背景技术
汽车清洁剂主要由表面活性剂、杀菌剂、抛光剂、参透剂以及独特光亮因子等环保技术高科技配制而成的液体瓷砖清洁剂;具有强力的除污力以及渗透力、杀菌力和抛光光亮性等特性,能迅速彻底清洁汽车玻璃表面,挡板,车体等。汽车清洁剂能除去汽车玻璃表面粘贴的各种胶纸、标贴、并能除去车轮周围、挡泥板、保险杠、车体及各种工具上的油污。汽车清洁剂使用后还可形成薄膜以保护车漆。独特的渗透力及抛光光亮因子更能迅速去除胶纸,标贴等,当它涂在清洗物体表面时,与污垢结合或融解,但它需要流水清洗掉其残留物。各种军用运输平台车的清洗除要考虑不能对外壳材料造成腐蚀和损伤,并彻底清洁车辆表面污渍,还要重点保护军用运输平台车的外部涂层。目前用于军用运输平台车的清洗组合物,对车辆表面涂层保护不理想,且洁净效果不佳,因此需要一种能保护表面涂层且清洁效果好的清洗剂。

为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供了一种军用运输平台车清洗剂,还涉及上述清洗剂的制备方法,以及其清洗方法。
一种军用运输平台车清洗剂,包括下述的重量份数的原料:
A:硅藻土 5,硅酮油 4,非离子表面活性剂 2,巴西棕榈蜡6,聚丙烯酰胺20,十二醇硫酸钠 10,甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠 5,十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱 4;
B:十二烷基苯磺酸钠 4,碳酸氢钠 4,异丙醇 3,三乙醇胺 2,磷酸钠 2,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 4;
C:皂角提取液 4,皂苷提取液 2,柑橘提取液4,松节油4。
一种军用运输平台车清洗剂的制备方法,包括下述的步骤:
(1)将去离子水加热,并保持其在80-95℃;
(2)配制A料:在80-95℃的条件下,边搅拌边依次加入硅藻土、硅酮油 、非离子表面活性剂 、巴西棕榈蜡、聚丙烯酰胺、十二醇硫酸钠、甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠、十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱 ;得A料;
各原料的重量份数为:
硅藻土 5,硅酮油 4,非离子表面活性剂 2,巴西棕榈蜡6,聚丙烯酰胺20,十二醇硫酸钠 10,甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠 5,十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱 4;
(3)配制B料:在80-95℃的去离子水中,依次加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、碳酸氢钠、异丙醇、三乙醇胺、磷酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚;得B料;
各原料的重量份数分别为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠 4,碳酸氢钠 4,异丙醇 3,三乙醇胺 2,磷酸钠 2,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 4;
(4)配制C料:将皂角提取液、皂苷提取液、柑橘提取液、松节油混合均匀后装入容器中,抽净容器中的空气后,充入氧气,在70-85℃下振荡或搅拌,直至容器中溶液呈无色透明为止,得C料;
(5)先将A料均匀混合,加入到80-95℃的去离子水中,且连续不断的搅拌10-15分钟,待A料与去离子水溶化成混合液,再将充分混合后的B料慢慢的加入A料和去离子的混合液中,继续搅拌10-15分钟;最后再加入C料,常温下搅拌5-10分钟。
将香精加入到步骤(5)的物料中,搅拌混合均匀后冷却至室温,得产品。
皂角提取液的制备方法如下:
将干皂角果实粉碎至80-120目,加入去离子水,料液比为1:15-20,混合均匀,在55℃下浸渍2小时,然后加入中性蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶,每升液体中加入2-3克中性蛋白酶、2-4克木瓜蛋白酶,静置4-8小时,水解,然后过滤,对滤液脱色,再在55℃下浓缩,得皂角提取液。
皂苷提取液的方法是:将干燥的绿豆粗粉碎,然后加入淀粉酶和去离子水,淀粉酶的加入重量占绿豆总重量的2%,再加入去离子水,去离子水的加入重量与绿豆的重量相等,搅拌下加热煮沸10-15分钟,抽滤,再对滤液脱色处理,得到无色皂苷提取液。
柑橘提取液的制备方法是:
将柑橘皮干燥脱水,然后粉碎至大约60目,干燥温度一般不高于80℃,干燥;
将上述粉碎的柑橘皮和与其等质量的去离子水混合,搅拌均匀,直至糊状,然后将其榨汁、过滤,得滤液;
将滤液于60-70℃的条件下减压蒸馏,浓缩,当液体体积浓缩至原体积的1/4时,停止蒸馏,静置4-8小时,得浓缩液;
将浓缩液减压过滤,然后采用活性炭脱色,得柑橘提取液。
中性蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶的酶活分别为:10000u/g,5000u/g。
将清洗剂与水以1:1-5的重量比例混合,然后喷涂于军用运输平台车表面,再用清水冲洗。
本发明的有益效果在于,采用本发明的清洗剂冲洗时,清洗剂不与车体表面涂层反应,并对涂层形成保护;不需要大量的水冲洗,有利于节约水资源;本发明的产品不需要高压水冲洗,不损坏车身;本发明的产品冲洗过的车体表层,有一层均匀的、极薄的保护膜,可以消除静电,大大降低了集尘性,车体上的尘土只需用棉线子一抹,车身又焕然一新。

实施例1
按下述的重量份数准备各原料:
A:硅藻土 5,硅酮油 4,非离子表面活性剂 2,巴西棕榈蜡 6,聚丙烯酰胺20,十二醇硫酸钠 10,甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠 5,十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱 4;
B:十二烷基苯磺酸钠 4,碳酸氢钠 4,异丙醇 3,三乙醇胺 2,磷酸钠 2,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 4;
C:皂角提取液 4,皂苷提取液2,柑橘提取液4,松节油4。
皂角提取液的制备方法如下:
将干皂角果实粉碎至100目左右,加入去离子水,料液比为1:18,混合均匀,在55℃下浸渍2小时,然后加入中性蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶,每升液体中加入2.5克中性蛋白酶、3克木瓜蛋白酶,静置6小时,水解,然后过滤,对滤液脱色,再在55℃下浓缩,得皂角提取液。中性蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶的酶活分别为:10000u/g,5000u/g。
皂苷提取液的方法是:将干燥的绿豆粗粉碎,然后加入淀粉酶和去离子水,淀粉酶的加入重量占绿豆总重量的2%,再加入去离子水,去离子水的加入重量与绿豆的重量相等,搅拌下加热煮沸12分钟,抽滤,再对滤液脱色处理,得到无色皂苷提取液。
柑橘提取液的制备方法是:

硅藻土 5,硅酮油 4,非离子表面活性剂 2,巴西棕榈蜡 6,聚丙烯酰胺20,十二醇硫酸钠 10,甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠 5,十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱 4;
(3)配制B料:在90℃的去离子水中,依次加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、碳酸氢钠 、异丙醇、三乙醇胺 、磷酸钠、 壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 ;得B料;
各原料的重量份数分别为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠 4,碳酸氢钠 4,异丙醇 3,三乙醇胺 2,磷酸钠 2,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 4;
(4)配制C料:将皂角提取液、皂苷提取液、柑橘提取液、松节油混合均匀后装入容器中,抽净容器中的空气后,充入氧气,在75℃下振荡或搅拌,直至容器中溶液呈无色透明为止,得C料;
(5)先将A料均匀混合,加入到85℃的去离子水中,且连续不断的搅拌12分钟,待A料与去离子水溶化成混合液,再将充分混合后的B料慢慢的加入A料和去离子的混合液中,继续搅拌12分钟;最后再加入C料,常温下搅拌8分钟。
将香精加入到步骤(5)的物料中,搅拌混合均匀后冷却至室温,得产品。
将清洗剂与水以1:4的重量比例混合,然后喷涂于军用运输平台车表面,再用清水冲洗。
实施例3
按下述的重量份数准备各原料:
A:硅藻土 5,硅酮油 4,非离子表面活性剂 2,巴西棕榈蜡 6,聚丙烯酰胺20,十二醇硫酸钠 10,甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠 5,十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱 4;
B:十二烷基苯磺酸钠 4,碳酸氢钠 4,异丙醇 3,三乙醇胺 2,磷酸钠 2,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 4;
C:皂角提取液 4,皂苷提取液2,柑橘提取液4,松节油4。
皂角提取液的制备方法如下:
将干皂角果实粉碎至80目,加入去离子水,料液比为1:15,混合均匀,在55℃下浸渍2小时,然后加入中性蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶,每升液体中加入2.5克中性蛋白酶、3克木瓜蛋白酶,静置6小时,水解,然后过滤,对滤液脱色,再在55℃下浓缩,得皂角提取液。中性蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶的酶活分别为:10000u/g,5000u/g。
皂苷提取液的方法是:将干燥的绿豆粗粉碎,然后加入淀粉酶和去离子水,淀粉酶的加入重量占绿豆总重量的2%,再加入去离子水,去离子水的加入重量与绿豆的重量相等,搅拌下加热煮沸10分钟,抽滤,再对滤液脱色处理,得到无色皂苷提取液。
柑橘提取液的制备方法是:
将柑橘皮干燥脱水,然后粉碎至大约60目,干燥温度一般不高于80℃,干燥;
将上述粉碎的柑橘皮和与其等质量的去离子水混合,搅拌均匀,直至糊状,然后将其榨汁、过滤,得滤液;
将滤液于60℃的条件下减压蒸馏,浓缩,当液体体积浓缩至原体积的1/4时,停止蒸馏,静置4小时,得浓缩液;
将浓缩液减压过滤,然后采用活性炭脱色,得柑橘提取液。
实施例4
一种军用运输平台车清洗剂的制备方法,包括下述的步骤:
(1)将去离子水加热,并保持其在95℃;
(2)配制A料:在95℃的条件下,边搅拌边依次加入硅藻土、硅酮油 、非离子表面活性剂、巴西棕榈蜡、聚丙烯酰胺、十二醇硫酸钠、甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠、十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱 ;得A料;
各原料的重量份数为:
硅藻土 5,硅酮油 4,非离子表面活性剂 2,巴西棕榈蜡 6,聚丙烯酰胺20,十二醇硫酸钠 10,甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠 5,十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱 4;
(3)配制B料:在80-95℃的去离子水中,依次加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、碳酸氢钠 、异丙醇、三乙醇胺 、磷酸钠、 壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 ;得B料;
各原料的重量份数分别为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠 4,碳酸氢钠 4,异丙醇 3,三乙醇胺 2,磷酸钠 2,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 4;
(4)配制C料:将皂角提取液、皂苷提取液、柑橘提取液、松节油混合均匀后装入容器中,抽净容器中的空气后,充入氧气,在85℃下振荡或搅拌,直至容器中溶液呈无色透明为止,得C料;
(5)先将A料均匀混合,加入到95℃的去离子水中,且连续不断的搅拌15分钟,待A料与去离子水溶化成混合液,再将充分混合后的B料慢慢的加入A料和去离子的混合液中,继续搅拌15分钟;最后再加入C料,常温下搅拌5-10分钟。
将香精加入到步骤(5)的物料中,搅拌混合均匀后冷却至室温,得产品。
将清洗剂与水以1: 5的重量比例混合,然后喷涂于军用运输平台车表面,再用清水冲洗。

Claims (8)

1.一种军用运输平台车清洗剂,包括下述的重量份数的原料:
A:硅藻土 5,硅酮油 4,非离子表面活性剂 2 ,巴西棕榈蜡6,聚丙烯酰胺20,十二醇硫酸钠 10,甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠 5,十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱 4;
B:十二烷基苯磺酸钠 4 ,碳酸氢钠 4 ,异丙醇 3,三乙醇胺 2,磷酸钠 2,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 4;
C:皂角提取液 4,皂苷提取液2 ,柑橘提取液4,松节油4。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种军用运输平台车清洗剂的制备方法,包括下述的步骤:
(1)将去离子水加热,并保持其在80-95℃;
(2)配制A料:在80-95℃的条件下,边搅拌边依次加入硅藻土、硅酮油、非离子表面活性剂、巴西棕榈蜡、聚丙烯酰胺、十二醇硫酸钠、甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠、十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱;得A料;
各原料的重量份数为:
硅藻土 5,硅酮油 4,非离子表面活性剂 2,巴西棕榈蜡6,聚丙烯酰胺20,十二醇硫酸钠 10,甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠 5,十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱 4;
(3)配制B料:在80-95℃的去离子水中,依次加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、碳酸氢钠 、异丙醇、三乙醇胺、磷酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 ;得B料;
各原料的重量份数分别为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠 4,碳酸氢钠 4,异丙醇 3,三乙醇胺 2,磷酸钠 2,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 4;
(4)配制C料:将皂角提取液、皂苷提取液、柑橘提取液、松节油混合均匀后装入容器中,抽净容器中的空气后,充入氧气,在70-85℃下振荡或搅拌,直至容器中溶液呈无色透明为止,得C料;
(5)先将A料均匀混合,加入到80-95℃的去离子水中,且连续不断的搅拌10-15分钟,待A料与去离子水溶化成混合液,再将充分混合后的B料慢慢的加入A料和去离子的混合液中,继续搅拌10-15分钟;最后再加入C料,常温下搅拌5-10分钟。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种军用运输平台车清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,将香精加入到步骤(5)的物料中,搅拌混合均匀后冷却至室温,得产品。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种军用运输平台车清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,皂角提取液的制备方法如下:
将干皂角果实粉碎至80-120目,加入去离子水,料液比为1:15-20,混合均匀,在55℃下浸渍2小时,然后加入中性蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶,每升液体中加入2-3克中性蛋白酶、2-4克木瓜蛋白酶,静置4-8小时,水解,然后过滤,对滤液脱色,再在55℃下浓缩,得皂角提取液。
5.如权利要求2所述的一种军用运输平台车清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,皂苷提取液的方法是:将干燥的绿豆粗粉碎,然后加入淀粉酶和去离子水,淀粉酶的加入重量占绿豆总重量的2%,再加入去离子水,去离子水的加入重量与绿豆的重量相等,搅拌下加热煮沸10-15分钟,抽滤,再对滤液脱色处理,得到无色皂苷提取液。
6.如权利要求2所述的一种军用运输平台车清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,柑橘提取液的制备方法是:
将柑橘皮干燥脱水,然后粉碎至大约60目,干燥温度一般不高于80℃,干燥;
将上述粉碎的柑橘皮和与其等质量的去离子水混合,搅拌均匀,直至糊状,然后将其榨汁、过滤,得滤液;
将滤液于60-70℃的条件下减压蒸馏,浓缩,当液体体积浓缩至原体积的1/4时,停止蒸馏,静置4-8小时,得浓缩液;
将浓缩液减压过滤,然后采用活性炭脱色,得柑橘提取液。
7.如权利要求4所述的一种军用运输平台车清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,中性蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶的酶活分别为:10000u/g,5000u/g。
8.如权利要求4所述的一种军用运输平台车清洗剂的清洗方法,将清洗剂与水以1:1-5的重量比例混合,然后喷涂于军用运输平台车表面,再用清水冲洗。
