痒疹是急性或慢性炎症性皮肤病的总称，包括一组皮损相似的瘙痒性疾病，好发于四肢伸侧，其主要损害为风团样丘疹、结节和皮疹，奇痒难忍。痒疹有不同的命名，没有一致的分类方法。由于临床表现不同，痒疹可分称为丘疹性荨麻疹、小儿痒疹、寻常性痒疹、结节性痒疹和妊娠痒疹等。本病的原因不明，多数学者认为与超敏反应有关，也可能与神经精神因素、遗传过敏体质有关，其他因素如虫咬、食物或药物过病灶感染、胃肠道功能紊乱、妊娠及内分泌障碍等也常有影响。
中医认为皮肤瘙痒多由湿热蕰于肌肤，或血虚肝旺、生风生燥、肌肤失养或肝胆湿热下注，或感染滴虫毒邪，或病久脾虚、肝肾不足，或冲任不调，兼因湿热内蕰所致。治则以清热祛风止痒或养血祛风活血化瘀。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种祛风止痒、化瘀散结、无毒副作用的治疗皮炎、湿疹的抑菌乳膏。为实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种治疗皮炎、湿疹的抑菌乳膏，其各组分的重量份为：
白藓皮3-6份、地肤子2-5份、苦参1-4份、蛇床子1-4份、百部1-4份、大黄2-5份、薄荷2-5份、蓖麻油20-30份、醋酸氯已定1-4份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-3份、丙二醇2-4份

一种治疗皮炎、湿疹的抑菌乳膏制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将所述的原料用粉碎机粉碎成细粉，加入药材总重量 10-30倍量的纯化水煎煮 2-3h，过滤，收集滤液；再在药渣中加入药材重量 8-15 倍量的水煎煮 1-2h，过滤，收集滤液，将两次滤液合并，浓缩至半固态的浸膏；
（2）将浸膏冷冻干燥，粉碎过 200 目筛，得到中药药粉；
（3）在乙醇中取醋酸氯已定份与中药药粉混合，在 70 ～ 80℃水浴锅中加热，熔化，加入烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、丙二醇，待充分乳化后，搅拌并逐步冷却、搅匀，得白色乳膏基质，即制得本产品。
本发明的优点和有益效果是：本抑菌软膏是基于现代中医与西医对手足藓发病机理的认识及治疗原则，精选中西医药物原料，采用独特配方配制而成，治疗时，涂抹适量本抑菌软膏于患处，一日一次或两次，1-3个月可基本治愈，治愈后不易复发，无毒副作用。

以下结合本发明实施例对本发明产品作进一步描述，实施例的描述仅为便于理解和应用本发明，而非对本发明保护的限制。 除非特别说明，本发明中的%均为质量百分数；除非特别说明，制备过程在常温、常压状态下进行；除非特别说明，本发明中采用的试剂、方法和设备为本技术领域常规试剂、方法和设备；除非特别说明，本发明中采用的试验条件为本技术领域常规试验条件；除非特别说明，本发明中所用试剂均为市购。
实施例1
一种治疗皮炎、湿疹的抑菌乳膏，其各组分的重量份为：
白藓皮6份、地肤子2份、苦参4份、蛇床子1份、百部4份、大黄2份、薄荷5份、蓖麻油20份、醋酸氯已定4份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3份、丙二醇2份。
一种治疗皮炎、湿疹的抑菌乳膏制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将所述的原料用粉碎机粉碎成细粉，加入药材总重量 10-30倍量的纯化水煎煮 2-3h，过滤，收集滤液；再在药渣中加入药材重量 8-15 倍量的水煎煮 1-2h，过滤，收集滤液，将两次滤液合并，浓缩至半固态的浸膏；

一种治疗皮炎、湿疹的抑菌乳膏制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将所述的原料用粉碎机粉碎成细粉，加入药材总重量 10-30倍量的纯化水煎煮 2-3h，过滤，收集滤液；再在药渣中加入药材重量 8-15 倍量的水煎煮 1-2h，过滤，收集滤液，将两次滤液合并，浓缩至半固态的浸膏；

临床实验报告：
1. 一般资料
1.1 将患者分成治疗组422例，女性患者235例，男性患者187例，其中 2.5-17岁143例，18-60岁217例，61-85 岁62例，病程最短1天，最长12 年。对照组354例，女性患者218 例，男性患者 136例。
1.2 诊断标准：全部病例均按人民卫生出版社《皮肤性病学》的诊断标准。
1.3 临床表现：
(1)牛皮癣：瘙痒，斑丘疹，鳞屑性红斑，koebner 征粟粒大脓疱以及非对称性外周关节炎。
(2) 神经性皮炎：瘙痒，丘疹，苔藓化，皮肤干燥无渗出，好发于易受摩擦的颈项部，肘关节伸侧，底布等部位。
(3)湿疹：丘疹，丘疱疹，有渗液，结痂，常对称性分布，慢性湿疹有表皮粗糙，苔藓化或有皴裂。
2.治疗方法：
2.1实验组在患处涂抹约15m本抑菌软膏，一日一次或两次，1个月为一个疗程，连续两个疗程。
2.2对照组：按人民卫生出版社《皮肤性病学》常规治疗方法、及标准药物剂量应用。
3. 疗效观察：
3.1 疗效标准：
临床治愈：经治疗后症状全部消失，皮损处完全恢复，皮肤光滑与正常皮肤相同。
有效：症状明显减轻，皮损面积缩小，病情得到控制。
无效：症状无改变。
3.2治疗结果 ：
两种治疗结果的比较：

两组治疗后的临床疗效分析，差异性具有显著性意义，表明治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组。
以上所述仅是本发明的应用实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种治疗皮炎、湿疹的抑菌乳膏，其特征在于：其各组分的重量份为：
白藓皮3-6份、地肤子2-5份、苦参1-4份、蛇床子1-4份、百部1-4份、大黄2-5份、薄荷2-5份、蓖麻油20-30份、醋酸氯已定1-4份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-3份、丙二醇2-4份。
2.一种治疗皮炎、湿疹的抑菌乳膏，其特征在于：其各组分的重量份为：
白藓皮5-6份、地肤子2-3份、苦参3-4份、蛇床子1-2份、百部3-4份、大黄2-4份、薄荷3-5份、蓖麻油20-30份、醋酸氯已定1-2份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2份、丙二醇3-4份。
3.一种治疗皮炎、湿疹的抑菌乳膏，其特征在于：其各组分的重量份为：
白藓皮3-4份、地肤子4-5份、苦参1-3份、蛇床子3-4份、百部1-3份、大黄4-5份、薄荷2-3份、蓖麻油30-40份、醋酸氯已定3-4份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-3份、丙二醇2-3份。
4.一种治疗皮炎、湿疹的抑菌乳膏，其特征在于：其各组分的重量份为：
白藓皮4-6份、地肤子3-5份、苦参2-3份、蛇床子2-3份、百部2-4份、大黄3-4份、薄荷4-5份、蓖麻油25-35份、醋酸氯已定2-4份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2份、丙二醇2-3份。
5.一种治疗皮炎、湿疹的抑菌乳膏，其特征在于：所述的抑菌乳膏精选了中西医药物原料，采用独特配方配制而成，治疗时，涂抹适量本抑菌软膏于患处，一日一次或两次，1-3个月基本治愈，治愈后不易复发，无毒副作用。
6.一种治疗皮炎、湿疹的抑菌乳膏制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将所述的原料用粉碎机粉碎成细粉，加入药材总重量 10-30倍量的纯化水煎煮 2-3h，过滤，收集滤液；再在药渣中加入药材重量 8-15 倍量的水煎煮 1-2h，过滤，收集滤液，将两次滤液合并，浓缩至半固态的浸膏；
（2）将浸膏冷冻干燥，粉碎过 200 目筛，得到中药药粉；
（3）在乙醇中取醋酸氯已定份与中药药粉混合，在 70 ～ 80℃水浴锅中加热，熔化，加入烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、丙二醇，待充分乳化后，搅拌并逐步冷却、搅匀，得白色乳膏基质，即制得本产品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法，其特征在于：加入了西药醋酸氯已定和各种中药相结合。
