Abstract

本发明公开了一种无缝单层翻转内衬原位固化内衬管,所述的无缝单层翻转内衬原位固化内衬管由内至外依次包含一内层、一加强纤维层和一胶黏层,所述的胶黏层与一管道相粘接,所述的内层为聚氨酯或柔性PE制成。在管道非开挖修复时,施工时只需在被修复管道两端开挖两个施工坑,将该内衬管折成U型并牵引到管道内,利用外置的热固化设备对该内衬管进行扩展,使得胶黏层双向扩张,将加强纤维层和管道粘接连接,完成管道的修复。该无缝单层翻转内衬原位固化内衬管结构紧凑,施工方便,效果明显,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道,更确切地说,是一种无缝单层翻转内衬原位固化内衬管。
背景技术
在城市或工业管道系统中,一些老旧管线由于接近设计年限、地质沉降、地面建筑、地表植物等原因,已经出现了老化和渗漏,如果采用整体开挖更换修复,将会遇到很多不可预知的困难,如管线上的地面建筑、封闭道路影响交通、其他交叉管线的冲突、工期长成本高等,现在国际领先的方法就是各种非开挖修复技术。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种无缝单层翻转内衬原位固化内衬管。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种无缝单层翻转内衬原位固化内衬管,其特征在于,所述的无缝单层翻转内衬原位固化内衬管由内至外依次包含一内层、一加强纤维层和一胶黏层,所述的胶黏层与一管道相粘接,所述的内层为聚氨酯或柔性PE制成。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的加强纤维层为涤纶或芳纶编织而成。
本发明的无缝单层翻转内衬原位固化内衬管具有以下优点:在管道非开挖修复时,施工时只需在被修复管道两端开挖两个施工坑,将该内衬管折成U型并牵引到管道内,利用外置的热固化设备对该内衬管进行扩展,使得胶黏层双向扩张,将加强纤维层和管道粘接连接,完成管道的修复。该无缝单层翻转内衬原位固化内衬管结构紧凑,施工方便,效果明显,实用性强。

如图1所示,该无缝单层翻转内衬原位固化内衬管1由内至外依次包含一内层2、一加强纤维层3和一胶黏层4,该胶黏层4与一管道5相粘接,该内层2为聚氨酯或柔性PE制成。
该加强纤维层3为涤纶或芳纶编织而成。当然,采用其他类型的化工纤维也是可以的,玻璃纤维也可以,或者采用多种纤维的混合纤维进行编织。
在管道非开挖修复时,施工时只需在被修复管道两端开挖两个施工坑,将该内衬管折成U型并牵引到管道内,利用外置的热固化设备对该内衬管进行扩展,使得胶黏层4双向扩张,将加强纤维层3和管道5粘接连接,完成管道的修复。
该无缝单层翻转内衬原位固化内衬管结构紧凑,施工方便,效果明显,实用性强。
不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种无缝单层翻转内衬原位固化内衬管,其特征在于,所述的无缝单层翻转内衬原位固化内衬管(1)由内至外依次包含一内层(2)、一加强纤维层(3)和一胶黏层(4),所述的胶黏层(4)与一管道(5)相粘接,所述的内层(2)为聚氨酯或柔性PE制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无缝单层翻转内衬原位固化内衬管,其特征在于,所述的加强纤维层(3)为涤纶或芳纶编织而成。
