Abstract
本发明提供一种船舶废气脱硫系统废水处理装置,船舶废气洗涤系统的废水从废水入口管流入废液箱,同时向废液箱中添加碱液,废液箱中的废水经过搅拌、调质、曝气等过程后经计量泵流入圆形气浮机,同时添加絮凝剂,废水在圆形气浮机内经过絮凝、曝气处理后,其中的亚硫酸盐、油污、悬浮物等杂质得以氧化、去除,随后流入平板陶瓷膜过滤器进一步处理油污和胶体等杂质,最后通过输送泵流入活性炭过滤器进行第三步处理,去除多环芳烃,改善水质,处理完成的废水经过水质监测装置检测,如达标则通过三通阀进入洗涤废水排放管排除船舶或进入临时存储箱,如不达标则通过回流管路进入废液箱重新处理。本发明自动化程度高,结构紧凑,适合于船舶安装和使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种船舶废水处理系统,尤其涉及一种船舶废气脱硫系统废水处理装置。
背景技术
随着经济和科技的发展,人类正在逐渐加强对海洋环境污染重视和治理。采用湿法处理对船舶废气脱硫时,会产生洗涤脱硫废水,其中含有悬浮物、油污、多环芳烃以及亚硫酸盐等污染物。国际海事组织(IMO)对船舶排放洗涤废水制定了严格地排放标准,因此研制一套高效的船舶废气洗涤系统废水处理装置是十分必要的。
目前对于船舶废气洗涤废水的研究相对较少,用于船舶废气洗涤系统废水处理的技术大多沿用陆地脱硫废水处理技术,对于船舶而言,操作复杂,自动化程度较低,可靠性差,且能耗较高,增加了运行成本。本发明专利提出了一种高效的船舶废气脱硫系统废水处理装置,其处理效果良好,能够高效地去除洗涤废水中的悬浮物、油污、多环芳烃、亚硫酸盐等污染物,能够有效满足相关法规的排放标准,并且自动化程度高,适用于船舶安装和使用。
在现有技术中,关于船舶废水处理技术主要有:
中国专利“一种新船舶废水处理一体化装置(201110087069.9)”和“一种改进的船舶水处理设备(201520809429.5)”,是将废水依次通过多个腔室或者层,分别经过曝气、沉淀、过滤、消毒等处理。此设备比较集中,但是单位时间内处理量较小,不适用于船舶洗涤系统的水量,而且其中利用了微生物来分解污染物,不适用于处理船舶废气洗涤后的水质。
中国专利“船舶废气脱硫废水处理装置及方法(201510119019.2)”,是将废水引入旋流分离单元,分理出污泥,剩余废水进入电化学处理单元,进行氧化降解,处理后的废水排出。该系统节省了加药装置,但进行废水调质,排放废水pH值不能满足排放要求,此外,未进行混凝处理,直接对废水进行旋流分离不能充分分离油污等悬浮物,另外使用了电解装置,能耗较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了而提供一种船舶废气脱硫系统废水处理装置,能够高效去除脱硫废水中的油污、悬浮物、多环芳烃、亚硫酸盐等污染物,降低水的浊度。该装置自动化程度高,结构紧凑,可靠性高,能够适应船舶安装和使用。本发明是一种高效、高自动化程度的船舶废气脱硫系统废水处理装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:包括废液箱、碱液罐、pH计、曝气风机、污泥箱、圆形气浮机、药品箱、平板陶瓷膜过滤器、活性炭过滤器、水质监测装置,碱液罐通过计量泵一与废液箱连通,所述废液箱下端还连通有pH计、曝气风机,所述废液箱侧面设置有废水入口管,所述废液箱出口依次连接流量计、输送泵一后与圆形气浮机的入口管连接,圆形气浮机的出口管与平板陶瓷膜过滤器连通,平板陶瓷膜过滤器通过输送泵二与活性过滤器连通,活性过滤器通过管路与三通阀的入口相连且在此管路上设置有水质监测装置,所述三通阀的两个出口分别连接回流管路和洗涤废水排放管,回流管路连接到废液箱上,所述药品箱通过计量泵二与圆形气浮机连通,所述圆形气浮机通过管路与污泥箱连通,所述计量泵一、pH计、流量计、计量泵二、水质监测装置、三通阀分别和控制系统连接。

1.所述圆形气浮机的工作过程是:废水从圆形气浮机入口管流入圆形气浮机的气浮池,圆形气浮机遮罩上设置的进气泵将空气引入与进气泵连通进气管,同时进气管端部设置的叶轮高速旋转产生剪切力,将空气打碎成细小的气泡、形成溶气水进入气浮池中,废水中的杂质混凝成的颗粒粘附气泡后上浮到水面,形成浮渣层被设置在圆形气浮机上端的刮泥机刮除后流入到污泥箱中,处理后的废水从圆形气浮机的出口管流出。
2.所述平板陶瓷膜过滤器的处理过程是:废水流入平板陶瓷膜过滤器后,冲刷平板陶瓷膜的滤芯表面,平板陶瓷膜孔精度范围0.1-0.3μm,在输送泵二的抽吸作用下,废水从平板陶瓷膜滤芯表面进入其内部,废水中的油污和胶体等杂质被陶瓷膜截留,经过滤处理后废水从膜两端的集水管流出,达到分离效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用了废液箱、圆形气浮机、平板陶瓷膜、活性炭过滤器四级处理系统,能够高效彻底地去除脱硫废水中的悬浮物、油污、多环芳烃以及亚硫酸盐等污染物,满足相关法规的排放标准。并且通过控制系统根据废水流量自动调控药品、碱液、絮凝剂的添加量,无需人工操作,并且产品结构紧凑适用于船上安装使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
结合图1至图3,本发明包括:废水入口管1,废液箱2,碱液罐3,计量泵一4、计量泵二13,pH计5,控制系统6,曝气风机7,流量计8,输送泵一9、输送泵二15,污泥箱10,圆形气浮机11,药品箱12,平板陶瓷膜过滤器14,活性炭过滤器16,水质监测装置17,回流管路18,三通阀19,洗涤废水排放管20,以及附属管路和电缆组等成。其特征是:废水入口管1、pH计5和曝气风机7直接与废液箱2相连,碱液罐3经管路通过计量泵4与废液箱2相连,废液箱2经管路通过流量计8和输送泵一9与圆形气浮机11相连,污泥箱10经管路与圆形气浮机11相连,药品箱12经管路通过计量泵13与圆形气浮机11相连,圆形气浮机11经管路与平板陶瓷膜14相连,平板陶瓷膜14经管路通过输送泵二15与活性炭过滤器16相连,活性炭过滤器16经管路与三通阀19的入口相连,三通阀19的两个出口分别连接回流管路18和洗涤废水排放管20,回流管路18连接到废液箱2。
结合图1,废水处理的功能是这样实现的:来源于船舶洗涤系统的废水从废水入口管1流入废液箱2,满足一定液位后,曝气风机7启动,对废液进行曝气处理,同时碱液罐3中的碱液经计量泵一4加入废液箱2中,废液箱中的废水经过搅拌、调质、曝气的处理后,经计量泵9流入圆形气浮机11中,同时药品箱12中的絮凝剂经计量泵二13加入圆形气浮机11,废水在圆形气浮机11中经过絮凝、曝气处理后,其中的亚硫酸盐被氧化成硫酸盐,由杂质混凝成的颗粒粘附气泡后上浮到水面,形成浮渣层被刮除,流入到污泥箱10中,处理后的废水经管路流入平板陶瓷膜过滤器14进行再次处理,从平板陶瓷膜过滤器14流出后通过输送泵流入活性炭过滤器16进行第三步处理,去除多环芳烃,改善水质,处理完成的废水经过水质监测装置17检测,如果达标则通过三通阀19进入洗涤废水排放管20排出舷外或进入临时存储箱,如果不达标则通过回流管路18进入废液箱2重新处理。
结合图2,此船舶废水处理装置中圆形气浮机11去除亚硫酸盐、悬浮物等杂质的过程是这样实现的:废水从入口管21流入气浮池28,进气泵23将空气引入进气管24,同时进气管24深处的叶轮25高速旋转产生剪切力,将空气打碎成细小的气泡,形成溶气水进入气浮池28中,废水中的杂质混凝成的颗粒粘附气泡后上浮到水面,形成浮渣层被刮泥机27刮除,流入到污泥箱10中,处理后的废水从出口管29流出。
结合图3,此船舶废水处理装置中平板陶瓷膜过滤器14具体处理过程是这样实现的:废水流入平板陶瓷膜过滤器后,冲刷平板陶瓷膜的滤芯31表面,平板陶瓷膜孔精度范围0.1-0.3μm,在输送泵15的抽吸作用下,废水从平板陶瓷膜滤芯31表面进入其内部,废水中的油污和胶体等杂质被陶瓷膜截留,经过滤处理后废水从膜两端的集水管30流出,以达到分离效果。
本发明采用废液箱、圆形气浮机、平板陶瓷膜和活性炭过滤器四级废水处理系统,能够高效地去除悬浮物、油污、多环芳烃以及亚硫酸盐等污染物,有效满足相关法规的排放要求。控制系统连接管路内的流量监测装置和水质监测装置,控制各药品箱和碱液罐的流量泵,根据废水流量和水质全自动控制药品添加量以及废水是否回流。所述的圆形气浮机顶部装有刮泥(渣)机,刮渣机设有刮板,气浮池旁设有加药箱,圆形气浮机内装有进气管和进气泵,进气管伸入气浮池底,进气管底部装有高速旋转叶轮。气浮池底部设有阀门,方便清洗时排除沉淀。所述的平板陶瓷膜过滤器内部装有多个平板陶瓷膜滤芯,平板陶瓷膜孔精度范围0.1-0.3μm,每个平板陶瓷膜滤芯的两端设有集水管,平板陶瓷膜通过输送泵的抽吸作用使废水进入滤芯内部。
综上,本发明公开了一种船舶废气脱硫系统废水处理装置。该系统包括废液箱、药品箱、碱液罐、pH计、计量泵、输送泵、控制系统、污泥箱、圆形气浮机、平板陶瓷膜过滤器、活性炭过滤器、水质监测装置、三通阀以及附属管路和电缆等。来源于船舶废气洗涤系统的废水从废水入口管流入废液箱,同时向废液箱中添加碱液,废液箱中的废水经过搅拌、调质、曝气等过程后经计量泵流入圆形气浮机,同时添加絮凝剂,废水在圆形气浮机内经过絮凝、曝气处理后,其中的亚硫酸盐、油污、悬浮物等杂质得以氧化、去除,随后流入平板陶瓷膜过滤器进一步处理油污和胶体等杂质,最后通过输送泵流入活性炭过滤器进行第三步处理,去除多环芳烃,改善水质,处理完成的废水经过水质监测装置检测,如果达标则通过三通阀进入洗涤废水排放管排除船舶或进入临时存储箱,如果不达标则通过回流管路进入废液箱重新处理。该装置自动化程度高,结构紧凑,适合于船舶安装和使用。
Claims (1)
1.一种船舶废气脱硫系统废水处理装置,其特征在于:包括废液箱、碱液罐、pH计、曝气风机、污泥箱、圆形气浮机、药品箱、平板陶瓷膜过滤器、活性炭过滤器、水质监测装置,碱液罐通过计量泵一与废液箱连通,所述废液箱下端还连通有pH计、曝气风机,所述废液箱侧面设置有废水入口管,所述废液箱出口依次连接流量计、输送泵一后与圆形气浮机的入口管连接,圆形气浮机的出口管与平板陶瓷膜过滤器连通,平板陶瓷膜过滤器通过输送泵二与活性炭过滤器连通,活性炭过滤器通过管路与三通阀的入口相连且在此管路上设置有水质监测装置,所述三通阀的两个出口分别连接回流管路和洗涤废水排放管,回流管路连接到废液箱上,所述药品箱通过计量泵二与圆形气浮机连通,所述圆形气浮机通过管路与污泥箱连通,所述计量泵一、pH计、流量计、计量泵二、水质监测装置、三通阀分别和控制系统连接;所述圆形气浮机上端设有刮泥机,所述圆形气浮机底部设有气浮池;所述圆形气浮机顶部设有圆形气浮机遮罩,所述圆形气浮机遮罩上设有进气泵,所述进气泵下部连通有伸入所述圆形气浮机内部的进气管,所述进气管端部设有叶轮;废水从圆形气浮机入口管流入圆形气浮机的气浮池,圆形气浮机遮罩上设置的进气泵将空气引入到与进气泵连通的进气管,同时进气管端部设置的叶轮高速旋转产生剪切力,将空气打碎成细小的气泡、形成溶气水进入气浮池中,废水中的杂质混凝成的颗粒粘附气泡后上浮到水面,形成浮渣层被设置在圆形气浮机上端的刮泥机刮除后流入到污泥箱中,处理后的废水从圆形气浮机的出口管流出;所述圆形气浮机的底部为漏斗状;所述平板陶瓷膜过滤器的处理过程是:废水流入平板陶瓷膜过滤器后,冲刷平板陶瓷膜的滤芯表面,平板陶瓷膜孔精度范围0.1-0.3μm,在输送泵二的抽吸作用下,废水从平板陶瓷膜滤芯表面进入其内部,废水中的油污和胶体杂质被陶瓷膜截留,经过滤处理后废水从膜两端的集水管流出,达到分离效果。
