背景技术：
瘙痒是许多皮肤病共有的一种自觉症状，如仅有皮肤瘙痒而无原发性皮肤损害时则称为瘙痒病。本病原因复杂，实验证明，皮肤存在痒感的感受器，并通过神经末梢传向大脑。患部组织胺的释放能促进痒感。抓痒因压痛有止痒作用，但又促进释放更多的组织胺，加重痒感，形成痒一抓的恶性循环，导致更为严重的皮肤损伤和炎症。
皮炎湿疹的发病原因非常复杂，简单的分为内在因素和外在因素，二者之间难分主次，通常是互相联系，协同作用。外因如化学制剂、化妆品、动物毒素、鱼虾、花粉、尘埃、日晒、搔抓等。内因包括遗传因素、精神因素、机体的免疫因素、代谢因素等。心理因素对皮炎湿疹类皮肤病的影响越来越受到重视，皮炎湿疹的发生还可能与饮食、生活规律、环境等有一定关系。
痒疹是急性或慢性炎症性皮肤病的总称，包括一组皮损相似的瘙痒性疾病，好发于四肢伸侧，其主要损害为风团样丘疹、结节和皮疹，奇痒难忍。痒疹有不同的命名，没有一致的分类方法。由于临床表现不同，痒疹可分称为丘疹性荨麻疹、小儿痒疹、寻常性痒疹、结节性痒疹和妊娠痒疹等。本病的原因不明，多数学者认为与超敏反应有关，也可能与神经精神因素、遗传过敏体质有关，其他因素如虫咬、食物或药物过病灶感染、胃肠道功能紊乱、妊娠及内分泌障碍等也常有影响。
中医认为皮肤瘙痒多由湿热蕰于肌肤，或血虚肝旺、生风生燥、肌肤失养或肝胆湿热下注，或感染滴虫毒邪，或病久脾虚、肝肾不足，或冲任不调，兼因湿热内蕰所致。治则以清热祛风止痒或养血祛风活血化瘀。

草本抑菌乳膏，其各组分的重量份为：麝香1-2份、钻山风1-2份、冬青油1-2份、硅油5-6份、干姜1-2份、没药1-2份、透骨草1-3份、川乌1-2份、三七3-4份、独活12份、黑蚂蚁4-5份、红花1-2份、冰片2-3份、樟脑1-2份、苦参2-3份、艾草1-2份、蛇舌草2-3份、黄柏1-2份、金银花1-2份、茶树精油1-2份、紫花地丁1-2份、野菊花3-4份、狼毒1-2份、蒲公英2-3份、七叶一枝花1-3份、冰片1-2份、百部1-4份、大黄2-5份、薄荷2-5份、蓖麻油20-30份。
草本抑菌乳膏制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)、将所述的原料用粉碎机粉碎成细粉，加入药材总重量10-30倍量的纯化水煎煮2～3小时，过滤，收集滤液；再在药渣中加入药材重量8-15倍量的水煎煮1～2小时；过滤，收集滤液，将两次滤液合并，浓缩至半固态的浸膏；
(2)、将浸膏冷冻干燥后，在70～80℃水浴锅中加热，熔化，待充分乳化后，搅拌并逐步冷却、搅匀，得白色乳膏基质，即制得本产品。
本发明的优点和有益效果是：本草本抑菌乳膏是基于现代中医对手足藓发病机理的认识和治疗原则，精选中医药物原料，采用独特配方配制而成，治疗时，涂抹适量本草本抑菌乳膏于患处，一日一次或两次，1-3个月可基本治愈，治愈后不易复发，无毒副作用。

草本抑菌乳膏，其各组分的重量份为：麝香1-2份、钻山风1-2份、冬青油1-2份、硅油5-6份、干姜1-2份、没药1-2份、透骨草1-3份、川乌1-2份、三七3-4份、独活12份、黑蚂蚁4-5份、红花1-2份、冰片2-3份、樟脑1-2份、苦参2-3份、艾草1-2份、蛇舌草2-3份、黄柏1-2份、金银花1-2份、茶树精油1-2份、紫花地丁1-2份、野菊花3-4份、狼毒1-2份、蒲公英2-3份、七叶一枝花1-3份、冰片1-2份、百部1-4份、大黄2-5份、薄荷2-5份、蓖麻油20-30份。
草本抑菌乳膏制备方法，包括以下步骤：

2.草本抑菌乳膏，其特征在于：所述的抑菌乳膏精选了中医药物原料，采用独特配方配制而成，治疗时，涂抹适量本抑菌软膏于患处，一日一次或两次，1-3个月基本治愈，治愈后不易复发，无毒副作用。
3.草本抑菌乳膏制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)、将所述的原料用粉碎机粉碎成细粉，加入药材总重量10-30倍量的纯化水煎煮2～3小时，过滤，收集滤液；再在药渣中加入药材重量8-15倍量的水煎煮1～2小时；过滤，收集滤液，将两次滤液合并，浓缩至半固态的浸膏；
(2)、将浸膏冷冻干燥后，在70～80℃水浴锅中加热，熔化，待充分乳化后，搅拌并逐步冷却、搅匀，得白色乳膏基质，即制得本产品。
