Abstract
本发明公开了一种非开挖式管道修复方法,采用在受损管道内置入修复软管的非开挖方式对管道进行修复,可应用于油田、市政等领域。所述修复软管具有多层结构,至少包括外层、内衬层及增强层,外层及内衬层为热塑性弹性体材料,增强层为高强度纤维。该修复软管具有弹性好、可折叠、易运输、耐腐蚀、耐磨损、耐刮擦、耐老化、耐高压、耐高温、耐溶剂、耐油等优势。所述修复方法施工简单快速、适应性强、运输方便、效果好、成本低、寿命长、安全、长程,可发挥重要的经济及社会价值。

技术领域
本发明属于管道修复技术领域,主要涉及一种可应用于油田及市政等领域的长距离、非开挖式管道修复方法。
背景技术
由于地下管道经常发生损坏、腐蚀、积垢等问题,导致管道输送能力下降,甚至发生泄露、堵塞、塌陷、爆炸等情况,需要对管道进行更换及修复。目前,地下管道修复主要包括开挖式修复和非开挖式修复两种,若采用开挖后重新埋管的方法进行修复,不仅工程量大、耗费人力物力、影响周边正常秩序,还易引发各种工程技术问题。相比之下,非开挖式修复技术的工程量小、避免影响周边秩序、可减少对环境的影响,诸多优点使非开挖修复已受到行业的广泛关注。
然而,目前非开挖技术主要采用热水或蒸汽等介质使修复管恢复形状并紧贴被修复管壁,不仅造价高、对施工设备要求高,还存在安全隐患;非开挖的缠管修复技术也存在造价高、能耗大、对原管道基础设施破坏严重等缺点。因此,迫切需要发明一种施工简单快速、适应性强、运输方便、效果好、成本低、寿命长、安全、长程的非开挖式修复方法,应用于油田及市政等领域的长距离管道修复。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种非开挖式管道修复方法,该修复方法施工简单快速、适应性强、运输方便、效果好、成本低、寿命长、安全、长程,可采用内穿插方式对管道进行修复,发挥重要的经济及社会价值。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种非开挖式管道修复方法,采用在受损管道内置入修复软管的非开挖方式对管道进行修复,可应用于油田、市政等领域,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)勘察被修复管道,确定操作坑位置及被修复管道长度;
(2)在被修复管道两端分别挖一个操作坑,并切断管道;
(3)放入内窥爬行机器人至管道内进行检查,检查管道内部的尖锐突出物;
(4)牵引入牵引绳,用清洗钢刷和橡胶盘对管道内壁进行清理;
(5)把修复软管呈U型折叠,牵引至被修复管道内;
(6)穿入修复软管后,将软管两端密封并充入压缩空气,使软管恢复原形;
(7)装上特制接头,并注入胶固定软管;
(8)连接被修复管道与现有管道,在管线压力1.0-2.0倍的压力下进行压力测试,并保压24小时,确保无泄漏。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述修复软管的内衬层设置在外层的内侧,为一层或多层的聚氨酯(TPU)、硫化聚烯烃(TPV)、聚酯(TPEE)或其他热塑性弹性体材料。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述修复软管的外层设置在内衬层的外侧,为一层或多层的聚氨酯(TPU)、硫化聚烯烃(TPV)、聚酯(TPEE)或其他热塑性弹性体材料。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述修复软管的增强层设置在外层的外侧,为经线和纬线编织的管状物,为一层或两层的芳纶、涤纶、尼龙或其他高强度纤维。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述被修复的管道弯头应≤90°。
作为本发明的一种改进,压力测试为水压测试。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述修复软管的内衬层厚度为0.1mm-5.0mm,并可根据需要进行调整。

4、本发明所述的管道修复方法,由于单根修复软管长度为5000 m,可做到长距离无接头风险、且中间无需开挖点;

实施例1:
(1)勘察被修复管道,确定管道长度为20 km,并确定操作坑位置;
(2)在被修复管道两端及中间段每隔5 km分别挖一个操作坑,并切断管道;
(3)放入内窥爬行机器人至管道内进行检查,检查管道内部的尖锐突出物;
(4)牵引入牵引绳,用清洗钢刷和橡胶盘对管道内壁进行清理;
(5)把直径为150 mm的TPU/TPEE/芳纶材质的修复软管呈U型折叠,牵引至被修复管道内;
(6)穿入修复软管后,将软管两端密封并充入2 MPa压缩空气,使软管恢复原形;
(7)装上特制接头,并注入胶固定软管;
(8)连接被修复管道与现有管道,在管线压力1.2倍的压力下进行水压测试,并保压24小时,确保无泄漏,修复完成。

1.一种非开挖式管道修复方法,其特征在于,采用在受损管道内置入修复软管的非开挖方式对管道进行修复,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)勘察被修复管道,确定操作坑位置及被修复管道长度;
(2)在被修复管道两端分别挖一个操作坑,并切断管道;
(3)放入内窥爬行机器人至管道内进行检查,检查管道内部的尖锐突出物;
(4)牵引入牵引绳,用清洗钢刷和橡胶盘对管道内壁进行清理;
(5)把修复软管呈U型折叠,牵引至被修复管道内;
(6)穿入修复软管后,将软管两端密封并充入压缩空气,使软管恢复原形;
(7)装上特制接头,并注入胶固定软管;
