Abstract

本发明公开了一种车用玻璃清洗剂及其制备方法,所述清洗剂包括如下成分:聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基氨基丙酸、甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠、烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、无水硫酸钠。通过上述方式,本发明车用玻璃清洗剂配比科学,工艺简单,通过多种表面活性剂的复配,实现对车用玻璃表面污垢的深度清洁,并且清洁过程中不易损伤玻璃,易于工业生产。

一种车用玻璃清洗剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及日用清洁领域,具体涉及一种车用玻璃清洗剂。
背景技术
汽车在行驶过程中不可避免的会在前风挡及大灯部位积攒很多灰尘与杂质,特别是在高速公路行驶过程中,会有很多昆虫与玻璃表面撞击后形成顽固的难以清除的污垢杂质。这些污垢和杂质会影响驾驶员视线,在大灯表面积累到一定厚度的时候,将大大降低大灯的有效作用距离。而往往这些昆虫留下的顽固污垢,用传统的汽车玻璃清洗剂加雨刷器联合使用的方法不能取得很好的去除效果,如果这些污垢不及时除去的话会危急到行车安全。
目前,我国汽车挡风玻璃清洗剂的高端市场多为进口品占据,低端市场存在粗制滥造状况,更有众多的驾驶员在汽车的玻璃清洗剂贮存箱中直接加入自来水。长期使用自来水或劣制汽车挡风玻璃清洗剂将导致清洗效果差,也可导致汽车挡风玻璃腐蚀损坏、雨刷橡胶溶胀损坏、金属部件腐蚀、汽车漆污损等情况的发生,严重时还会影响驾驶员视线导致交通事故。
发明内容
本发明目的在于公开一种车用玻璃清洗剂及其制备方法,该清洗剂使用时按照一定比例兑成玻璃洗液,该玻璃洗液不仅能够有效将汽车玻璃清洗干净,而且在玻璃表面形成保护膜,在洗的过程中保护玻璃表面不会被细小的沙粒所刮伤。
具体公开内容如下:一种车用玻璃清洗剂,所述清洗剂包括如下成分:聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基氨基丙酸、甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠、烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、无水硫酸钠。
优选的,所述车用玻璃清洗剂按质量份数,各组分的用量如下:聚丙烯酰胺10-80份,十二醇基氨基丙酸5-45份,甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠10-25份、烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵10-18份、十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱30-40份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚35-42份、无水硫酸钠5-45份。
优选的,所述车用玻璃清洗剂按质量份数,各组分的用量如下:聚丙烯酰胺50份,十二醇基氨基丙酸18份,甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠12份、烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵14份、十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱35份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚36份、无水硫酸钠25份。
本发明还公开了一种车用玻璃清洗剂的制备方法,所述制备方法是:取聚丙烯酰胺、十二醇基氨基丙酸与容器中,搅拌均匀,得混合液A;将甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠与烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱混合均匀,得混合液B,将混合液A与混合液B混合,然后向其中加入月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、无水硫酸钠,将混合液搅拌均匀,得车用玻璃清洗剂。
本发明清洗剂使用时按照1:(500-2000)比例加水兑成玻璃洗液,将该玻璃洗液装到汽车的储水器内,当通过其喷嘴将保护液喷到汽车玻璃上,开动雨刮器清洗车玻璃时,玻璃洗液表面形成保护膜,不仅车玻璃很快被清洗干净,而且在洗的过程中,车玻璃也不会被雨刮器夹带着的形状不规则的细小沙粒所刮伤。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明车用玻璃清洗剂配比科学,工艺简单,通过多种表面活性剂的复配,实现对车用玻璃表面污垢的深度清洁,并且清洁过程中不易损伤玻璃,易于工业生产。

实施例1:一种车用玻璃清洗剂,所述清洗剂包括如下成分:聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基氨基丙酸、甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠、烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、无水硫酸钠。
实施例2:一种车用玻璃清洗剂,所述车用玻璃清洗剂按质量份数,各组分的用量如下:聚丙烯酰胺10-80份,十二醇基氨基丙酸5-45份,甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠10-25份、烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵10-18份、十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱30-40份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚35-42份、无水硫酸钠5-45份。
实施例3:一种车用玻璃清洗剂,所述车用玻璃清洗剂按质量份数,各组分的用量如下:聚丙烯酰胺50份,十二醇基氨基丙酸18份,甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠12份、烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵14份、十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱35份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚36份、无水硫酸钠25份。
实施例4:一种车用玻璃清洗剂的制备方法,所述制备方法是:取聚丙烯酰胺、十二醇基氨基丙酸与容器中,搅拌均匀,得混合液A;将甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠与烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱混合均匀,得混合液B,将混合液A与混合液B混合,然后向其中加入月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、无水硫酸钠,将混合液搅拌均匀,得车用玻璃清洗剂。

1.一种车用玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,所述清洗剂包括如下成分:聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基氨基丙酸、甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠、烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、无水硫酸钠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,按质量份数,各组分的用量如下:聚丙烯酰胺10-80份,十二醇基氨基丙酸5-45份,甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠10-25份、烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵10-18份、十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱30-40份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚35-42份、无水硫酸钠5-45份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车用玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,按质量份数,各组分的用量如下:聚丙烯酰胺50份,十二醇基氨基丙酸18份,甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠12份、烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵14份、十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱35份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚36份、无水硫酸钠25份。
4.一种权利要求1-3中任一所述的车用玻璃清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法如下:取聚丙烯酰胺、十二醇基氨基丙酸与容器中,搅拌均匀,得混合液A;将甘油单月桂酸硫酸钠与烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱混合均匀,得混合液B,将混合液A与混合液B混合,然后向其中加入月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、无水硫酸钠,将混合液搅拌均匀,得车用玻璃清洗剂。
