Abstract
本发明提供一种面料防污整理方法,本发明面料防污整理方法用氟代甲基丙烯酸酯、含氟喹诺酮类甲基丙烯酸酯、含二苯甲酮的甲基丙烯酸酯反应携带氧化锌微球粘附在面料上,形成微细凸起,能够起到防污的作用,同时具有抗菌性能,面料的抗菌防污性能得到大大提高,同时面料具有抗皱、挺括、耐晒、防变色的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料整理领域,尤其涉及一种面料防污整理方法。
背景技术
作为纺织大国,纺织工业在我国国民经济中占有重要地位,随着纺织工业的快速发展和人们生活水平的上升,对纺织品的要求不再限于单一的舒适功能,而是趋向多层次、多功能的方向发展。服装面料存在大量的纤维间隙及微孔,同时吸纳了大量的人体表分泌物,成为微生物附着、繁殖和传播的良好场所,微生物的滋生非但导致面料表面出现霉点、异味、纤维强度下降等情况,还会导致人体出现瘙痒、过敏反应或其他皮肤疾病,对人们生活造成不便,甚至危害人们身体健康。当前抗菌服装尤其是医院卫生用纺织品需求量大,且在服装类市场份额逐渐增加。尽管经抗菌整理后,织物具有抗菌、防霉、防臭等性能,但是其耐久性问题严重;另外,织物整理前需要对织物纤维进行剧烈化学前处理,来增强整理剂与织物纤维的结合力,造成环境污染加剧,且对织物种类的适用性不高。
防污整理能够防止面料接触细菌,提高抗菌性能,保持面料色泽鲜艳。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种面料防污整理方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种面料防污整理方法,步骤为:
(1)将氧化锌微球均匀分散在水中,超声处理,再加入氟代甲基丙烯酸酯、含氟喹诺酮类甲基丙烯酸酯、含二苯甲酮的甲基丙烯酸酯搅拌均匀,加热至50-60℃;
(2)将引发剂加入水中,制成3-4wt%的溶液,滴加入步骤(1)的反应液中,搅拌反应50-70分钟,加入渗透剂,得到浸渍液;
(3)将面料进行退浆,脱水、烘干;
(4)按浴比为100:70-76,浸渍40-60分钟;
(5)取出面料,烘干,即得。
水:氧化锌微球:氟代甲基丙烯酸酯、含氟喹诺酮类甲基丙烯酸酯、含二苯甲酮的甲基丙烯酸酯的质量比为120-130:10-12:6-8:5-6:7-8。
所述渗透剂在浸渍液中的质量浓度为2.5-3.5wt%。
所述引发剂为过硫酸铵、过硫酸钠、过硫酸钾中的一种或多种。
所述超声处理时间为10-20分钟。
所述氧化锌微球的粒径为1-8微米。
本发明的优点是:本发明面料防污整理方法用氟代甲基丙烯酸酯、含氟喹诺酮类甲基丙烯酸酯、含二苯甲酮的甲基丙烯酸酯反应携带氧化锌微球粘附在面料上,形成微细凸起,能够起到防污的作用,同时具有抗菌性能,面料的抗菌防污性能得到大大提高,同时面料具有抗皱、挺括、耐晒、防变色的性能。
具体实施方式
一种面料防污整理方法,步骤为:
(1)将氧化锌微球均匀分散在水中,超声处理,再加入氟代甲基丙烯酸酯、含氟喹诺酮类甲基丙烯酸酯、含二苯甲酮的甲基丙烯酸酯搅拌均匀,加热至55℃;
(2)将引发剂加入水中,制成3.5wt%的溶液,滴加入步骤(1)的反应液中,搅拌反应60分钟,加入渗透剂,得到浸渍液;
(3)将面料进行退浆,脱水、烘干;
(4)按浴比为100:74,浸渍50分钟;
(5)取出面料,烘干,即得。
水:氧化锌微球:氟代甲基丙烯酸酯、含氟喹诺酮类甲基丙烯酸酯、含二苯甲酮的甲基丙烯酸酯的质量比为130:12:8:6:8。
所述渗透剂在浸渍液中的质量浓度为3wt%。
所述引发剂为过硫酸铵、过硫酸钠、过硫酸钾中的一种或多种。
所述超声处理时间为17分钟。
所述氧化锌微球的粒径为1-8微米。
Claims (6)
1.一种面料防污整理方法,其特征在于,步骤为:
(1)将氧化锌微球均匀分散在水中,超声处理,再加入氟代甲基丙烯酸酯、含氟喹诺酮类甲基丙烯酸酯、含二苯甲酮的甲基丙烯酸酯搅拌均匀,加热至50-60℃;
(2)将引发剂加入水中,制成3-4wt%的溶液,滴加入步骤(1)的反应液中,搅拌反应50-70分钟,加入渗透剂,得到浸渍液;
(3)将面料进行退浆,脱水、烘干;
(4)按浴比为100:70-76,浸渍40-60分钟;
(5)取出面料,烘干,即得。
2.如权利要求1所述面料防污整理方法,其特征在于,水:氧化锌微球:氟代甲基丙烯酸酯、含氟喹诺酮类甲基丙烯酸酯、含二苯甲酮的甲基丙烯酸酯的质量比为120-130:10-12:6-8:5-6:7-8。
3.如权利要求1所述面料防污整理方法,其特征在于,所述渗透剂在浸渍液中的质量浓度为2.5-3.5wt%。
4.如权利要求1所述面料防污整理方法,其特征在于,所述引发剂为过硫酸铵、过硫酸钠、过硫酸钾中的一种或多种。
5.如权利要求1所述面料防污整理方法,其特征在于,所述超声处理时间为10-20分钟。
6.如权利要求1所述面料防污整理方法,其特征在于,所述氧化锌微球的粒径为1-8微米。
