本发明属于日化用品领域,更具体的,涉及一种无磷洗衣液。
背景技术
洗衣,生活中再平淡不过的事情。用于衣物洗涤的产品中,洗衣粉一直占着主要的地位。但是,细心的人会发觉,洗衣液主要成分是非离子表面活性剂,去污能力强,并且能够深入衣物纤维内部发挥洗涤作用,去污更彻底。洗衣粉在使用过程中并不能完全溶解,残留物容易导致衣物损伤,并且不易漂洗;而洗衣液能够完全溶解且溶解速度快,易漂易洗,不会伤及皮肤和衣物。洗衣粉一般强碱性的(PH超过12),在使用过程中需要戴手套,以减少对皮肤的刺激;而洗衣液PH值偏中性,配方温和不伤手。洗衣液的技术含量更高,便于添加各种有效成分,洗会令衣物蓬松、柔软、光滑亮泽,并且具有除菌和持久留香的功效。使用综合成本低,正被人们广泛的接受。洗衣粉产生的废液在自然界降解困难(特别是带支链的烷基苯磺酸钠),造成水质污染,对生态造成很大的破坏;而洗衣液则相对降解比较完全,环境造成坏较小。
磷是洗衣液中经常含有的东西,大家可能会听说过“水体富营养化”,一个鱼塘为例,如果发生了“水体富营养化”,那么首先鱼塘里的藻类等微生物会大量繁殖,然后水中的氧气会大幅减少,然后鱼虾会缺氧而死……整个鱼塘的生态失衡,最后变成一池死水。“磷”在这个过程中,相当于刺激微生物生长的营养成分,对环境的危害极大。此外磷还会影响人体对钙质的吸收,造成软骨病之类。不使用含磷洗衣粉,是因为衣服漂洗过程中要去掉磷质很不容易为了健康,你要用更多的水、更多的时间去漂洗。

偏硅酸钠5-15份,
次氯酸钠1-3份,
椰子油醇二乙醇酰胺1-3份,
硅酮消泡剂0.1-0.5份。
