Abstract

本发明涉及压铸铝合金件加工技术领域,具体是涉及一种压铸铝合金件的表面处理方法。使用脱脂棉粘取乙酸乙酯对压铸铝合金件表面进行擦洗,再用干布将压铸铝合金件擦干,再用乙醚擦洗,最后晾干;将压铸铝合金件放入处理液中浸泡;捞出后用水冲洗直至冲洗水的pH值恢复至中性,于150℃下干燥;在压铸铝合金件的表面再喷涂一层聚四氟乙烯纳米保护膜。本发明的表面处理方法,操作工艺简洁,增设处理液浸泡步骤,通过合理设计处理液的配方以及处理液的制备方法,从而实现在压铸铝合金件表面形成一层有效的“防护膜”,且该防护膜的使用寿命较长,耐腐蚀性能高。

技术领域
本发明涉及压铸铝合金件加工技术领域,具体是涉及一种压铸铝合金件的表面处理方法。
背景技术
压铸铝合金件因其具有良好的耐腐蚀性能而得到广泛应用,压铸铝合金件在加工成型时需要对其进行表面处理,以形成保护膜。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种压铸铝合金件的表面处理方法,为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种压铸铝合金件的表面处理方法,步骤如下:
步骤①、使用脱脂棉粘取乙酸乙酯对压铸铝合金件表面进行擦洗,再用干布将压铸铝合金件擦干,再用乙醚擦洗,最后晾干;
步骤②、将压铸铝合金件放入预先加热至45℃的处理液中浸泡5分钟,处理液由20份多聚磷酸钠、20份三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、10份N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、5份柠檬酸、0.5份环烯醚萜、15份乙醇和50份水制成;
步骤③、捞出后用水冲洗直至冲洗水的pH值恢复至中性,于150℃下干燥;
步骤④、在压铸铝合金件的表面再喷涂一层厚度为0.5μm的聚四氟乙烯纳米保护膜。
优选的,所述步骤②使用的处理液的制备方法为:首先向容器中加入20份多聚磷酸钠、20份三聚氰胺甲醛树脂和15份水,搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入5份柠檬酸,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入10份N,N-二甲基乙酰胺和15份水,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;然后缓慢加入0.5份环烯醚萜,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;最后快速加入15份乙醇和20份水,搅拌5分钟。
本发明的有益效果表现在:
1)、表面处理方法中使用的处理液,其配方设计合理,特别是添加了少量的环烯醚萜,可显著提高处理液的处理效率。
2)、处理液的制备方法,通过逐步添加及不同的加料顺序,不仅能够提高各物质之间的溶解性能,还能避免颗粒团聚的可能,从而使处理液的处理效率得到显著的提升。
3)、表面处理方法,操作工艺简洁,增设处理液浸泡步骤,通过合理设计处理液的配方以及处理液的制备方法,从而实现在压铸铝合金件表面形成一层有效的“防护膜”,且该防护膜的使用寿命较长,耐腐蚀性能高。

一、处理液的组成
由20份多聚磷酸钠、20份三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、10份N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、5份柠檬酸、0.5份环烯醚萜、15份乙醇和50份水。
二、处理液的制备方法为:
首先向容器中加入20份多聚磷酸钠、20份三聚氰胺甲醛树脂和15份水,搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入5份柠檬酸,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入10份N,N-二甲基乙酰胺和15份水,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;然后缓慢加入0.5份环烯醚萜,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;最后快速加入15份乙醇和20份水,搅拌5分钟。
三、压铸铝合金件的表面处理方法
步骤①、使用脱脂棉粘取乙酸乙酯对压铸铝合金件表面进行擦洗,再用干布将压铸铝合金件擦干,再用乙醚擦洗,最后晾干;
步骤②、将压铸铝合金件放入预先加热至45℃的处理液中浸泡5分钟;

1.一种压铸铝合金件的表面处理方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
步骤①、使用脱脂棉粘取乙酸乙酯对压铸铝合金件表面进行擦洗,再用干布将压铸铝合金件擦干,再用乙醚擦洗,最后晾干;
步骤②、将压铸铝合金件放入预先加热至45℃的处理液中浸泡5分钟,处理液由20份多聚磷酸钠、20份三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、10份N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、5份柠檬酸、0.5份环烯醚萜、15份乙醇和50份水制成;
步骤③、捞出后用水冲洗直至冲洗水的pH值恢复至中性,于150℃下干燥;
步骤④、在压铸铝合金件的表面再喷涂一层厚度为0.5μm的聚四氟乙烯纳米保护膜。
