背景技术

现场清洗时会多次反洗霉斑瓶,并且会在工艺中增加清洗剂浓度或者提高清洗温度,但温度过高会使霉斑固化,高温、高碱还会损坏瓶体,造成瓶体挂白,不光亮,容易破瓶、爆瓶等现象。危险性比较大,清洗工艺难,不易操作,成为清洗霉斑瓶的一大问题,同时在清洗过程中会增加水、电等能源的消耗,同时也会有大量的污水产生。

为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种液体除霉洗瓶添加剂及其制备和应用方法。所述液体除霉洗瓶添加剂在使用时利用表面活性剂的润湿性能对污垢、瓶标及霉斑充分润湿,并去除污垢、螯合剂的螯合性能去除霉斑和瓶标、利用生物酶制剂对蛋白质的分解性能去除霉斑,本品配合碱性清洗剂使用可以去除瓶体的霉斑、瓶标及污垢。
本发明提供的液体除霉洗瓶添加剂是添加到1.5%-3.5%的碱性清洗剂中配合使用,在清洗时一次清洗到位,几乎不会反洗,也能达到清洗要求,可减少污水排放,减少用水量,节约时间和能源,使清洗更加快速、节能、环保。

本发明提供的液体除霉洗瓶添加剂组分中的表面活性剂、螯合剂、生物酶制剂的组合有很多种,按照重量份数要求配制出产品清洗过的玻璃瓶瓶体标签按原状脱落无胶痕,瓶身光亮透明,瓶内外不挂水珠,霉斑洗净率达到95-100%。本发明专用于除霉洗瓶添加剂与碱性清洗剂配合使用,能有效去除玻璃瓶内的霉斑、虫卵及瓶标。
本产品适用于各种水质,清洗效果不受水质影响。
本产品清洗后易过水,不会有残留。

5.根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的液体除霉洗瓶添加剂,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为氮川三乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸钠盐、葡萄糖酸钠、谷氨酸四乙酸钠盐、羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸中的任意一种或任意两种以上以任意比例混合。
6.根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的液体除霉洗瓶添加剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为烷基糖苷、酚醚磷酸酯、烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇烷氧基化合物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的任意一种或任意两种以上以任意比例混合。
7.根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的液体除霉洗瓶添加剂,其特征在于,所述生物酶制剂为脂肪酶、淀粉酶、蛋白酶、甘露聚糖酶、碱性蛋白酶中的任意一种或任意两种以上以任意比例混合。
8.一种权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的液体除霉洗瓶添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,将水、螯合剂、表面活性剂和生物酶制剂按重量称取混合均匀,即得。
9.一种权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的液体除霉洗瓶添加剂的应用方法,其特征在于,将所述液体除霉洗瓶添加剂按比例添加到碱性清洗剂中,配合碱性清洗剂使用,对霉斑瓶循环清洗,再以水清洗。
10.根据权利要求9所述的液体除霉洗瓶添加剂的应用方法,其特征在于,所述液体除霉洗瓶添加剂添加至碱性清洗剂的质量百分比浓度为0.2~1.0%,配合质量浓度为1.5%-3.5%的碱性清洗剂在70℃-85℃条件下,对霉斑瓶循环清洗,再以水清洗。
