技术领域
本发明涉及一种高效剥油型工业油污清洗剂及制备方法。
背景技术
工业清洗涉及石油开采、加工、运输、机械部件加工、食品加工等众多领域,现阶段工业清洗发展迅速,对清洗质量及环保的要求也越来越高。水基清洗剂以表面活性剂为主要活性组分,配合助剂完成去污过程,比单一的酸洗、碱洗和溶剂清洗更安全、有效。常用的水基清洗剂一般为乳化型,通过表面活性剂的乳化作用将油分散在水中,导致污水处理困难,清洗剂消耗量大,因此需要开发新型油污清洗剂。
专利CN201511015962公开了一种水基金属清洗剂,其主要成分为有机硅表面活性剂、椰子油脂肪酰二乙醇胺、椰子油脂肪酰二乙醇胺磷酸酯和无机磷酸盐等,在常温下对各种油脂有很强的溶解能力,可溶解重质油、老化变质油脂。该洗涤剂以有机硅表面活性剂为主,价格昂贵。专利CN201510717930公开了一种多功能绿色水基清洗剂及制备方法,其主要成分包括辛癸基葡糖苷、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、椰子油二乙醇酰胺等,可有效去除植物油污渍、动物油污渍、适用于厨房器具、金属工件的油污清洁。上述两种清洗剂均通过乳化、增溶作用清洗油污,清洗剂用量大,洗后污水难处理。专利CN201110161242公开了一种水基清洗剂,其由三聚磷酸钠、磷酸氢二钠、硼砂、对硝基苯甲酸、氢氧化钠、表面活性剂、聚乙二醇、三乙醇胺、消泡剂和水以一定配比复配而成,去油污能力强,特别适用于全自动清洗和超声波清洗。该清洗剂中含有大量磷酸盐及磷酸酯盐,会引起土壤、水体等富营养化,不利于环境保护。专利CN201410805355公开了一种水基型原油污染场地表面清洗剂,该清洗剂含亚硝酸钠,接触工人手、足部皮肤可发生损害。
上述现有技术具有含有毒成分、清洗剂用量大、成本高、洗后油水不易分离、污水处理困难等缺点。剥油型油污清洗剂利用表面活性剂的渗透、剥离、润湿反转作用,可将油污从固体表面剥离而不发生乳化,清洗剂用量小,洗后油水易分离,且可多次循环使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种安全、成本低、洗后油水易分离、污水处理简单的一种高效剥油型工业油污清洗剂及制备方法。
本发明的一种高效剥油型工业油污清洗剂,其质量百分比组成如下:
(1)脂肪醇聚醚硫酸盐 10-25%
(2)十二烷基苯磺酸钠 5-10%
(3)助表面活性剂 2-5%
(4)偏硅酸钠 1-5%
(5)异丙醇 0-5%
(6)其余为水
如上所述的脂肪醇聚醚硫酸盐为脂肪醇聚醚硫酸钠或脂肪醇聚醚硫酸铵中的一种或多种。
如上所述的助表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种。
本发明高效剥油型工业油污清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
按清洗剂组成,将10-25%脂肪醇聚醚硫酸盐、5-10%十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)、2-5%助表面活性剂、1-5%偏硅酸钠、0-5%异丙醇和水混合搅拌均匀,得到产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点有以下几个方面:本发明的高效剥油型工业油污清洗剂使用浓度低、泡沫低、适用于不同硬度的水质并可用于低温(不低于20℃)清洗,洗后油水易分离,分离后水可多次循环使用,污油可回用;配方不含无机酸、碱及烃类溶剂,安全环保。
具体实施例
实施例1:
将10wt%脂肪醇聚醚硫酸钠、7wt% LAS、5wt% C0810脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(JFC)、3wt%偏硅酸钠、2wt%异丙醇和余量水加入搅拌釜中混合均匀,即得剥油型工业油污清洗剂。将其配置成活性物含量为1g/L水溶液,于25°C下静态清洗钢片表面的原油污垢,净洗率为95%。洗后油污浮于溶液上层,且不沾壁;水呈无色透明状。分离后水可重复使用5次。
实施例2:
将10wt%脂肪醇聚醚硫酸钠、5wt% LAS、3wt% C1214脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO3)、1wt%偏硅酸钠、5wt%异丙醇和余量水加入搅拌釜中混合均匀,即得剥油型工业油污清洗剂。将其配置成活性物含量为0.5 g/L水溶液,于20°C下静态清洗钢片表面的机械油污垢,净洗率为90%。洗后油污浮于溶液上层,且不沾壁;水呈无色透明状。分离后水可重复使用7次。
实施例3:
将25wt%脂肪醇聚醚硫酸铵、10wt% LAS、2wt%脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚(1815)、5wt%偏硅酸钠、5wt%异丙醇和余量水加入搅拌釜中混合均匀,即得剥油型工业油污清洗剂。将其配置成活性物含量为2 g/L水溶液,于50°C下静态清洗钢片表面的钙基润滑脂污垢,净洗率为95%。洗后油污浮于溶液上层,且不沾壁;水呈无色透明状。分离后水可重复使用10次。
实施例4:
将15wt%脂肪醇聚醚硫酸铵、10wt% LAS、2wt% C0810脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(JFC)、1wt%脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚(1810)、3wt%偏硅酸钠和水加入搅拌釜中混合均匀,即得剥油型工业油污清洗剂。将其配置成活性物含量为1g/L水溶液,于30°C下静态清洗钢片表面的原油污垢,净洗率为95%。洗后油污浮于溶液上层,且不沾壁;水呈无色透明状。分离后水可重复使用10次。
实施例5:
将18wt%脂肪醇聚醚硫酸钠、8wt% LAS、1wt% C1214脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO3)、1wt%脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚(1810)、1wt%偏硅酸钠、5wt%异丙醇和余量水加入搅拌釜中混合均匀,即得剥油型工业油污清洗剂。将其配置成活性物含量为0.5g/L水溶液,于30°C下静态清洗钢片表面的原油污垢,净洗率为99%。洗后油污浮于溶液上层,且不沾壁;水呈无色透明状。分离后水可重复使用10次。
实施例6:
将10wt%脂肪醇聚醚硫酸钠、5wt%脂肪醇聚醚硫酸铵、10wt% LAS、2wt%脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚(1820)、5wt%偏硅酸钠、3wt%异丙醇和余量水加入搅拌釜中混合均匀,即得剥油型工业油污清洗剂。将其配置成活性物含量为0.5g/L水溶液,于40°C下静态清洗钢片表面的钙基润滑脂污垢,净洗率为94%。洗后油污浮于溶液上层,且不沾壁;水呈无色透明状。分离后水可重复使用10次。
实施例7:
将15wt%脂肪醇聚醚硫酸铵、10wt% LAS、2wt% C0810脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(JFC)、1wt%脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚(1810)、1wt%JFC、3wt%偏硅酸钠和水加入搅拌釜中混合均匀,即得剥油型工业油污清洗剂。将其配置成活性物含量为1g/L水溶液,于30°C下静态清洗钢片表面的原油污垢,净洗率为90%。洗后油污浮于溶液上层,且不沾壁;水呈无色透明状。分离后水可重复使用10次。

Claims (2)

1.一种高效剥油型工业油污清洗剂,其特征在于其质量百分比组成如下:
(1) 脂肪醇聚醚硫酸盐 10-25%
(2) 十二烷基苯磺酸钠 5-10%
(3) 助表面活性剂 2-5%
(4) 偏硅酸钠 1-5%
(5) 异丙醇 0-5%
(6) 其余为水;
所述的脂肪醇聚醚硫酸盐为脂肪醇聚醚硫酸钠或脂肪醇聚醚硫酸铵中的一种或多种;所述的助表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高效剥油型工业油污清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
按清洗剂组成,将10-25%脂肪醇聚醚硫酸盐、5-10%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、2-5%助表面活性剂、1-5%偏硅酸钠、0-5%异丙醇和水混合搅拌均匀,得到产品。
