Abstract

本发明属于阀门技术领域,公开一种流量可控性强的旋转控制阀,包括阀体、阀杆和阀板,阀杆贯穿阀体的顶部和底部并在贯穿位置通过轴承与阀体连接,阀体包括介质入口和介质出口,介质入口端的阀体内安装有与阀板适配的橡胶密封圈,阀板在朝向介质出口的表面上设有弧状凸起,弧状凸起靠近阀板外周设置,弧状凸起的凸起表面可在阀板转动0~70°时与橡胶密封圈接触或与橡胶密封圈形成小于5mm的间隙。通过在阀板上设置弧状凸起,在弧状凸起与橡胶密封圈的接触处或间隙处介质抵抗很大,几乎无法过流,从而实现对介质出口端的流量进行限制,有效提高本旋转控制阀的低开度控制性。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,具体地,涉及一种流量可控性强的旋转控制阀。
背景技术
旋转控制阀即旋转阀,常见的旋转阀如蝶阀是一种通过旋转部件如转动挡板(阀板)旋转使阀从开位变化至关位的机械装置,其阀板在旋转一定角度使旋转阀形成一定开度后,介质会沿着阀板与阀体形成的两侧开口处过流,即使开度为低开度时,阀板仍将与阀体形成较大间隙,无法做到灵活控制介质的过流量,且当介质在经过该间隙处时,会产生较大噪声。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种有效提高低开度领域控制性的流量可控性强的旋转控制阀。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种流量可控性强的旋转控制阀,包括阀体、阀杆和阀板,阀杆贯穿阀体的顶部和底部并在贯穿位置通过轴承与阀体连接,阀体包括介质入口和介质出口,介质入口端的阀体内安装有与阀板适配的橡胶密封圈,阀板在朝向介质出口的表面上设有弧状凸起,弧状凸起靠近阀板外周设置,弧状凸起的凸起表面可在阀板转动0~70°时与橡胶密封圈接触或与橡胶密封圈形成小于5mm的间隙。
进一步地,弧状凸起为1/4球状凸起。
更进一步地,弧状凸起在远离阀板的端部设有限位凹槽,阀体在介质出口端的内表面上设有限位部,限位部与限位凹槽位置对应。
进一步地,橡胶密封圈为三元乙丙橡胶密封圈。
更进一步地,弧状凸起的凸起表面材料为不锈钢。
进一步地,橡胶密封圈朝向介质入口端的表面贴设有第一密封圈压板,第一密封圈压板与阀体内表面适配。
更进一步地,橡胶密封圈朝向介质出口端的表面贴设有第二密封圈压板,第二密封圈压板与阀体内表面适配。
进一步地,阀杆在与阀体底部的贯穿连接处设有密封槽,密封槽内卡设有密封圈使阀杆与阀体底部密封连接。
进一步地,轴承为金属基镶嵌式固体自润滑轴承。
更进一步地,金属基镶嵌式固体自润滑轴承为高力黄铜基体镶嵌石墨。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1)通过在阀板上设置弧状凸起,使弧状凸起可与橡胶密封圈接触或与橡胶密封圈形成小于5mm的间隙,在该接触处或间隙处介质抵抗很大,几乎无法过流,从而实现对介质出口端的流量进行限制,有效提高本旋转控制阀的低开度控制性;
2)弧状凸起进一步设为1/4球状凸起,可确保阀板在旋转过程中,弧状凸起与橡胶密封圈之间的相对转动过渡均匀,避免凸起表面与橡胶密封圈的接触或间隙形成过程发生突变;
3)弧状凸起上限位凹槽及阀体上限位部的配合设置,使闭合状态下的阀板只会跟随阀杆朝介质入口方向发生旋转,以保持阀板的持续正常工作;
4)以三元乙丙橡胶密封圈与不锈钢制作的弧状凸起表面来接触或产生间隙,可保证橡胶密封圈与弧状凸起的相对质量稳定,当不锈钢凸起表面与三元乙丙橡胶密封圈接触时可对橡胶密封圈产生1~2mm的变形挤压来实现对该处介质的流通限制;
5)在阀体的介质入口端采用第一密封圈压板和第二密封圈压板夹持橡胶密封圈,可维护橡胶密封圈的安装稳定,同时也避免橡胶密封圈在与阀板接触时发生较大位移并最终影响到旋转控制阀的整体效果;
6)阀杆为通轴设计,降低了加工和装配难度、增加了阀板的刚性;阀杆上密封槽的设置,可有效防止旋转控制阀工作时介质中夹带的固体杂质沉入阀板的底盖凹槽中,从而保证阀杆的正常工作;
7)轴承以高力黄铜为基体并镶嵌石墨,其硬度和耐磨性比一般铜套高至少一倍,且自润滑及减摩性突出,同时其尺寸稳定、使用温度高,可有效延长旋转控制阀的使用寿命;
8)本发明的旋转控制阀具有流量控制性强、噪声小、低泄漏性,小型轻量等特点,此外由于没有梳齿或多孔,即使在河床水之类混杂着草类杂质的流体中,也不会发生堵塞,可以发挥稳定的性能。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明,其中,附图仅用于示例性说明,表示的仅是示意图,而非实物图,不能理解为对本专利的限制;为了更好地说明本发明的实施例,附图某些部件会有省略、放大或缩小,并不代表实际产品的尺寸;对本领域技术人员来说,附图中某些公知结构及其说明可能省略是可以理解的。
实施例1
如图1和图2所示,一种流量可控性强的旋转控制阀,包括阀体11、阀杆12和阀板13,阀杆12贯穿阀体11的顶部和底部并在贯穿位置通过轴承21与阀体11连接,具体地,阀杆12与阀体11顶部的贯穿位置处还依次设有叠放于轴承21上的圆套22、V型圈23和填料压盖24,阀体11底部在阀杆12安装端设有底盖25用于封闭阀体11,底盖25与阀杆12的接触表面具有凹槽251;阀体11包括介质入口111和介质出口112,介质入口端的阀体11内安装有与阀板13适配的橡胶密封圈31,阀板13在朝向介质出口的表面上设有弧状凸起41,弧状凸起41靠近阀板13外周设置,如图4所示,弧状凸起41的凸起表面412可在阀板13转动0~70°时与橡胶密封圈31接触或与橡胶密封圈31形成小于5mm的间隙。本发明旨在通过弧状凸起与橡胶密封圈接触或与橡胶密封圈形成微小间隙来对介质过流进行调节,在该接触处或间隙处介质抵抗很大,几乎无法过流,介质基本只能从与弧状凸起位置相对的阀板侧流动,这样来减小低开度的开口面积,从而实现对介质出口端的流量进行限制,有效提高本旋转控制阀的低开度控制性。
本旋转控制阀的阀板在旋转到70°以后,弧状凸起即开始与橡胶密封圈分离,直至阀板旋转至90°时,旋转控制阀为全开状态,阀板在70°至90°的旋转过程中,旋转控制阀的流阻系数将非常小,会有较大量的介质从弧状凸起侧的阀板处过流。
具体地,如图3所示,该弧状凸起41为1/4球状凸起(1/4球状凸起是指该弧状凸起外表面呈1/4个球的结构大小,当然也并不局限为正好1/4球状,只要是能与橡胶密封圈发生接触或形成小于5mm的间隙的弧形凸起表面即可),其沿阀板13边缘往介质出口端延伸,可确保阀板13在旋转过程中,1/4球状凸起与橡胶密封圈31之间的相对转动过渡均匀,即1/4球状凸起始终与橡胶密封圈发生挤压接触或可能始终与橡胶密封圈之间存在相等的间隙(当然该间隙在弧状凸起转动时也可以为非定值,不过该非定值的变化范围一般不会太大),其相对于弧状凸起来说可避免凸起表面与橡胶密封圈的接触或间隙形成过程发生突变,从而有效保证该接触处的水流抵抗均匀。
弧状凸起41与橡胶密封圈31之间的间隙越窄越好,理想状态下,弧状凸起与橡胶密封圈可以紧挨接触,但它们一旦紧靠在一起,将会产生摩擦和损耗。因此有必要留出上述的5mm以内的间隙(最好是2mm以内),这个间隙非常小,几乎可以无视,因此阀板旋转中心的阀杆孔和弧状凸起之间的位置关系非常重要。
为避免阀板13在发生误操作时沿阀杆12作反方向旋转,弧状凸起41在远离阀板13的端部设有限位凹槽411,阀体11在介质出口端的内表面上设有限位部,限位部与限位凹槽411位置对应。
具体地,限位凹槽411具有平直槽底,限位部包括凸出于阀体内表面的限位凸起113和限位螺钉114,限位凸起113上设有贯穿的螺纹孔(图中已示出),限位螺钉114旋入螺纹孔内,限位螺钉114的螺纹长度为其旋出端部正好与平直槽底接触。通过限位螺钉114与弧状凸起41上平直槽底的抵接关系设置,阀板13将无法发生该方向旋转,从而确保本旋转控制阀的稳定工作。
本发明阀板13与阀体11的密封面采用软密封结构,如图5所示,橡胶密封圈31具体采用三元乙丙橡胶密封圈,其具有很好的耐候性、耐臭氧性、耐水性及耐化学性,应用范围广,可赋予本发明旋转控制阀输送介质多样性的优点。
与三元乙丙橡胶密封圈对应的,弧状凸起的凸起表面412材料采用不锈钢,当然,为了节约成本,阀板13和弧状凸起41本身可采用球墨铸铁制作,只需在弧状凸起与橡胶密封圈可能发生接触的部位嵌以不锈钢即可,当不锈钢材料与三元乙丙橡胶密封圈发生接触时,将使橡胶密封圈31被挤压拉长1~1.5mm,实现该接触处的良好限流状态。
橡胶密封圈31在朝向介质入口端的表面贴设有第一密封圈压板51,在朝向介质出口端的表面贴设有第二密封圈压板52,第一密封圈压板51和第二密封圈压板52与阀体11内表面适配;第一密封圈压板和第二密封圈压板可确保橡胶密封圈不发生晃动或移动。
阀杆12在与阀体11底部的贯穿连接处设有密封槽121,密封槽121内卡设有密封圈61使阀杆12与阀体11底部密封连接,具体来说,该密封设计是为了防止旋转控制阀工作时介质中夹带的固体杂质顺着阀杆12沉入阀板的底盖凹槽251中,从而保证阀杆的正常工作。
阀杆12为通轴设计,结构简单,操作方便,降低了加工和装配难度、增加了阀板的刚性。
为了使本旋转控制阀的自润滑和减摩性更突出,本发明的轴承21采用金属基镶嵌式固体自润滑轴承,其以高力黄铜为基体,镶嵌石墨,硬度和耐磨性比一般铜套高出至少一倍,同时其尺寸稳定、使用温度高,可有效延长旋转控制阀的使用寿命。
本旋转控制阀的适用介质一般为水和空气等,适用介质温度为0~80℃。
本发明的旋转控制阀具有低开度流量控制性强、噪声小、低泄漏性,小型轻量等特点,此外由于没有梳齿或多孔,即使在河床水之类混杂着草类杂质的流体中,也不会发生堵塞,可以发挥稳定的性能。

1.一种流量可控性强的旋转控制阀,其特征在于,包括阀体、阀杆和阀板,阀杆贯穿阀体的顶部和底部并在贯穿位置通过轴承与阀体连接,阀体包括介质入口和介质出口,介质入口端的阀体内安装有与阀板适配的橡胶密封圈,阀板在朝向介质出口的表面上设有弧状凸起,弧状凸起靠近阀板外周设置,弧状凸起的凸起表面可在阀板转动0~70°时与橡胶密封圈接触;
橡胶密封圈为三元乙丙橡胶密封圈;弧状凸起的凸起表面材料为不锈钢;
弧状凸起在远离阀板的端部设有限位凹槽,阀体在介质出口端的内表面上设有限位部,限位部与限位凹槽位置对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的流量可控性强的旋转控制阀,其特征在于,弧状凸起为1/4球状凸起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的流量可控性强的旋转控制阀,其特征在于,橡胶密封圈朝向介质入口端的表面贴设有第一密封圈压板,第一密封圈压板与阀体内表面适配。

5.根据权利要求1所述的流量可控性强的旋转控制阀,其特征在于,阀杆在与阀体底部的贯穿连接处设有密封槽,密封槽内卡设有密封圈使阀杆与阀体底部密封连接。
