用加工机器人10的自动夹紧装置被夹紧。加工机器人10获得用于加工分别待加工的工件2的数据,该数据相应于工件2在输送装置3上的位置如此修正,即使得工件12的运动在加工时匹配于相应的工件2的实际位置。对于在第一加工工位9中的不太精确的第一加工而言以机械的方式利用扫描器16获取工具2在输送装置3上的位置。对于在另外的或最终的第二加工工位9中利用位置扫描仪17更精确地确定位置以为了精加工或最终加工工件2而言利用位置扫描仪17获得工件2的位置。
利用机械式扫描器16且尤其利用位置扫描仪17可精准地获得工件2的形状和大小。因此工件2的识别和理论与实际比较是可行的,该理论与实际比较影响加工。例如可以程序控制的方式根据工件2的实际形状、大小和可能的硬度来选择工具。也可识别工件2的缺陷。此外通过相应的压头(Prüfkörper)利用加工机器人10的自动夹紧装置夹紧且压到工件2中,工件2的硬度测量是可行的。
在图4至6中,自主式生产线1的加工工位9具有门形机床18代替加工机器人10。在其余方面两个生产线1相同地构造且以相同的方式起作用,从而为了避免重复可参考图1至3的阐释以为了阐释图4至6。一致的或彼此相应的构件在图4至6中以与在图1至3中相同的参考数字来标明。在加工工位处具有加工机器人和门形机床或也具有其它的机床(未呈现)的生产线也是可行的。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于加工工件的自主式生产线,带有输送装置(3)以用于将所述工件(2)输送至加工工位(9)且从加工工位(9)输送所述工件,在该加工工位(9)处所述工件(2)在所述输送装置(3)上被加工。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自主式生产线,其特征在于,所述生产线在其伸延路线中和/或在所述输送装置(3)的不同侧边处具有多个加工工位(9)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的自主式生产线,其特征在于,所述生产线(1)具有装载工位(4),该装载工位(4)将所述工件(2)装载到所述输送装置(3)上,和/或具有卸载工位(6),该卸载工位(6)从所述输送装置(3)取走所述工件(2)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的自主式生产线,其特征在于,所述输送装置(3)对于每个加工工位(9)具有固定装置(14),该固定装置(14)在加工期间将所述工件(2)固定在所述输送装置(3)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的自主式生产线,其特征在于,所述固定装置(14)具有吸取夹具尤其吸台(15)以用于在加工期间将所述工件(2)固定在所述输送装置(3)上。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的自主式生产线,其特征在于,在所述输送装置(3)的不同部位处的工件(2)可独立于彼此运动。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的自主式生产线,其特征在于,所述生产线(1)具有机械式扫描器(16)和/或位置扫描仪(17)以用于确定工件(2)在所述输送装置(3)上的位置。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的自主式生产线,其特征在于,所述加工工位(9)具有加工机器人(10)或门形机床(18)。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的自主式生产线,其特征在于,所述加工工位(9)具有用于工具(12)的贮放匣(13)。
