Abstract

一种液压顶举机具全自动装置,由油泵、油缸、活塞、油箱和底座组成。在底座内设有组合阀孔15,阀孔内依次装有二位二通转阀12,顶杆14、双控单向阀9,顶杆11、定压单向阀16。阀孔上还有5个通道分别与油箱、油缸下腔、蓄能器、油泵排油孔连通。本发明三阀顺序同轴安装于阀孔中,能协调联动,全自动完成全部控制过程,结构简化、制造难度降底,没有操作局限性等问题。

Description

液压顶举机具全自动装置
本发明涉及一种液压连续顶举载荷的液压顶举机具全自动装置。
申请号98112325.2“液压顶举机具全自动装置及方法”,所公开的技术方案,是将重物的势能转换成可利用的动能,以实现全自动控制。但该技术方案未能解决空举误动释放能量的自控问题,并且装置的各阀门之间的空间定位要求很严格,回油转阀的结构复杂,致使设备制造成本高。
本发明的目的,是要提供一种结构简单可靠,无操作局限性,制造成本较低的液压顶举机具全自动装置。
下面结合附图介绍本发明。
图1为发明的结构示意图;
图2为发明的工作原理图。
参照附图,一个由油泵1、油缸2、活塞3、油箱6等部件组成的液压机具,在底座25内,设有组合阀孔15,阀孔由外往内依次装有二位二通转阀12,双控单向阀9,定压单向阀16,二位二通转阀与双控单向阀之间有顶杆14,双控单向阀与定压单向阀之间有顶杆11,顶杆11上套着弹簧10,顶在单向阀与组合阀孔15内台阶之间,定压单向阀16与组合阀孔15内端撑着弹簧17;在组合阀孔15上开有5个通道:在转阀12处有通道21连通油箱6,在顶杆14处有通道7连通油缸下腔,在单向阀9处有通道22连通油泵排油孔,在弹簧10处有通道23连通蓄能器18,在弹簧17处有通道24连通油箱,在转阀12上装有供操作的转把8,在转阀12与顶杆14相接处有高压密封圈13。
油缸下腔有弹簧19,并接补油单向阀20。油缸上腔通过油管5接通双控单向阀9与定压单向阀16之间的油路。油管5下作分流槽4与蓄能器18并联。
当油缸下腔经转阀12与油箱6相通,无压,油缸上腔和蓄能器的压力油被封锁不动,机具保持下位不动。工作时,操作转把8,顶动单向阀9,使蓄能器中的油和通过单向阀20的油进入油缸下腔,与弹簧19的作用力合并顶举活塞作功。顶杆14使单向阀9右边通道封锁,上腔与油箱接道,无压。活塞3至高位,油经分流槽4和单向阀16入油箱6。工作结束后,反向转动转把8,重物下落,油缸下腔的油经转阀12和单向阀9入蓄能器18蓄能,顶杆14脱离单向阀9,封锁蓄能器与下腔通道,转阀开通油缸下腔至油箱6的通道,下腔无压,蓄能器的压力油迫使活塞3回到原位,蓄能器剩下的油由油泵的排油单向阀芯、定压单向阀芯和双控单向阀芯三者严封,使活塞稳定低位。
本发明三阀顺序同轴安装于阀孔中,能协调联动,全自动完成全部控制过程,结构简化,制造难度降低,没有操作局限性等问题。

Claims (1)

1.一种液压顶举机具全自动装置,由油泵、油缸、活塞、油箱和底座组成,其特征是:在底座(25)内,设有组合阀孔(15),阀孔由外往内依次装有二位二通转阀(12),双控单向阀(9),定压单向阀(16),二位二通转阀与双控单向阀之间有顶杆(14),双控单向阀与定压单向阀之间有顶杆(11),顶杆(11)上套着弹簧(10),顶在单向阀与组合阀孔(15)内台阶之间,定压单向阀(16)与组合阀孔(15)内端撑着弹簧(17);在组合阀孔(15)上开有5个通道:在转阀(12)处有通道(21)连通油箱(6),在顶杆(14)处有通道(7)连通油缸下腔,在单向阀(9)处有通道(22)连通油泵排油孔,在弹簧(10)处有通道(23)连通蓄能器(18),在弹簧(17)处有通道(24)连通油箱,在转阀(12)上装有供操作的转把(8),在转阀(12)与顶杆(14)相接处有高压密封圈(13)。
