Abstract

一种液压顶举全自动控制装置,在油缸内有顶举弹簧,进油管上有通过单向补油阀至油箱的支管、蓄能器、机控单向阀、回油转阀。油缸的排油管接通蓄能器。回油转阀由前截止单元和后截止单元、转把组成,前截止单元接油缸无杆端的回油管,后截止单元接油箱。本发明只要关开一次回油转阀,即自动完成全部控制过程,结构简单,操作方便。重物下落的能量由蓄能器吸收和缓冲,安全平稳,将重物的势能转换成可利用的动能。

Description

液压顶举全自动控制装置
本发明涉及一种液压连续项举载荷的全自动控制装置。
现有液压项举机具,如千斤顶,趋近载荷的速度很慢,效率底下,又需施加外力复位。为此,近年一些已公告的专利申请,如CN2061169U、CN2101038U、CN2107454U、CN2155365Y、CN2172760Y、CN2194350Y、CN1112517A等,为提高工作效率作了技术改进,其中前四种技术方案以增加油泵系统来实现加快速度,后三种技术方案以增加油缸系统来提速,都有结构复杂、可靠性差、操作烦琐等缺点。
本发明的目的,是要提供一种结构简单、便于操作,以机械、气体、液体三种方式组合传递动力的液压顶举全自动控制装置。
发明是这样实现的:在油缸的无杆端置有顶举弹簧,与油泵相接的进油管上,装有通过单向补油阀至油箱的支管、蓄能器、机控单向阀、回油转阀,依次用油管连接,油缸有杆端的排油管接通蓄能器与机控单向阀之间的油管,回油转阀由前截止单元和后截止单元、转把组成,前截止单元接油缸无杆端的回油管,后截止单元的油管接油箱。
本发明用弹簧的机械力完成轻载自动到位,用液压完成重载增力和向蓄能器供能,再由蓄能器释放压力油与弹簧作用力合并完成自动到位。只要关开一次回油转阀,即全自动完成全部控制过程,结构简单,操作方便。重物下落的巨大能量由蓄能器吸收和缓冲,不但载荷下降时安全平稳,且将重物的势能转换成可利用的动能。
下面结合附图介绍本发明。
图1为发明的结构原理图。
参照图1,由油泵1和油缸2连接的进油管上设有接油箱10、支管17,支管中装有单向补油阀16,油缸2内装有活塞1 8和活塞杆3,无杆端置有弹簧15,油缸底部通过回油管14接回油转阀13,转阀13包括前截止单元12和后截止单元11、以及带碰点8的转把9,在前后两截止单元的连接管上,接带碰杆19的机控单向阀7的输入端,其输出端通过油管接蓄能器6。油缸2顶部有排油管4与蓄能器6连通,在油缸2的排油管4下面还装有分流槽5与蓄能器连通,为同一阀杆上的两道高压密封的前后两截止单元12、11,常态,两截止单元均开通,油缸无杆端无压。置于工作位置后,通过操作转把9,后截止单元11,截止油箱通道。碰点8打开机动单向阀1,蓄能器6中的油和经单向补油阀16来的油一起进入油缸活塞下端,与弹簧15作用力合并顶举活塞18,使活塞杆3迅速接触被顶工件。紧接着前截止单元12关闭,油泵1供油加弹簧力缓举重物上升,活塞18至高位,油液经分流槽进入蓄能器6。工作结束卸荷时,截止单元12先打开,重物下落,油缸无杆端中的油经机控单向阀7入蓄能器6,接着碰点8脱离机控单向阀碰杆19,蓄能器内油压被锁闭,后截止单元11打开,蓄能器油压使油缸活塞回到原位,并由机控单向阀7锁闭油路而稳定于低位。

1、一种液压顶举全自动控制装置,由油缸、油泵、油箱、单向阀、截止阀、蓄能器等组成,其特征是:在油缸(2)的无杆端置有项举弹簧(1 5),与油泵(1)相接的进油管上,装有通过单向补油阀(16)至油箱的支管(17)、蓄能器(6)、机控单向阀(7)、回油转阀(13),依次用油管连接,油缸(2)有杆端的排油管(4)接通蓄能器(6)与机控单向阀(7)之间的油管,回油转阀(13)由前截止单元(12)和后截止单元(11)、转把(9)组成,前截止单元(12)接油缸(2)无杆端的回油管(14),后截止单元(11)的油管接油箱(10)。
