本发明涉及油污清洗领域,更具体的说是一种石油油污清洗片及其制备方法。
背景技术
在石油勘探开发的过程中,如钻井、修井、作业、输送、维护等每一个步骤中工作人员都可能粘附上石油;洗涤石油油污一般采用汽油或煤油或柴油或者溶剂(如醇、石油醚)溶解性清洗剂清洗石油,石油被溶解在汽油或煤油或柴油或溶剂里面;但石油的成分包含烷烃、芳香烃、胶质、沥青质等,有极其复杂的杂环结构,分子量大,不能像洗涤动植物油脂那样采用常规的表面活性剂清洗。因此,通过常规的使石油溶解在清洗剂内的方式无法更好的去除掉顽固的油污。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种石油油污清洗片及其制备方法,有益效果为能够将石油油污清洗剂浸入到粘接有打磨片的基底布料上,能够对顽固的油渍污垢打磨去除剥离。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种石油油污清洗片制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将石油油污清洗剂注入到配置容器内;
S2:向配置容器内加入助溶剂和溶剂,搅拌均匀;
S3:取基底布料夹持固定在整合装置上,通过整合装置向基底布料的中心部位涂覆胶粘剂;
S4:将圆形的打磨片粘附在基底布料上涂覆有胶粘剂的部位上;
S5:通过整合装置在打磨片上加工出纹路面;
S6:将粘附有打磨片的基底布料浸入到配置容器中,使基底布料被石油油污清洗剂浸透;
S7:将基底布料取出沥干后,折叠规整后包装,得到浸有石油油污清洗剂且带有打磨片的基底布料,使用时将基底布料浸水后通过打磨片的打磨进行油污的去除。
所述助溶剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、二乙二醇单丁醚中的一种或几种。

所述基底布料可选用纯棉布、无纺布或者毛毡布中的一种。

所述整合装置包括固定在配置容器上的两个夹持架,两个夹持架之间配合连接有十字架和连接板,连接板上固定连接有滑套和圆筒,圆筒内插有插板,插板滑动连接在滑套上,圆筒内位于插板的上方罗列有多块打磨片。
所述插板设置为空心,位于所述圆筒内的插板的底面设有多个单向阀嘴,插板的外端固定连接并连通有导管。
所述插板的底面固定连接多个三角形刀刃。

具体实施方式
一种石油油污清洗片制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将石油油污清洗剂注入到配置容器内;
S2:向配置容器内加入助溶剂和溶剂,搅拌均匀;
S3:取基底布料夹持固定在整合装置上,通过整合装置向基底布料的中心部位涂覆胶粘剂;
S4:将圆形的打磨片206粘附在基底布料上涂覆有胶粘剂的部位上;
S5:通过整合装置在打磨片206上加工出纹路面;
S6:将粘附有打磨片206的基底布料浸入到配置容器中,使基底布料被石油油污清洗剂浸透;
S7:将基底布料取出沥干后,折叠规整后包装,得到浸有石油油污清洗剂且带有打磨片206的基底布料,使用时将基底布料浸水后通过打磨片206的打磨进行油污的去除。

将水性石油油污清洗剂、助溶剂和溶剂注入到配置容器内混合搅拌均匀,两个夹持架104上皆设有螺钉孔,通过向螺钉孔内插入螺钉将两个夹持架104安装固定在配置容器上,将多个打磨片206竖向依次投入到圆筒205内,最下端的打磨片206位于插板207的上端,插板207对多块打磨片206进行承托,将基底布料夹持固定在十字架102上,控制圆筒205向下滑动并贴合在基底布料上,此时插板207的底面与基底布料之间留有空间,将胶粘剂注入到插板207内,胶粘剂从处于圆筒205内的插板207的底面流出落在基底布料上,实现将胶粘剂涂覆在基底布料上,然后控制插板207向外抽出,插板207与打磨片206分离,圆筒205内的所有打磨片206向下移动,最下端的打磨片206落在涂有胶粘剂的基底布料上,在胶粘剂的作用下使最下端的打磨片206与基底布料粘接在一起,插板207与基底布料之间的间距等于一个打磨片206的高度,因此,当插板207重新插进圆筒205内时,插板207将最下端的打磨片206按压在基底布料上,使得打磨片206与基底布料之间牢固粘接,同时插板207对倒数第二个打磨片206进行承托,因此当圆筒205向上移动时,插板207重新对圆筒205内的多个打磨片206进行承托,最下端的打磨片206不再跟随圆筒205向上移动,而是粘接固定在基底布料的中心位置,然后将粘附有打磨片206的基底布料浸入到配置容器中,使基底布料被石油油污清洗剂浸透,将基底布料取出沥干卸下后,折叠规整后包装,得到浸有石油油污清洗剂且带有打磨片206的基底布料,使用时将包装去除后,由于水性油污清洗剂是水性的,可以与水任意比例混溶,将基底布料浸水后使得水性油污清洗剂与水接触后能够起到去除油污的作用,然后配合打磨片206的使用,由于打磨片206的表面粗糙度较大,能够对顽固的油渍污垢打磨去除剥离,以及配合基底布料的不断擦拭,能够更好的将油污去除擦拭掉,去污能力强。

当圆筒205贴合在基底布料上后,插板207抽离,最下端的打磨片206落在基底布料上,此时圆筒205对打磨片206的限制使得当插板207重新插入到圆筒205上时,最下端的打磨片206不会移动,因此,当插板207重新插回圆筒205上时,插板207底面的多个三角形刀刃303与最下端的打磨片206的顶面接触,将粘附在基底布料上的打磨片206的顶面切割出纹路面,从而使打磨片206的顶面形成多个凸棱,进而使得当使用打磨片206时,多个打磨片206上的凸棱配合打磨片206表面的粗糙度,能够更好的对顽固的油垢进行清除,在配合基底布料上的油污清洗剂进一步将油污彻底擦拭干净。
如图3至4所示:
所述十字架102的中心部位固定连接有托盘101,托盘101的左右两侧皆固定连接有边架103,两个边架103分别滑动连接在两个夹持架104上,所述边架103上螺纹连接有丝杠105,丝杠105转动连接在夹持架104上,夹持架104上固定连接有能够驱动丝杠105转动的步进电机;两个夹持架104之间滑动连接有滑动架201,连接板202固定连接在滑动架201上;所述滑动架201和夹持架104之间固定连接有电动推杆;
托盘101能够在打磨片206与基底布料之间进行粘接过程中起到承托的作用,使得基底布料与打磨片206之间能够完好贴合,粘接牢固;
两个步进电机启动,带动两个丝杠105转动,进而带动两个边架103向下滑动,两个边架103带动十字架102上夹持的基底布料,向下移动浸入到配置容器内,使得基底布料充分吸收水性油污清洗剂,然后控制步进电机反向启动带动基底布料向上移动,从配置容器中沥出,进行后续的折叠包装;
电动推杆的伸缩端收回带动滑动架201上下移动,滑动架201向下移动通过连接板202带动圆筒205内的多个打磨片206向靠近基底布料的方向移动,打磨片206粘接结束后,电动推杆的伸缩端伸出,带动圆筒205以及多个打磨片206向上移动,便于更换下一块基底布料。

所述插板207上固定连接有驱动杆208,驱动杆208螺纹连接在螺杆204上,螺杆204转动连接在连接板202上,连接板202上固定连接有能够驱动螺杆204转动的减速电机;
减速电机启动带动螺杆204转动,螺杆204通过与驱动杆208螺纹连接,带动驱动杆208往复移动,驱动杆208带动插板207插入圆筒205内或从圆筒205内抽出。

所述十字架102的前后两端分别滑动连接一个底板106,两个底板106上皆转动连接有丝杠105,两个丝杠105皆螺纹连接在十字架102上,两个底板106的外端皆固定连接有竖架107,两个竖架107上皆滑动连接有顶板108,竖架107和顶板108之间通过螺钉固定;
将基底布料放置在十字架102上,使基底布料的两端分别放置在两个底板106上,向下滑动两个顶板108,通过旋紧螺钉将顶板108固定在竖架107上,进而将底板106和顶板108之间固定,实现对基底布料的夹持固定;
转动丝杠105带动底板106在十字架102上滑动,进而改变两个底板106之间的间距,适用于夹持不同宽度的基底布料;分别转动丝杠105,使得两个底板106的位置可以分别调节,进而改变夹持布料的位置,使得打磨片206能够粘附在基底布料上的不同位置上,适用于不同的人的使用习惯。
Claims (7)
1.一种石油油污清洗片制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将石油油污清洗剂注入到配置容器内;
S2:向配置容器内加入助溶剂和溶剂,搅拌均匀;
S3:取基底布料夹持固定在整合装置上,通过整合装置向基底布料的中心部位涂覆胶粘剂;
S4:将圆形的打磨片(206)粘附在基底布料上涂覆有胶粘剂的部位上;
S5:通过整合装置在打磨片(206)上加工出纹路面;
S6:将粘附有打磨片(206)的基底布料浸入到配置容器中,使基底布料被石油油污清洗剂浸透;
S7:将基底布料取出沥干后,折叠规整后包装;
所述整合装置包括固定在配置容器上的两个夹持架(104),两个夹持架(104)之间配合连接有十字架(102)和连接板(202),连接板(202)上固定连接有滑套(203)和圆筒(205),圆筒(205)内插有插板(207),插板(207)滑动连接在滑套(203)上,圆筒(205)内位于插板(207)的上方罗列有多块打磨片(206);
所述插板(207)的底面固定连接多个三角形刀刃(303);
所述插板(207)设置为空心,位于所述圆筒(205)内的插板(207)的底面设有多个单向阀嘴(301),插板(207)的外端固定连接并连通有导管(302)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述助溶剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、二乙二醇单丁醚中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述溶剂为乙醇、异丙醇、水中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述基底布料可选用纯棉布、无纺布或者毛毡布中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述十字架(102)的中心部位固定连接有托盘(101),托盘(101)的左右两侧皆固定连接有边架(103),两个边架(103)分别滑动连接在两个夹持架(104)上,两个夹持架(104)之间滑动连接有滑动架(201),连接板(202)固定连接在滑动架(201)上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述插板(207)上固定连接有驱动杆(208),驱动杆(208)螺纹连接在螺杆(204)上,螺杆(204)转动连接在连接板(202)上。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的制备方法所制备的石油油污清洗片,其特征在于,石油油污清洗剂由以下份数重量的原料组成:复合表面活性剂5~30份,助溶剂0.3~1份,分散剂2~5份,防锈添加剂2~5份,溶剂40~70份和偏硅酸钠2~5份。
