发明内容:
地震、泥石流、狂风暴雨、洪水等自然灾害是自然现象,人类是无法抗拒和避免的,光是预防得当只能使灾害减少些损失,而在灾难发生后预防疾病才是最关键的措施。大灾之后往往对动植物的腐败变质得不到有效、及时的清理和处置,以致造成细菌、病毒的传播,使人体感染上这样或那样的细菌和病毒,从而引发多种疾病。交通不便、运输抢救不及时、缺医又少药,以致使一些不是危险的疾病也会变成危及生命的疾病,在地震、泥石流后断水、断电、断交通的情况下,人们哪顾得上洗手消毒杀菌、预防疾病呢?所以研制发明广谱强效杀菌、灭菌、消毒无水洗手剂是一种非常必要的有效预防疾病的最切实际的防病与未然的上好措施。在地震、泥石流后无水的情况下,一般人们不会想到手要消毒杀菌,可是你的手成天在寻找生命,在抓地挖泥,接触到各种各样的细菌病毒,所以在吃饭、喝水、睡觉前非常有必要用无水洗手剂擦擦手、消消毒、杀杀菌,虽然时间很短,但能有效地防止病从口入,防病与未然,有何不可?问题是要平时将这些无水洗手剂储备一些倒是有一定的难度,但必须得储备一些在家中,它的价格低廉,不会造成资金上的压力,最重要的是它是防急用制品。
下面结合实施例子对本发明进一步说明:
实施例一:免水杀菌消毒蛇油护肤洗手剂
制备方法:
(1)在不锈钢加盖反应锅中加入纯水,将卡波泊分3~5次缓慢地加入到纯水中,边加边搅拌,以80~100r/min的速度机械搅拌150min,充分分散得到均匀混浊分散体,充分溶胀,所得作为甲液;
(2)在另一不锈钢加盖反应锅中加入部分乙醇,然后加入5-氯-2-(2,4-双氯苯氧)酚(即三氯生),混合溶解,以50~80r/min的速度机械搅拌10min,直至液体澄清透明,所得作为乙液,密封保存,备用;
(3)将乙液倒入甲液中,并加入剩余的乙醇,以50~80r/min的速度机械搅拌30min;混合均匀;
(4)向物料(3)中依次加入护肤剂、载银纳米(AT)二氧化钛抗菌剂、蛇油、扑尔敏、茶树油、保湿剂、助溶剂,混合溶解,以80~100r/min的速度机械搅拌10min至均匀分散,加入PH调节剂,调节PH至6.7~8.7,再加入香精,补充纯水至足量后再搅拌20min,即得成品。
产品应用:
本品在遇到地震、泥石流等自然灾害情况下,在无水的情况下,可以对手部进行清洗消毒,尤其在野外工作的情况下。
实施例二:免水杀菌消毒蛇油护肤洗手剂
制备方法:
将醋酸洗必泰、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、载银纳米(AT)二氧化钛抗菌剂加入蒸馏时中,混合均匀,再加其他物料,最后加水至100。
说明:
醋酸洗必泰为广谱消毒剂,它能迅速吸附细菌细胞,使细胞桨外漏或凝固,还能抑制细菌脱氧酶的活性,导致细菌细胞死亡;载银纳米(AT)二氧化钛抗菌剂是强效广谱杀菌剂,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率达99.99%。它们合用有协同杀菌作用。
AE0-9和乙醇能使微生物细胞的表面张力下降,促进消毒剂向细胞内渗透,从而强化杀菌效果,利用乙醇和薄荷醇易发挥的特点,还能使其迅干燥,同时薄荷醇还有杀菌作用。
产品应用:
本品主要用于突发事故,如地震、泥石流等自然灾害,断水、断电,用于无水情况下清洁双手,能强效广谱杀灭大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌、痢疾、霍乱等各种传染性致病生物菌,而且杀菌率达99.99%。
使用时喷洒在皮肤上能迅速在皮肤上形成杀菌屏蔽,使杀菌效果持续12h左右。

产品应用:

制备方法:
在一定容器内放入十二烷基苯磺酸钠,以30~40r/min的转速搅拌10min,加入去离子水和椰子油醇酰胺,在约34℃的温度下搅拌45分钟,然后加入丙三醇,搅拌20min,再加入三乙醇胺油酸皂,搅拌30min,接着加入药用羊毛脂、蛇油及载银纳米(AT)二氧化钛抗菌剂、香精,继续搅拌30min,最后将所得的产物注入储槽内,存放1.5h,待自然消泡后即可灌装为成品。
说明:
三乙醇胺油酸皂是重要活性组分,具有极强的除油污能力,还具有防缩、防皱、整理及稳定洗涤剂的效能;
椰子油醇酰胺是主要活性组分之一,对各种油污(如动物油、植物油和矿物油)均有良好的脱油能力,而且还具有防止皮肤干燥,抑制烷基苯磺酸钠氧化变质等效能;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠是主要原料,也是活性组分之一,其表面活性强,在碱性、中性和弱碱性溶液中性能稳定,在硬水中具有良好的润湿、乳化、分散和去污能力;
丙三醇具有良好的助溶剂和润滑性;
羊毛脂对皮肤具有柔软、润滑及防止脱脂的功能;
蛇油具有保湿润肤防冻裂;
载银纳米(AT)二氧化钛抗菌剂对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌杀菌率达99.99%;
扑尔敏有效预防各种过敏性皮肤病。
产品应用:
本品能够去除手上的油污及其他污垢,同时防止皮肤干裂;还可用于洗涤油腻的工作服、清洗各种机械、设备和仪表,并具有一定防锈作用,是矿山、工厂、医院和军工部门理想的洗涤用品。
产品特性:
本品配方合理,综合去污性能优良,用途广泛;产品为中性液体(PH为7~8),无毒,对皮肤无刺激,用后舒适、无黏感。
实施例六:新颖特种即效杀菌消毒洗手剂

制备方法:
(1)将烷基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯(5)醚、油酸、液体石蜡混合搅拌均匀待用;
(2)将氢氧化钠溶液与载银纳米(AT)二氧化钛抗菌剂置于水中,搅拌使其溶解待用;
(3)在不断搅拌下,将步骤(1)制得的溶液例入步骤(2)制得的溶液中,继续搅拌5~10min即得。
产品使用:
本品使用时用布条或废棉纱蘸取少量本品擦污垢处,具有立即强力杀菌消毒祛除污垢的作用。
